Re: Updated creative cloud all my apps CS6, now I'm stuck

Hi, I know it's 2 years later, but this thread seems to be handling my current problem. I got PS for decades, always pay for my updates, including the upgrade and pay for 6 CS PS in December 2012, it was BEFORE Adobe has changed to the creative cloud subscribe only. I was subsribing to CC from may 2013, but carefully made sure not to touch my own PS CS 6 via the cloud, he kept as a standalone application, work indepnedently. However, at roughly the same time that the excellent starter subscription offer ended, and I was suddenly on 2.5 times the monthly cost, my work load has decreased and I now had to end my subscription. It's just too expensive to pay £45 per month, year after year, for me. My registration failed yesterday and now I find to my horror, that I can not open my own, fully paid app CS6 PS - I just get the box 'renew your membership '. This cannot be true. Adobe cannot "take back" a product that they once sold me as a standalone application!

Fortunately, I find this post, but dare not "delete the existing facilities of CC", as suggested by Jeff above, since I don't have any physical CS6 PS (like on a CD). I found the link on my account storage safely if I never wanted / need to download again. As Adobe said in his note of thanks from 2012: "you can connect in 'Your account' in the future for re - download your products." Connection today, I believe that it is "in the future", I am only met by Adobe pushing to subscribe. This link to the PS CS6 app seems to no longer exist.

Please, how can I recover my PS CS6, paid for? Yes, I can show receipts and email from Adobe to prove my purchase.

Nillaw81362798 you can download the installation files for Photoshop CS6 retail applications download Adobe Creative Suite 6 .  If you need to locate your serial number registered so I recommend again to find the serial number of your product Adobe quickly...

As previously discussed to restore the shared components installed suitable for Creative Suite 6, you must remove all installed Adobe Creative Software and then reinstall Creative Suite 6.  If you have any questions feel free to update this discussion.
