Ralink Bluetooth sp61287 hangs on 4341sa running Windows 8.1

I have a HP DM4341sa netbook.  The bluetooth drivers available on the HP site for this purpose are:

sp61287_RalinkBluetooth

Bluetooth sp59632_Ralink

both of these work on Windows 8, but if I update to 8.1 so that they stop working.  is there a specific Windows 8.1 latest driver for this card?  What is the model number for the adapter?  Maybe I can find a driver also.

see you soon

    Hello
    (1) have you made changes before the start of this issue?
    (2) what is the exact error message/code?
A print spooler is software that temporarily stores the disk printing hard or in memory until the printer is ready to print. If you were expecting an abnormally long time to print a document, or if you see an error message about the print spooler, Spooler subsystem or spooler resources, you might need to change and then restart the print spooler service on your computer.

To do this, we recommend that you save your work and restart the computer to restart the print spooler service. If you do not want to restart the computer, try these steps.

To change or restart the print spooler service

You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.

    a. click the Start button, Control Panel, click System and Maintenance and then click Administrative Tools.

    b. double-click on Services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    c. right-click on the print spooler service and then click Properties.

    d. on the general tab, next to startup type, make sure that automatic is selected.

    e. If the service is not already running, under Service status, click Start and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  • Satellite Pro L750 running Windows 8 pro - Bluetooth does not work

    Hi all

Has anyone got the Toshiba Bluetooth successfully integrated to work with Windows 8 Pro? I got the Bluetooth RFBUS error (10) and it did not work.

    Help please.

Would it be possible that you have not installed the BT correctly?
Because you are using Win Pro 8, I guess you did a clean install of your laptop.

In this case this Toshiba How To should help you get the BT works under Win 8

  • PCIe of Ralink Bluetooth driver adapter is not load? (error code 39)

    Hello!

This is my first time on these forums, so please forgive me if I posted in the wrong place or repeat a problem solved. Please feel free to correct me if I am if I can learn!

So my problem is that my bluetooth no longer works, it does not appear under settings when I want to add/detect a device. In Device Manager, "Bluetooth Device" is displayed after I set Device Manager to 'show hidden devices' and as soon as I did that is the only thing under 'Ralink Bluetooth adapter PCIe' Bluetooth device that has a yellow exclamation sign in the logo.

When I go into properties, the "device status" shows this message:

Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    {Unable to load device driver}
HS device driver could not be loaded.
    Error status is 0 x %x

At first I thought that the driver is not compatible with Windows 8.1 because I think that Bluetooth no longer works after update to 8.1 but I'm not completely sure, other people have had this problem, but their solutions have not worked for me (so to come on this very forum).  Now, however, I think that the Ralink bluetooth driver is not correct as to the internet from my PC resources page title only bluetooth driver is the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Driver for Microsoft Windows.

But, when you try to download and install this driver by running the "sp65069.exe" setup file I get a message saying

"The device may not be present or could have been ejected/disconnected from the system.

    Insert or reinsert now. »

How can I solve this problem and finally get Bluetooth back to normal?

Thank you in advance for just reading this small trial!

    Hello:

You must install the bluetooth driver and software for the model of wireless card uses your laptop.

So, if you indeed have a Ralink WiFi card, you must have a Ralink Bluetooth radio because it's on the same card as the chip wireless.

Tried to install a driver Atheros Bluetooth does not work.

I can't help you much unless you provide the number of full model of your laptop.

If it is more than two years, are probably no W8.1 drivers for Ralink bluetooth radio.

If you have a recent model, you can try the latest driver of BT and the software directly from Mediatek (Ralink).

    Hi all

I upgraded my Windows PC 8.1 for Windows 10 today. Everything works well, but the bluetooth driver seems to be inconsistent. I had the "Mediatek (Ralink) bluetooth software driver for Windows 8.1"installed previously, which does not work with Windows 10.» I checked with the Ralink site and the support of the HP driver but found nothing yet.

My question is, the driver for Windows 10 will be available soon?

    Thank you

    Hi @abhishek95 ,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A place where you can find solutions for your problems, with the help of the community!

I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I saw your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15-n010tx and the problem with drivers for Bluetooth and Windows 10. Here istroubleshooting when drivers are not yet available.

Have you tried to update the currently installed driver in Device Manager?

In Device Manager try to select search for new hardware.

Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you need it. It has a support assistant inside the wireless network which may help you.

The updated drivers will be posted as available. We see them regularly updated. I would check with your drivers page.

    I hope this helps.

  • 5.06 TVSU hangs on T540P on Windows 8.1

Hello everyone, here are the details:

The machine is a T540P, the type of machine is 20BE-004EUS.

