Receive error message when starting Photoshop CS3

I get the following when starting CS3 error message:

"This application has failed to start because CML4.dll was not found."

The title of the window is, "Photoshop.exe - impossible to locate item.

Of course, the only button to push is the 'OK' button (which should probably read - something f - d upwards.) Press here to continue.) After pressing the OK button, CS3 starts and works without problem - until now.  I guess that I have not actually used the part of the program that uses CML4.dll or do not see the difference with or without it.

How can I solve this problem - without having to reinstall PSCS3? and why is it in the first place?

CML4.dll is not part of Photoshop.

It could be a driver of printer or scanner driver DLL, or perhaps by a third party plugin.

  • Error message when launching Photoshop CS5

Whenever I run the Photoshop CS5 application, I get the following error message: "one or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder, necessary for the operation of Photoshop, are missing.  Run the Photoshop Installer and re-install Photoshop. »

Re-installation of Photoshop is not correct the problem. AFAICT, Photoshop will run normally, despite the error message. I assume that this message was born because I uninstalled a previous Photoshop CS4 trial version before installing CS5 for the first time.

Does anyone have an ideal how to solve this problem? Is this really a problem? What are the files must be in the Adobe Application Support folder?

    Kind regards

    Robert

What you might try is to uninstall the CS5 and then run the Creative Suite cleanup tool.  Then reinstall CS5.

There is a problem of starting, C:\ users\home\AppData\local\imagusud.dll, the specified module could not be found. Can ignore the prompt, I would like to do the sorting.

Someone knows how to fix this?

    Hello

It seems that something is corrupted in your user account.
Have you tried to repair the operating system or to clean the registry with CCleaner?

CCleaner is a free tool that cleans up the registry and removes the garbage in the HARD drive.
    Try this.

Otherwise, you can check the msconfig-> Startup tab.
You should look for some entries containing the imagusud.dll file and may disable or remove this

    A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart

No matter what I do, I can't go in front of her. Ive had this error before and I solved it by pressing f12 at startup and selecting the option farthest away (to the right of the network)

    Hello

Sounds strange! As a first step, you should try to back up your data with a floppy Boot or Boot CD (www.bootdisk.info).

Then you should try to sett your BIOS back to default settings.
Next step is to try to find your laptop! If there is an error message that your HARD drive is damaged!

  • Error message when starting. C:\WINDOWS\system32\gijsgkuj.DLL specified module could not be found.

This error message has appeared for some time now, but it does not seem to harm my pc, other than very slowly.  What is the feature of this module?  Do I need for normal use?

    johnedr1,
You can check that you spelled the file correctly?  I wasn't able to find that everything about this DLL.  If you have any specialized software it can be part of that.  But something during startup tries to call this file and find do not.
You can make troubleshooting by performing a clean boot.  Here are the links that will explain the process in detail.  Short of this, you disable the elements of all Microsoft and if the error Stops, then add points back until you find the program\process which is the cause.

Follow the steps in this article to resolve problems with a clean boot.

  • Receive error message when you open Outlook; the path specified for the file G:\outlook...pst is not valid.

I recently exported my outlook to a pst file and saved on my external hard drive.  Since then I get this message when I open Outlook "the path specified for the file G:\outlook...pst is not valid.  How to stop?

NEVER use the. Functions of export/import PST in Outlook.  They are broken, have been for some time, data loss and often corrupt Outlook profile in use. To perform a backup, just close Outlook and make a COPY of the. PST file.  Looks like (and I guess here) your external HD is G:\. This being the case, that. PST file is probably still attached to Outlook and Outlook can't find it.  With Outlook open, see the supplement files pane. PST file, right-click, and then click "close".  You may need to have the hard drive external and exported. File PST attached and available for work.  If this does not work, you have damaged your profile and will need to make a new one:

  • Receive error messages when trying to install McAfee and it said their support that the question is related to the error in Device Manager.

How can you diagnose errors in Device Manager

Tried installing McAffee, but error message. Contacted McAfee... says the problem is in the Device Manager. How can I determine the error in Device Manager?

Are you sure you don't have another Antivirus always installed; even an expired subscription?

A lot of AVs will not install if they find one already installed (and you must have an AV installed in any case).

Another problem may be how you try to install it:

You need to download and save on the desktop > then right click on the saved files > select run as administrator.

FYI: Here's how to look in the Device Manager:
