  Hello, does anyone else have this problem? When you click on an icon representing a guided Edit, a dialog box comes up saying "Adobe Premiere Elements 14 has stopped working" and then the only choice is to wait for Windows if it stops or click on the button "close the program".

  About a week ago, I installed from a download, everything seems to work except publish it guided. There was a couple of updates already in the program.

  I tried to choose a different each time after restarting the program, thinking maybe just one or two has been altered, but none seems not to work.

  If I check updates on the Help menu, it says that everything is up to date. I can be able to understand how to do certain things messing around, but I paid for the work programme in its entirety.

  I highly recommend that you keep all of your Windows programs on your C drive. Especially first Elements. Put on a second drive may or may not contribute to its instability. Unfortunately, I'm sure you know, a 120 GB disk fills up very fast! I hope that you can have your operating system and programs on it and always a good space on concerts of 30-50 for programs to have flexibility when they open.

  In the meantime, try uninstalling/reinstalling (run CCleaner in between) with disabled anti-virus program. Sometimes antivirus programs prevent you from installing the program.

  Otherwise, you have built a pretty good computer, Gene! You have adequate material for most camcorder to video editing.

  You could try revouninstaller.  You will need the paid version if you already deleted parts of the program.  It's free for 30 days.  Or you could restore the program by using the system restore and then use the free version.  The program erases everything about the program. Just make sure you follow the instructions.