5.06 TVSU will start and run the check for new updates , but hangs on the last stage, treatment of package information.

Compabtibility parameters have not changed anything. Run as administrator is not either.

Have uninstalled/reinstalled. Have run CCleaner and Revo to ensure cleaner uninstalls.

Have updated the BIOS just in case the crash happening because TVSU was trying to pull info machine and out glitching or something. Still crashes.

Worked under built-in administrator. No difference.

Currently at looking to try an older version, but it is imperative, we get this work in our environment. I understand there are log files, but I can't find them.

    Any help would be appreciated.

An update, I was able to solve this problem. Embarassingly enough, running Windows updates updates installed any hardware related that after the reboot, activated TVSU and Lenovo QuickControl (which also was broken) to work again. The tech that I had to build the image apparently skipped this step and I assumed that it was already made. Guess it never does wrong to always review the basics.

If the printer is connected USB to the Windows 7 computer, what you can do is share the network (assuming that the XP computer is also connected to the same network). In this way the XP machine can see the printer on Windows 7 computer and install it. The only downside is that the Windows 7 computer must be on for the XP computer can view and print to it. I've linked to a site of third party below for instructions on how to do it.

  • Reference Dell 375 Bluetooth no longer works after update Windows 8, R296919, blocked by the Compatibility Assistant programs - how to fix

Hardware: Dell laptop with adapter Bluetooth 375 Dell running Windows 8

Problem: after Microsoft Windows 8 update, all Bluetooth devices stopped working.  Moreover, they could is more to be discovered to pair them up.  Device Manager showed all works very well.

    Failure of attempts to repair:
-Uninstall all components of Bluetooth in the Device Manager and analysis of the material changes.
-Uninstall Dell 375 in programs & features (WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software) in order to reinstall (R296919).  The installation was quickly blocked by the program compatibility Wizard.
-With the Dell software uninstalled, I thought that perhaps that it was no longer necessary, and so Microsoft software would work.  Yet once, I uninstalled all Bluetooth components in the Device Manager and analysis of the material changes.  Still could not pair.
-Check in Bluetooth services and services were running.

    What worked:
-Run GPEdit and go to the compatibility of the components/Application Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates/Windows /.
    -Enable the following:
    Remove Program Compatibility Property Page
    Turn off Application compatibility engine
    Disable the program compatibility Wizard
-Run services.msc and stop the process of Bluetooth
-Extract the R296919 in a directory
    - on R296919.exe and select run as administrator
-For me, the installation failed the first time.  Then I repeated it, and it was installed fine, but required reset, which I did.
-At this point, I was able to pair Bluetooth devices again.
-Open Device Manager and go to the Bluetooth Module Bluetooth/Dell Wireless 375.  and select Properties.  Click the power management tab, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power" and press OK.  If you do not perform this step, you will have all kinds of problems with Bluetooth devices, including keyboards and mice.
-Reverse changes in GPEdit to not configured.
    -Reboot

    How to avoid the problem:
Microsoft has an updated driver that States it is for the adapter Bluetooth of Dell 375.  on the update and select Hide update.  Microsoft has had quite a few black Tuesday lately, and this update is just another example.

The above post started as a question.  While typing what has not worked, I developed the answer.

  • I can't access my CanonMX3 printer (Canon Pixma MX320 Series) of my computer running Windows 7, since I've changed in Windows XP.

I REALLY NEED HELP TO CONNECT MY PRINTER TO MY COMPUTER OVER ETHERNET NETWORK!

I am too having the same problem. But when my Windows 7 detects the printer (Canon Pixma MX30 Series), it says: "cannot connect to the printer access denied." in another window that says: "connection to CanonMX3 on...» Driver search. I installed the drivers in normal installation and also while in Windows Explorer.

I'm running an T3304 eMachine with concert 1.3 gig RAM 2.0 GHz 100 HARD drive. When I was running Windos XP, I had no trouble to run my printer on my computer. The printer is connected to another computer and I access it through the other computer via ethernet gateway. My ethernet gateway is a Desktop Switch ProSafe NertGear 120/100 5 - port.

I did everything as I would have done it all by running Windows XP and also used the Windows 7 help files. Everything I read that I made and I am still unable to connect to the printer and print. I went as far as hanging the printer on my computer, and that day, I was actually able to print even if it's with erors. I contacted Canon and downloaded the new drivers for Windows 7 and still no luck.

When I ran Windows XP I would install the printer on my computer and I have it print to a file and it would be later configuration of the port it to connect through. I have also tried this and no luck.

What operating system is the computer that has the printer connected to the current?

Also check the permissions on the printer... is the username of the Win7 PC added to this?
