  Try www.NewEgg.com and look for a PCI-E x 1 card, if you do not have the card.  As third party cards may not work on your PC, you may have a problem finding a card that works (even if the existing card works in other PC).

  The fact that Barclays and American Express are the participating banks to pay Apple does not necessarily mean that a Barclaycard American Express (co-branded card) card is a supported adapter.

  To use Apple pay, your card must be a support from a participating provider card. However, not all the cards that are issued by a given participating bank are necessarily supported for use with Apple pay.

  Apple does not publish the list of supported cards.

  To find out if your card is supported to pay Apple, you can:

  -Barclaycard contact;

  -Try to add the card (you will be notified if it cannot be added).

  The Barclaycard Web site advises that Apple pay is available with all Barclaycard US more partner-brand or MasterCard® and Visa® cards. It does not say that American Express of Barclaycard cards are supported.

  I downgraded to XP on my machine and unfortunetly I am unable to get the Express card slot to work.

  The Intel chipset on the Toshiba site drivers do not have not anything.

  I'm trying to get an eSata port works thanks to the Express card as I did with Vista, but not with joy at all.

  Go to the Device Manager and check if the Express card is installed properly, or if its an error.

  You must update the BIOS with the latest version. BIOS updates can sometimes solve problems like this.

  And make sure you have XP Service Pack 2 or 3 installed.

According to anadtech and other techys the only way to do an ExpressCard hd is updated the BIOS. During the installation of Windows it says that it canoe on the device because the BIOS is not able to boot from it.

  Toshiba creates a new BIOS to allow starting the expresscard hd or not Toshiba have a laptop model that will allow already, as im thinking of buying a new laptop but only if this option is available.
