  Recently, I had a virus removed by a technician microsoft online (thank you).  Everything is fine, except at startup, I get a message stating "failed to load or run (apostrophe and 2 small boxes followed with an another apostrophe) specified in the registry."  Make sure that the file exists on the computer.  When I click ok, I get another message that says AWC.exe.  "This application has failed to start because rtl70.bpl not found."  Anyone has any advice on how to fix this?  Thank you.

  Since then, whenever I open GarageBand, downloading continues automatically, but after a few minutes I get the same annoying message.

  You cannot run the last Safari on Mac OS 10.9.

  It requires the latest Mac OS (10.11)

  You can create a new partition and install the latest OS above and use it.
