I paid for an annual subscription of (members of teaching staff) on 30 January 2015 every thing works fine until last week when I decided to use Acrobat reader on my Macbook. They asked me a serial number and if I want to buy the product? It's a bit worrying that the annual subscription has been deducted from my account, but there is no Bill? Can anyone advise or recommend someone who can solve this urgent problem for me. I checked online and it tells me I have no past history of Bill? What is going on? My plan shows I have a free subscription of CC, I do not have the qualified products! and no order to my account! What is going on?

The Adobe ID on the forums has no subscription active CC or any license under it.
Please contact customer service to determine the exact Adobe ID attached to your purchase.

Who should I talk with to upgrade my Lightroom 4 to 6?
I recently bought a new mac and used your version track lightroom CC until I had the time to install my old Lightroom 4 product was purchased. Unfortunately I can't access all the work I did during the month of the track as my version of Lightroom 4 is not compatible with the version of 2015. Is there anyway that I can improve my LR4 for 2015? Adobe does not t easy to talk to someone about this type of purchase. As you're question "who should never use it?" the simple answer is someone who doesn't know what they're doing. As with any language command line you must have experience.
I personally never use, but then again I rarely use either command line. Well no, unless I have to solve a problem.

In general, any antivirus that detects a "generic" virus is a kind of behavior that he dislikes, but does not match a known virus, so the generic label. A single file is detected, that I personally would consider it a false positive. Get a scanner in offline mode and scan your computer from a bootable CD or a flash drive, if you want to be sure.
And Yes, a virus can control exactly what you see, if the virus is running. It's what they do.
