ranging from windows 8 to 7

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE!

I'm quite desperate!
I bought a HP laptop in 2010 and he has an i3 processor and had originally windows 7
I have recently installed windows 8 and it works so slow!
I feel that I'm going crazy just opened a document.
It is far as I can go back to windows 7 without losing my files
or
am I too move all my files to an external hard drive and then be able to something?
I REALLY want TO come BACK to the FACTORY SETTINGS, but I don't know how.
The HP laptop that I use is G36 with i3 processor.

Hey Bella,

Sorry, your computer Windows 8 is slow. Please answer these questions to better understand the issue.

1. have you installed software after installing Windows 8?

2. you update all latest drivers of the manufacturing site?

You can consult this article to improve performance on Windows 8 HP computer and check if it helps:

Improving the performance of the system without adding memory (Windows 8)

If you want to go back to Windows 7. you will need to reinstall your previous version of Windows from the installation or recovery media supplied with your PC (generally a DVD).

Note: I strongly recommend to back up all your important files and folders on an external storage device before performing any type of repair operating system or upgrade.

If you don't have a recovery media, you might be able to create one before update you on your PC recovery partition using the software provided by the manufacturer of your PC. Visit the support section of the Web site of the manufacturer of your PC for more information. After you have installed Windows 8.1, you will not be able to use the partition recovery on your computer to return to your previous version of Windows.

Reinstall Windows preinstalled on the computer:

When Windows is installed with the computer, computer OEM manufacturers are required to provide at least one way for you to reinstall Windows - your computer should have included a recovery hard disk partition, or the installation/restore Windows diskettes. Most computer manufacturers also have a function to do your own installation disks.

If the recovery partition is still there, and was not deleted, it will reinstall Windows. There is usually a command prompt when you start the computer telling you which key press to start the restoration? -Check your manual if you don't know how. Or if you install disks - enter them, restart and boot from them to start the process of relocation.

If restore it back you to factory State, it will be like it was when you bought first - all preinstalled programs will be installed. Everything you have installed after purchase needs to be reinstalled. This removes all the personal files on the computer, save them first.

  • New Time Capsule ranging from Windows to Mac with file sharing.

OK, so we bought a new time capsule recently and my family migrates slowly over Apple products.

My question comes from having moved all our old saved files from various sources during the share of time capsule. Currently, the file system is FAT32 because that's what it was by default and I don't see an option to adjust it.

"My wife has a time machine backup works fine already on the device, but when she opens the 'data' /: Time Capsule" on the Mac, we don't see any of these files that I put in there. What should we do, she can be seen on Mac.

What OS is the Mac running?

Can you please show me what you can see on the Mac... because the screenshot of Windows with all the deleted folder names is not helpful at all.

I assume you can open all windows files... did you create the folder in windows?

Let me suggest that you create the folder in the Mac. then copy the files through him, to the windows machine.

Apple uses file permissions, and permissions have become significantly more restrictive of the end. Windows seems to ignore... but you might need repair permissions until it works.

NOTE... the appearance of the windows FAT32 is not real... It's because of the way windows reads the network of the TC function... the drive is not formatted FAT32 in the TC... It is HFS +, a Mac format... offered by SMB (windows network blocks) which windows reads with FAT32.

Boot from the Windows Vista DVD

To learn how to change your BIOS options to boot from the DVD drive, the following tutorial:

    http://notebooks.com/2011/05/05/How-to-load-BIOS-and-change-boot-configuration/

    Click Install now
    Accept the license agreement
When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows Vista click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

  • To make a Virtual Machine from Windows XP to a hard training camp?

At first, I use bootcamp to install Windows XP, then I made a virtual machine using the merger. Disk failure hard macbook, good thing I had a backup superduper, call apple and got a new hard drive. Reinstall Leopard and migrate the data back. Is their a way I can do the virtual machine back in a bootcamp partition? because of the game and it is possible.

With no offense intended if you ask it would be probably faster and easier to just install Windows via Boot Camp and then if you also want to run the Boot Camp partition in a Virtual Machine afterward then you can do it too.

