I believe that I received a message from phishing on 'update' from my account and ask different types of information. Who can I transmit the message of confirmation and other possible actions?
If someone asks for your password in order to proceed with account to update it's a scam. NO need in advance of your e-mail to anywhere... Legitimate sources won't be asked ever your password to proceed...

I just got a call from windows saying pirates were trying to get access to my computer and asked me to go to the run menu and type eventvwr and go to security and count the red Xs and yellow triangles, after that I said I was under 18, they told me to wait for their phone call. They also said that they were in England in the Department in charge of piracy (not the exact words), I was wondering if it was a scam because (don't not to sound racists but) they sounded to the East Indies and I read on some other getting calls of the people of the East Indies and it didn't sound like a normal call center because there was a lot of noise in the background it all seemed a bit suspicious to me.
Fake phone calls to technical support
Calls unrequested telephone of this nature are almost always a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment.
Please see:

Microsoft issues never not solicited for phone calls of support or security.
These types of callers can use completely fictitious names or bogusly claim to be of real companies other than Microsoft as well.

My text is not received my phone from apple. Help please
I got a new Apple Watch for Christmas. Other people get my texts, but my husband isn't? Is this something to do with I have messages?
Hello
On your iPhone, go to: settings > Messages > make sure you send as SMS is enabled.
Also on your iPhone, go to: Contacts app > check that your power plug for your husband understands its correct mobile / cell phone number, and, if it uses iMessage on an iPhone, the Apple ID email address.
After making any changes to their contact card, it can help to remove the old iMessage conversations with him on your iPhone and your Apple Watch:
-iPhone: app Messages > swipe to the left on a message thread > press Delete / Trash.
-Watch: Messages app (from the home screen - accessed by pressing the digital Crown) > swipe to the left on a message thread > press Delete / Trash.

TRIED TO CONNECT VIA THE WEBSITE LOGME123 AND AFTER HAVING RECEIVED WARNINGS ON THE WEB SITE OF GOOGLE, I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS A SCAM. These scam calls are usually of a person representing Windows rather than Microsoft, but in any case, the call was nothing else than a phishing attempt! Do not give any information.
It is a scam! Not to follow their instructions or advice and not to provide ANY information to them.
Because they use the internet lines and/or phone to complete their fraud, there may be federal agencies in your country who are interested in discovering their calls. Their report directly to the appropriate agency if you feel you can contribute to their arrest and the charges.
Microsoft do NOT pick up the phone and start dialing customers and never phones/e-mails asking for personal information or asking them to visit a web site! Please do not take into account these calls and hang up immediately.
Avoid scams that use the Microsoft name fraudulently
On another note, if you have problems with your computer, please do not hesitate to post a description of the situation and the error messages you received in those forums. We would be happy to help you. (information staff unnecessary or requested !)

Need to know if it is a scam or not.
This seems to be a phishing attempt. Although any link may look similar to going to a legitimate site of Hotmail, it will probably go to some infamous web page designed to collect your personal information.
