I am so sick of paying for a product that I have everything simply because I can't talk to someone and it circles me just around and around. It won't let me cancel no matter how many times I've followed the instructions. I'm out $89.97 because I tried to cancel the first time. Please help me find another way to solve this problem which is not in the directions.

Sign in using your adobe id, https://creative.adobe.com/ and download dreamweaver. your adobe id (that you used to subscribe to cc) is your license key.

You read this 215.006.30121 'Classic' of the SUBJECT, Yes? This means that you have installed the classic version, which is not updated with new features and is designed only for people who have a time to purchase. The version for subscriptions is "continue". I recommend that you uninstall the CLASSIC and CONTINUOUS download instead. Many people recommend using the creative Cloud application to handle this, even if I do not have.

It's a little more complicated than that.
If the message is sent as an iMessage (blue) uses the data that could be part of your cellular data allowance or WiFi depending on what you are connected to. If it is sent as SMS (green) it takes however your carrier charges you for SMS.
For a message to be sent in an iMessage, both parties need to have a device capable of iMessage (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Mac), iMessages allowed to have (settings > Messages > iMessage > on) and be connected to the data (Wifi or cellular).

I have an application written in Toolbook 4.0 (WIN 95 to 1996). It works fine in XP 32-bit. When I try to run in XP 64, I get the error message "the application is valid but was designed for a different system" is at - it an emulator or a way to make a 64-bit computer to run 32-bit code? I know that this application is old but it works fine in XP 32 and I can't replace it witout totally re - develop from scratch.
There are several options depending on your operating system.
For XP/Vista: You can use Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and run Windows XP x 32 inside your x 64 system.

What it/where you buy should match your country of registration
If you bought something on a US site, I don't think that you will be able to activate it outside the United States

My creative cloud subscription ran out. I've updated my contact information. Adobe is deducted from the money, but I can't find the serial number in my account for the product so can't get all running programs. I have the small card, but there are letters and numbers. Adobe doesn't let me put those in the fields of serial number. Is it possible I can get Adobe to help me because I'm paying for something that I can't use.

Help understand the Double billing for the same product on the same account
Recently, I realized that I make double charge on my account from creative cloud for the same exact items charged to the exact same credit card. In addition, I must say that I had two accounts still somehow. It is because I have lost access to the associated e-mail account and do could not connect. When I talked to Adobe at this time there they notify that I have create a new account with a new email, I did. That being said, every month for almost a year I was charged $31,79 and the new account as well. (I admit I'm not very good about checking all my automatic subscriptions online monthly but supposed to Adobe as a company highly and popular, could do things). I called and the first representative I spoke with today understands the problem and transferred to me for a refund, however once transferred, the representative was not only do not understand but rude and gave me a refund for 6 months. As of today, they canceled the account I have not used and me be charged twice a month for but only paid 6 months more than 12 months of double billing. The representative tried to tell me he was doing me a favor because I wasn't in charge of normal early termination fees. It has become so confusing and so I did at that moment that I said I would get more help here in the forums...
1. I'm trying to understand why in the world they would even charge me a cancellation fee when I was clearly NOT cancellation of an account, just to make a change, which was made according to the way which they charged me and, of course, who they do not now recognize?
2. How can I reload the same exact account for exactly the same product with activation of the said product as a single computer, and no other user (not to mention that I just used the product)?
Any help or advice would be appreciated!

The Adobe ID here in the forum has a CC bought in March 2016 with no cases registered.

Your question is not very clear to understand.
If Vista is preinstalled on your laptop, this product key is NOT for Windows 7.
There is a free upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 years, but that offer expired for a long time.

The Windows 7 upgrade Option is available through participating PC manufacturers on some PC and Microsoft on any purchase of packaged product Windows Vista. The Windows 7 upgrade Option applies to Windows Vista Home Premium, Business and Ultimate editions. Your Windows 7 update will be the comparable version: so you will get either Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows 7 Professional (upgrade to Windows Vista Business) or Windows 7 Ultimate, respectively. The Option of upgrade Windows 7 program runs from June 26, 2009 through January 31, 2010. Some manufacturers may choose to shorten the time of upgrade Option.
