    I NEED to talk to a real person on the phone. I have been declared as "legitimate not the owner" of my own e-mail account. I answered the secret question, put my correct password and I was locked. I try to change the password and it won't let me. I can even see the email - on my 'my account' page, of the intruder. I can't get rid of it. It makes me so angry that I can't have MY account back and someone else is now in control of all of my information. Help, please. I want to talk to a person. I was able to do that two years ago. Now, why not? Online just doesn't work. It was online that I filed my complaint, I given a file number and said while the account is not me. IT OF MINE! I want to come back.

The computer I install in that he had a bad HD and no Windows disk and it seemed like the perfect solution - a legal copy of Windows on a drive hard work.

    I swapped a HD with Windows XP installed on another computer factory and cannot activate it.

    If XP is preinstalled on the computer that is dead you can not move another computer because it's OEM. You must purchase another copy of Windows to install on another computer.

    If it's a full license or upgrade retail - Yes. You can move it to another computer as long as it is installed on a single computer at a time (and if it's a Windows 7 Upgrade version the new computer must have its own license of qualification). The previous Windows installation on your old computer must be formatted or deleted. You will have to perhaps call Microsoft and explain what happened to complete activation. Turning it on the second computer will automatically be in effect 'disable' the license for the first computer. The key works with 32 and 64 bit, but can only be installed at a time.

    If it's an OEM license - don't. OEM licenses, including Windows preinstalled on a computer before purchase and Windows purchased separately, are related to the first computer, they are installed on and cannot be transferred to another computer. To install Windows on another computer, you will need to buy another copy.
