  They are * not * Microsoft. This is a complete scam and one that has become very common these days. Do anything they tell you to do and hang up on them.

• Why can't I open an email in zoho? Occurred on 2 different computer, different from firefox 2 different OS &amp; version 2. And it's not zoho.

  I could connect to zmail of zoho and retrieve my mail but I could try to open 20 times, but I have nothing, not even an error message.   Buy an external hard drive if you do not already have one and migrate personal files, things like documents, music, photos, videos, stuff like that.  Once they are on the external hard drive, delete them from your computer.  You would remove them the same way you would remove any other thing - click it, right-click, select "Move to trash."  Delete nothing however, until you have moved to an external drive.  If you don't save a copy somewhere, once you remove them, it's over and you can't get it back.

  To understand what that other things that can be deleted are go up --> about this Mac--> storage.  This will tell you how many you have on your hard drive right now.  Post here a screenshot of it.

  It is a scam! Not to follow their instructions or advice and not to provide ANY information to them.

  Because they use the internet lines and/or phone to complete their fraud, there may be federal agencies in your country who are interested in discovering their calls. Their report directly to the appropriate agency if you feel you can contribute to their arrest and the charges.

  Microsoft do NOT pick up the phone and start dialing customers and never phones/e-mails asking for personal information or asking them to visit a web site! Please do not take into account these calls and hang up immediately.

  Avoid scams that use the Microsoft name fraudulently
