Quizzes, publishing in Adobe Presenter

Hello

I am new to Adobe presenter, so still find my way.

is it possible, with the publication of the quizzes to remove the sidebar? I don't want that they have the option to search or look at the notes.

Thank you.

I found the answer to this.

It is in the theme and there is a checkbox to activate the sidebar.

Could you please create a new user account in Windows that has full admin rights and also clear your temporary files and the folder.

Then try to perform the same steps and let me know if it works.

  • Adobe Presenter publish free test number

Installed Adobe Presenter 10 free trial.  Tried to publish a presentation to the zip file locally.  According to the user manual, it must be an index.htm file that I can double-click on the zip file and the presentation will open in Internet Explorer. There is no file index.htm, but there is an index file.  By clicking on the index file, it opens in IE, but the presentation does not load.  Unable to find resolutions on the internet, so I reached out using Adobe.  They claim that the "Trial" version has all the features that the full version license.  Does anyone know if the publication is not completely functional in the trial version?

File extensions are not disable showing everything simply is not for known files. He does what he's supposed to do, run IE, but when he recalls the support files, they are not available because you are trying to play within a ZIP file. Check out the content in the zip and then launch the index file.

Have you tried to save as a PPT instead of a PPTX?

  • Using Adobe Presenter will not solve the problem of police when I use Acrobat Connect Pro?

So my fonts in my PowerPoint presentation are not preserved when I use Acrobat Connect Pro (as it is not one of the Adobe fonts). I saw that a member of staff said that thanks to Adobe Presenter it should solve this problem, so if I buy Adobe Presenter and use it on my presentation it will preserve my fonts and also my animations/transitions, etc? Thanks in advance

It should be. The problem is that when you load a PPT (X) at Adobe Connect it converts to a Presenter presentation. However, it can use only the fonts on the server, which is the basic MS fonts. Publishing locally with the presenter should allow you to use the fonts you have on your computer, so this issue. Your animations and transitions must also be preserved, but you will have your animations sur-Cliquer for control when they are placed in Presenter.

  • I'm a language monitor, I use Adobe Presenter to work properly on both, English, Spanish and presentations with the same software?

I'm a language monitor, I use Adobe Presenter to work properly on both, English, Spanish and presentations with the same software?

It shouldn't be a problem. Ultimately, presenter doesn't care what language the audio content is in, he will give all the same. The only problem I could see because of problems would be the appearance of the player. There Spanish lables, but they show only on a computer with the operating system in Spanish. If you want the student to view the two Englishmen and a version in Spanish on the same computer, you may have two versions of the language.xml file where you have one that has the help of English labels in the 'fr' section and the other where it has Spanish labels in the section 'fr '. You would then share those files in and out of the folder located at, C:\Users\ {UserName} \AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\Themes, you must publish a presentation in English or Spanish.

  • Mouse in Adobe Presenter Video Creator problem

I have Adobe Presenter 9.0.2 build 173, 64 bits and I seem to have something strange happening in Adobe Presenter Video Creator when I use it for display to illustrate the recording software.

If I let him change my screen resolution recommended by the application - "change the display resolution while recording (recommended)" - occurrences of click in the video produce a short distance where I really clicked the mouse. Tell me if I'm demonstrating of the Ribbon in Microsoft Word 2013. If I click on the "Home" tab in the Ribbon, the video does look like I'm clicking the "Insert" tab just to the right.

However, if I uncheck the box 'change display resolution during recording (recommended)', the pout in the recorded video clicks are exactly the correct positions. I would be happy to save in this mode but the problem is the font and the pixels are not as clear when I record in this way with the display resolution box disabled as when I recorded with the box checked.

I would like to know how to let Adobe Presenter Video Creator registration to the recommended display and resolution have saved correctly in the correct locations of mouse clicks.

    Any ideas anyone? Thank you.

    Problem SOLVED!

On a hunch, I searched DPI via the search function in the charms of Windows 8 bar and open the item "making the text and other elements more or less." Under the heading 'Change of the size of all the elements', I found that the cursor was set exactly to halfway between 'Small' and 'Larger' and below, there is a checkbox called "Let me choose the level of scaling for all my views" that has been disabled. I have put a check mark in the box and I changed the scale of the existing 'medium - 125% ' to "Smaller - 100%". Windows tells me I had to restart the PC to make the changes take effect. The restart, my desktop icons were smaller than previously, confirmation that the DPI change took effect.

I then did a test video with Adobe Presenter video creator with the parameter "Save Preferences" "change display resolution (recommended) registration" checked and to my satisfaction, ouse clicks appear more staggered more. And the video quality in the published video is superb.

    I am happy!

  • How to record a video simple sidebar as in Adobe Presenter 7

In Adobe Presenter 9, How to record a video with my webcam to a slide like a video box?

In Presenter 7 we could do that easily.  Now with the new edit video, we can do great videos and capture the screen.  But it is not you need...

How to make a simple sidebar without the screen capture video...

Look at point 4 on this website: http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/presenter/7.0/WS56318F3C-65A7-477b-8CAA-2CBF0902BA5B.html

    3-... Video capture...
4-... then Select... video to record a video for the presenter sidebar image area.
    ...

