Readers who have trouble download & purchase of subscriptions in DPS

I have readers who have purchased a subscription that can not see their problems. Similarly, a few readers, try and buy the subscription and it just turns and turns saying "purchase subscription" with everything that is happening.

I was able to reproduce this problem in our application with our sandbox account. See the top of the image. It has been run for more than 5 minutes. (I'm definitely on a stable wifi connection). Our application has been updated in September.

Any suggestions?  Is this a problem with iTunes?