That said, let me go on what said you, you said... "At the beginning I use bootcamp to install Windows XP, then I made a virtual machine using the merger."  Well your statement could be interpreted as ambiguous and you didn't say what version of Fusion you use so I'll assume 2.x and with this in mind, you have two choices in Fusion 2.x himself.  1. you can run the partition Boot Camp in a VM or 2. You can import the Boot Camp partition as a Virtual Machine based on a normal file and it is then separated and apart from the Boot Camp partition and will cease to be in harmony as running just the Boot Camp as a Virtual Machine partition would be however it gives the possibility to do something else that the Boot Camp partition as a virtual se Machine running can do.

Now, if all you had done turns partition Boot Camp in a Virtual Machine then you have no other choice than to run the Boot Camp Assistant and reinstall Windows because your SuperDuper! Backup probably would not have the Boot Camp partition in it, and as such, there is nothing to restore the Boot Camp partition.  Did you have a backup Winclone then that would be another story.

On the other hand was actually imported the Boot Camp Virtual Machine based on the partition to a normal file and you want to use to run from the Boot Camp partition then it's called ranging from virtual to physical or P2V.  If that's what your want to do so that is where my first comment in this response applies mainly.  In any case while V2P is technically feasible is not if easily done for someone who needs to ask because it may be a technical process complex which requires a certain level of expertise that is generally beyond what casual users are configured to do and more technical use should not ask because even if they don't know how they would get the answers before they would ask questions and then ask for verification of what they are seeking first.

Adequate preparation is absolutely necessary going V2P when it's a Fusion Virtual Machine to Boot, Boot Camp partition natively.

It has been my experience that unless a Virtual Machine is properly prepared as in the use of SysPrep or other products such as ShadowProtectDesktop that initiating the Boot Camp partition natively an image of a virtual one Machine will get the proverbial STOP: 0x0000007b BSOD so it's one of the good preparation of the main reasons is necessary.

Unless you have a good reason, then I think a clean build is always the best way to go if we have time, however, if I had a complex construction that I had no time to clean the build and really need to V2P then I'd probably make an appropriate SysPrep, and then use Paragon Drive Backup 9.0 Professional as it is compatible with the Tables of Partition GUIDS and compatible with the configuration of Boot Camp Apple.

Anyway if your situation is a V2P scenario, then I would say that search you the forum by using V2P or Virtual physical since the search terms such as this have been debated before.

I thought it would be FAFSA is causing your problem.

Install Portable Firefox 3.6.x on your hard drive to a Web site. This will not affect any of your current Firefox installation.

If it is only the data (not apps) I use Dropbox. It turned out to be the best way to move things between the side Mac and the bootcamped Windows of my iMac side. I don't see why it would not work to move data from a virtual machine installation of Win to a BootCamp installation.

  • M30X MultiDrive won't burn a DVD from Windows Movie Maker

    Hello

My MultiDrive M30x will not burn the DVD from Windows Movie Maker and other applications.

I also had problems with burning CDs (unbranded) of Windows XP, built in utility.

The multidrive has problems with cheaper brand discs?

    Just to note,
The laptop was to support guys three times until various issues.
    (1) the hard drive failed.
    (2) the multidrive has failed.
    (3) the motherboard replaced, due to power outages, it would not charge the battery, or recognize that the AC adapter is plugged.

Note: The hard drive, not the fan made the most noise in mine!

    Thank you

    Hello

As far as I know (i.e. pre-installed burning software Save now, drag-and - drop) disabled the option of Windows XP burning. In this case if you want to use the Movie Maker or Windows media player burning option, you need to activate this possibility.
Please, go to the properties of the drivers (right click). Please select the recording tab. CD recording option on this drive must be marked.
I use the software Nero burning and in my opinion he of one of the best burning programs. In addition, you should try different manufacturers CD/DVD because some CD and DVD is not compatible with some readers. Check the TDK CD and DVD. I never had no problem with these media.

    Best regards
