  I use iTunes on a PC x 64 Win10. The iTunes Store is normal except for the movies section. The mouse pointer is not aligned with his actions.   Your image main podcast is 1.1 MB - it must be less than 500 KB. Your first episode shows an image in the search results (even if it is more than 500 KB), but those remaining is smaller than 1400 x 1400.

  Once corrected, images can often take quite a few days to appear in the store.
