Receiver game Microsoft Wireless issue

Right then my problem is the following:

I plugged the small receiver into a usb port wireless turns the light on it, and Windows detects it. I installed the drivers update software "update checker" as well as all, theres no problem and everything is fine and I can sync my controller to the receiver and play with him, and everything is fine.

Now.

When I turn my computer once, the custom of controller sync never back to the receiver, and there is nothing I can do about it but just uninstall and install again. By pressing the two buttons Sync does not work and I did not console Xbox 360 round interfere with the signal, internet even WiFi or wireless phones. My 360 controller is my device only wireless in the House.

I tried using a different usb port, my battery of controllers are full.

No there is no way to ensure that the receiver is able to reconnect with my controller once the link is broken once?

Either way, I run on XP SP2 and all drivers are up to date.

If you have a receiver to predict the "Microsoft Wireless Mouse 3500" you might be able to connect again - not positive on this one (some Logitech devices can be "trained" to use other receivers).

In general though - if you lose the receiver, that the mouse is golden.

  • When are you going to fix the Microsoft Wireless Mouse overheating Nano receiver?

I bought one about a month ago Microsoft 4000 wireless mouse. Yesterday he is receiving died on me. I suspect the short-circuit. After some research, I realized that I was not alone with this problem, it could be a default of series.

Once the question has appeared on the forum before (http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7hardware/thread/727a8f10-4aaf-4f1e-bea1-3a73f7e62cf9) but the problem was quickly rejected.

I bought the whole thing on a trip in Europe and cannot be replaced. So the question is: If we trust Microsoft for the second time and buy the same mouse again or opt for something else? I need a mouse that works on rough surfaces. But right now, I may need to overcome my taste for the device and opt for Logitech to anywhere, at least that you reassure me that you will have the transceiver replaced soon.

  • Why the excess USB traffic created by some models of the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver?

As part of my work as a volunteer for a repairman to point not lucrative to registered of Microsoft, I test a selection of mouse and wireless keyboards that are given.  Based on the production of a software tool for USB port monitor, I noticed recently that some models of the Microsoft Wireless Desktop Receiver generate constant even when the keyboard and mouse are slowed traffic USB (about 10 transactions per second) or are completely absent.  This occurs with the 2.1 receiver Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop (model 1028) and the Microsoft Wireless Desktop receiver 3.1 (also labeled model 1028).  It does not occur with the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver 1. 0a, nor have I watched Microsoft controls only receivers or receivers of Logitech mouse...

This makes me curious.  What do these receptors with all this chatter?  I assume deliberately, because I see the same thing in all the units I checked.  If I was pretty savvy to decode the trace of the USB, I might be able to figure it out by myself, but I'm not.  I hope that there is someone on this forum who remembers how these old 27 Mhz receivers are designed and who can make me jump the learning curve by giving me an explanation of a layman to what happens here.
