  No problem. I think that the warning means that you will not be able to use Undo to bring back the pictures and it will have to do it manually. There is no risk of corruption.

  Hi all - displays the first time and noob all-out.

  First my set up - I'm under Win7 Home Premium (64 bit), with PRE8 on a custom build i5/750 ATI5850 + 4GBram. I use an old (3 + yo) DVD Sony digital camera DC-706 if I remember correctly. My problem is double - but I'll start with the most immediate one. When I get out of the dvd media, they appear as form of VOB files 2/3 (nothing unusual with that). However, when I drag them from the window of media on the timeline, these VOB files are automatically shared. In some cases a single file can suddenly be split 20-30times. However, it's annoying, and I was wondering if (a) I cannot stop sharing, and (b) the question of whether what I can combine these clips. I can't find anything online to help.

  Now the second part of the problem... when I do video, I always select a flickering on the video options. If I don't there's a terrible jitter to the finished product. I thought it was problem of inversion field but change of domain dominannce does not seem to stop him. When I use a flickering, it disappears. This has been the same in first Elements 5. You are not sure if it's the cam or what... or is it my TV? In any case - it is annoying to have to go into the clip > video > field options > removal of twinkle every time... especially when the software automatically divides into 20-30 clips.

  In addition, 'splitting' is most likely coming to have Auto analyze lit. This may cause some problems as he tries to "scene detection." You should be able to disable it. It is covered in this FAQ entry.

  No, as indicated in error, you have the runtime installed.  I recommend to make an installer that will install your .exe, run the engine and all the other necessary components.   It's really not that hard.

I can sure use the help because I ran out of options. I can open RealPlayer will display the icon on my desktop and thumbnails. My operating system is Vista Home Premium 32-bit. Thank you

  I just fixed my problem - I went to the internet and connected to RealPlayer.com and download their latest version. IT WORKED! Everything is back to normal.

  Welcome to the responses of the Forums.  I'll see if I can help you.

  First of all, let's make sure that you can see the file type.   Go to start / Control Panel / folder Options / View and scroll through the list and check box or the button to view the hidden files, only show system files and clear one to hide spot known file types.  Click OK and close.

  Now let's check the attachment.  What is the file type?  It's the three-digit extension that follows the name of the file and the point (such as .doc or .jpg or something like that).

  Now, go to start / Default programs / associate a file or Protocol with a program / and scroll down the list until you find this extension.  Double-click it to open it and see if there is a default program.   T it?  If not (or if it does not appear) then you don't have a program installed on your system to read this type of file (this is why you can't do).  If you post here the file type, I'll try to find one free to sit.  If she does have a default program, click on the default options of the program and see if there is that of the alternatives listed that you can try instead - try them.  If this does not work, validate the options it lists as well as the file type in your response.  What e-mail program you are using (name and version)?

  I hope this helps.  Post back with answers to my questions if it does not solve the problem.

  Lets say your file called called aaa.as. Create a Flex project in Flash Builder. On the last page of the wizard, replace the record suggested as "test.mxml" with the text "aaa.as". Click Finish.

  When the project opens the sheet and drop your real aaa.as in the place of one in the Project Explorer (or whatever the file manager on your platform).

  FB should automatically compile and produce an aaa.swf in the bin-debug folder. You will also need to modify the aaa - app.xml and create an icon for the appropriate application. After that, follow the instructions to get started on creating the debug launch for this project configuration.

  I am here today with a common question, which seems to have been answered several times, but none of the above worked for me.

  My problem is the following:

  It's my current installation:

  • Ubuntu Server running 12.04 with installed ProFTPd.
  • Windows 7 computer (desktop) and laptop.
  • Windows File Explorer.

  Here's what I tested, and what are the results I get:

  On my two main computers, each running Windows 7, I get the image displayed above. (For those of you who cannot see the image, there are a stain on the bottom of this question). However, I tried it on two other computers in my LAN, and they work. I also tried on a computer in a different city, and it works. My FTP address is the following: "ftp://ftp.marshalldrive.ca" without the quotes.

  Here are some solutions I've tried:

  1. with the help of Internet Explorer (my current browser is Google Chrome), pressing 'Alt - view-> in the file Explorer view', I get the error displayed.

  2. turn off my firewall and my anti-virus, same results.

  3. go to the file Explorer Windows and in the address bar: "ftp://ftp.marshalldrive.ca" (without the quotes)

  First question: Yes, of course.  You can place an icon where you want. Desktop, taskbar, start screen, at the same time.

  Second Question:

  I have been using VMware workstation for awhile, but at work, we have been 'given' an ESX instance for development which access us via Vcenter.

  From the workstation, I am not so familiar with this environment, so I hope I write at least in an appropriate place ...

  Anyway, my question is that when I'm in Vcenter and go to the Configuration tab, then storage (left) to see what is different volumes, I * think * that it shows all files.  For example, if I have a VMDK, it is to show only the VMDK root and not the flat file.  I know that because we've created a guest with a 50 GB disc, and when we downloaded "the VMDK", we ended up with the smallest hard, as well as the largest flat hard-xxx.

  As I said I'm more use on my computer, where I have full access to the underlying files, so it takes some time to get used to this environment.

  The reason for the question is that I'm used to things like manually copying my base VMDK files when I create my own clones, but since with Vcenter, I can't 'see' all the vmdk, I kind of don't know what I'm doing deal with.

  Difference between VMDK and Flat.VMDK.

  VMDK is a discriptor file mapped to raw disk (flat.vmdk).

  Flat.VMDK is a raw disk where all system data is backed up.

  For example, you create any disk on a virtual machine you will get 2 files one is vmdk and another is flat.vmdk.

  VMDK are visible when you go to the configuration and storage tab and browse the data store and will not be displayed it default flat.vmdk.

  But a raw disk, you can see when you connect console esxi ot via putty and go to vmfs\volumes\VM name\ flat.vmdk.

  When you download, you will be able to download vmdk and flat.vmdk. If you download only vmdk on the navigation data store.