It was easy to Presenter 7!

    Thank you

When you use the feature of video in presenter 8 +, it records a stand-alone webcam WMV. While the workflow is not as clean as before, it can be inserted in all as a video in the sidebar without the background screenshot. Here's how you can do:

    • The creator of video Presenter allows to record your video. Do not hold account that your screen is captured, you do not use.
    • Once you record your video, save your project. Not to publish, as the published output is useless for you.
    • Back to the presenter, choose to insert video.
    • Access your webcam capture (My Documents > my video projects Adobe Presenter > {what ever you named capture} > mt). Should be named something like presenter_video1.wmv
    • Presenter converts to FLV format, you can select the quality and the location, slide, or the sidebar, as in previous versions of the presenter.

If you wish, you can use a video conversion 3rd party tool to convert video WMV, but maybe that's not necessary.

  • Can I download PowerPoint directly in to connect without using Adobe Presenter?

I have a PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx) file and the slides are quite simple - mainly the chip including a list of fonts, Calibri or Arial (Nothing wild and crazy).  When I download the content directly in the connection environment, the formatting of the slides (in the sharing module) is just wacky.  Instead of the slides to fit the module sharing of sizing, the bullets go down beyond the bottom of the pod and cannot be read.

I was told that the only solution is to buy Adobe Presenter and publish my PowerPoint files (with host) in Acrobat Connect Pro.  This is not an option for me in my business.  It seems that download a simple PowerPoint presentation should be basic function of Connect without having to download/purchase licenses presenter.  Maybe I'm wrong.  Here are some pictures in case it does not make sense.  If anyone has any advice, please let me know.  I cannot use possibly connect to virutal training if slides look like they are doing so under.  Thank you!

The first image is the PowerPoint slide

Here's what it looks like in the share Pod:

    Mr. market,

I'll make sure that everything is in Ariel. I had to change the fonts before in a case like this. Calibri is not a supported font.

  • Get audio in Adobe Presenter presentation to play once I have download on Acrobat Connect Pro

I have an Adobe Presenter presentation with audio.  I did not publish it through Captivate I went directly to Acrobat Connect Pro tp and he shot straight in the "CONTENT" section.  When I do that I have NOT ger the audio to come with her.

    What should I do?

When I publish Captivate audio going in Adobe Connect however when I run the lesson of Captivate session he asked an Adobe Connect ID and the password.  We do not want that.

    Any suggestions?

I think you may have a few things going on here.

When you publish the presenter there is no audio data. Have you checked that the quality setting (settings > presentation > quality) which edition for Adobe Connect Pro has no box "Publish Audio" unchecked?

You say that you get audio when published through Captivate. You have two versions of this presentation, presenter and the other in Captivate? I ask because the project files transfer between tools.

When asked himself a login ID and PW, it is likely, because the presentation is not set to be publicly visible. Find the Captivate presentation on the login server, set permissions. If necessary click on the Customize button (this will show if the content is defined to have the same permissions as the folder they are in) and then set the option Allow public look at a Yes.

  • Adobe Presenter video Express: problem with webcam Logitech c920

    Hello

I have a problem with Adobe Presenter Video Express, when I want to use the camera Logitech c920. (computer laptop Dell Vostro 3560, Windows 7-64 bit, 8 GB of RAM, memory)

When I launch the program and start creating the new project, I see only a black screen with the error message "your webcam is busy or it does not." "Try closing other applications that might be using the webcam and select it again. But when I press "record", program begins to make the video - and the webcam works. My problem is that I can't use video effects to change the background: I can't see Preview video/webcam with button "make my impressive background." When I switch to the integrated webcam, it works without problems, including the function of substantive change.

I have closed all other programs. I restarted the laptop. I deleted and reinstalled the drivers for the camera. But it still does not work properly.

Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

    Thank you

    Hi George,.

In our tests, we saw that the Logitech C920, must the last driver of Logitech and the software must be installed so that it works correctly. Please make sure that you are picking the latest driver from the following link:

    http://support.Logitech.com/product/HD-Pro-webcam-C920#download

If installing this driver does not resolve this issue, then please try the following:

    1. Sometimes, the webcam is busy on the launch of the app. Select the camera, then the Logitech camera to try a fix for this problem.
    2. Some Bluetooth drivers interfere with the functioning of the app. Disable all Bluetooth devices and see if it solves the problem.
    3. Send us a journal of diagnosis of the problem. You can follow the steps in this link to launch the application in diagnostic mode: presenter help | Adobe Presenter Video Express (Windows & Mac) . When you close the application, you will need to send us the diagnostic log. Please send it to [email protected] . A journal of diagnosis can help us to quickly solve the problem.

If the problem is not resolved, can we get a Connect session to debug the issue? You can contact us at [email protected] with a suitable date and time, and we will solve it through Connect. We are available Monday - Friday, 18:30 - 11:30 PST.

PS: as a temporary workaround, you can check without changing the background, then the change in the background inside the editor using the option "Video improve."
