• BlackBerry Z10 remove hub and server

  Recently "back" button of my Bold 9900 started this menu to toggle the applications instead of just close the open menu or return to the previous application. Is it possible to make it work as before? Checked the options, it's not anywhere I can see.

  Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I recently sent my 8520 back 02 purple as I lived a few difficulties with it, when I took in the 02 store to fix it they gave me back my sim card, memory card and also the purple back cover on the phone sending away just the phone and the battery. • BlackBerry Smartphones BB Hub stopped working - don't pick up emails for all three accounts (not MS Exchange)

  For several weeks my PRIV has works beautifully.  Yesterday afternoon, however, BB Hub inexplicably stopped to pick up my emails on my three e-mail accounts.  I have two domains with Network Solutions and a gmail account.

  I tried everything until I dropped.  I tried the forced shutdown, cleared the cache and restarted several times.  Twice I have deleted an e-mail account and either turned off or restarted later and then set up again.  However, the account is not synchronized with the server.  Yesterday I couldn't send emails, either, and after typing them, they disappeared.  Now, however, the connectiona on outgoing servers seem to work.  During the last hour, I successfully sent e-mails to test all the email accounts three.

  Also yesterday, I looked up AT & T to offer the software update.  The message I get is that my software is up to date and try once again to 23 hours.

  I hope someone can help me.  I'm dead in the water with no e-mail service.

• BlackBerry Q10 No. Hub updates to Facebook or Twitter. No access to the Tiscali email account.

  My Q10 is very new to me, a little more than a week now, and since I first connected my FB accounts and Twitter, only FB notifications came through on the hub, no Twitter at all. Since yesterday afternoon, no FB notifications no longer, although all messages show when I use applications directly. Can I do something about it?

  Q10, I cannot add my Tiscali email account. I add the name, the password, and then click done when the IMAP screen, but I get a message saying my connection to the SMTP server information has changed or is incorrect... I am not aware of anything that either having been changed, I can log on ok on my laptop, so where I'm going wrong with that?

  How to remove the Hub priority option?  I do not need a hub priority and it takes just an additional location in my list of email addresses.

  You can disable the hub priority if you want, but not remove it. Open the hub and tap on the 3 points in the lower right corner saying 'More' > open settings > go to "priority Hub." In the section general, switch priority to 'off' and this hub will then hide hub of priority option.

  My Balckberry Z10 Hub has been suspended since I did an update of the OS. Cannot make calls, cannot receive calls and contacts list to empty calls. Can ping but on BBM it please help!

  One way that messages are returned to the device is if the message ID on the server. If the ID change RIM sees it as a new message and it returns once again. There are different causes to change the IDS of the messages. You will need to check with the administrator.

• Smartphones from blackBerry PlayBook: back button after download starts

  I found something embarrassing in the App World App on the PlayBook: when you start to download an application, open the list of installed applications, but there is no back button to go back to the app I just downloaded (or to the category, the app was in). So now I must get back to the categories and go to the sub-category (if I remember) and scroll down to where I stopped.

  Would be nice if the PlayBook AppWorld App Team could add a button like this

• Want 'Real' Sleep Mode to blackBerry Smartphones back!

  I read about 30 posts on this topic and person not seems to answer that question on the recently revised change change "standby key button / mute.  I don't no case my 9700, so a TRUE sleep button is very useful.  Some positions indicate that the lock button (left button of the upper part of the appliance) keys is the same as the day before.  IT IS NOT THE SAME THING!  Keyboard lock has Nothing to do with placing the phone in a lower power state.  With that, does anyone know if it is a button or a process to put the phone in real (other than by phone Holster) standby mode?

  Where do you find the idea that 'pending' was less "power status" the keyboard lock?  Indeed, they are basically the same thing just moved to another button and a new wording.

  There is no button or process to bring back "sleep" on a 9700 without degradation of the OS to a previous version.

• BlackBerry BB Android hub. I no longer get a 'period' when I type the SPACEBAR twice?

  I have a Samsung Galaxy S7.

  It works very well in the text and BBM, but when I use the e-mail, either of my accounts, it does not work. In fact, I can get the period in the subject line, but not in the body of the email.

  I called Samsung technical support, they clearly had me the cach and forcing the shutdown, but it does not work. We have made a secure boot, I opened google mail and function 'period' has worked well.

• BlackBerry 10 Passport Hub - display of special characters (accent) French

  One interesting here, on a passport with 10.3.0.675, French keyboard and using the French language.

  If the subject line of an e-mail contains a French accent character (IE. 'e' or 'e', I have not tested others), then the space between the first two words disappears.

  An example: If the subject of the email is "Basic Test", "Testélémentaire" is displayed, so that the 'Basic Test' is correctly displayed "Basic Test."

  Nothing dramatic, but probably a correction value.

  I can't reproduce the problem with the 10.3.0.908 which I just installed. It has been corrected. Bravo, guys and thank you.
