Recovery environment is not found

My Dell place 8 Pro 3845, 32GB, Windows 8.1 with Bing with a 64GB memory card runs more space on C: drive.
My OS partition (C :) is 20 GB and only 4% is free. I have very few applications installed and no personal files on C drive.
A few days ago I had 5 GB free. I have upgraded to Windows 10 during the night that apparently didn't and the tablet in the morning, I notified that it had restored Windows 8.1. Unfortunately now my C drive everything is complete, only 4% left. I looked at all the big files, but could not find. I downloaded Windows 10 on the memory card.

I cleaned my disk of temporary files, but not much where found to clean. I tried to restore Windows but it fails with the message "cannot find the recovery environment. When I look at the restore partition I see its 100% free, so my restore is gone. I never did a cover on this tablet.

What can I do to free up space on the partition of the OS?

Any way I can use the partition restore or OS, or at least a recovery image put?
How do I move forward and create a new recovery image? When I use the Windows tool called 'Create a recovery drive' I get the error message "we cannot create a recovery on this PC drive. Since I have Windows with Bing, I can't create a recovery using another PC image, given that the tool (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media) do not allow to create images for WIndows with Bing.

I managed to remove the recovery partition and add it to my C partition. In any case it was useless because I couldn't restore. Then I downloaded Win 10 on a usb key and installed. This helped me after installation to remove the old windows (put it in a folder called Windows.old when you upgrade). 10 win stopped working for me after some update had to reinstall it again. After I had no problem, except the camera works sometimes. Also, using Win 10 you can no longer use OneDrive app, it will download all locally, most no download on request option to win 10.

  • 810-160 Phoenix envy: envy phoenix 810-160: try to install Win10 after BSOD and format; drivers not found

A few weeks ago, I got the BSOD and could only reformat without saving. After a data recovery service ravaged my hard drive, I bought a new drive. My recovery disk is not found (my guess is the woman she pitched in one of his fits of cleaning). Of course, I have to re - install the operating system and bought Win10 home.

I plugged the USB and started the installation, but now get a message that no driver device were found. It is a pain, but it makes sense. Went to the website of HP drivers on your laptop and downloaded all the drivers, it produces for my specific model.

    Where I'm stuck:

I have a pop up that says "Windows Setup" and "Select the driver to install", with a window not populated. I plugged my USB key containing the drivers and found him - USB key (H.) I chose this drive and the folder where I placed the drivers. Click OK and I get the message "no device driver has been found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK. »

If I have the drivers provided by HP and they are not recognized, how do I proceed?

    Hello:

Make sure that you dΘmarrez from a USB 2 port.

You will not be able to install Windows from a port USB3.

If you have the W10 installation media in a USB 2 port, windows can you are looking for the sata controller driver, so see if it works...

Download the drivers from this link below (first or second listed file - 1 file listed (64-bit).

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/download/25165/Intel-rapid-storage-technology-Intel-RST-RAID-driver

Extract (copy) the files on a USB FlashDrive without all records.

With the flash player and the installation media W10 plugged into the machine, boot from the W10 installation media.

After selecting the install now option, select the training - Advanced menu, Options and select the option load a driver.

You should now see the storage driver files listed.

If you check the box, it only includes the compatible driver.

Follow the prompts and I hope, W10 will install.

    Hi Jeff,

    1. you receive messages or error codes?

    2. did you of recent changes on the system?

If you are able to boot into safe mode without any problem, you can try to perform a clean boot and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

You can read the following article to put the computer in a clean boot:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

    Method 2:

If you are always faced with the question, then you can check if you can start your computer by using the known last good Configuration feature and fix the problem.

You can read the following article to do the same thing:

Using the last good known Configuration

    Method 3:

If the steps above fail, then you must have a full version of Windows Vista disk and try to perform a repair of the boot to WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment) boot from the installation disc.

If restarting fails, then try to perform a restore of the system to WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment).

  • Recovery plan test failed - a file is not found error

    Hi all

Finally, I got my SRM environment installed a few days ago and made a small test with 2 VMS successfully recovery plan. Today, we run a new trial with 18 virtual machines of low priority and everything went smoothly until after 15 minutes, the process failed with the error "file not found" turn on/off the virtual machines on the remote site.

Basically, we have 1 EMC Clariion each site with mirrorview which have been configured after EMC VMware Site Recovery Manager with EMC CLARiiON CX3 and MirrorViewS implementation and MRS. 1.0 Guide. We have detected that the snashot created recovery Clarrion is placed to the right of the active state after the beginning of the trial, but after 15 minutes later he returned to Inactive.

Other research showed me that the error that gives me the recovery plan test is correct given that the snapshot is no longer active and all files in the virtual machines (VMX and VMDK) that the SRM tries to light are on the snapshot.

Any of you have seen something like that?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

Our best practices for configuring CLARiiON SnapView, which copies itself on the first point of entry in the catch instant times the volume of production is to distribute between 20-30% of the production LUN for the RLP LUNS box

Regarding your volume of 300 GB of LUN LUN Pool reserved (and you might need more than one - that is to say if you have a consistent snapshot that includes multiple LUNS it will add ot the space required)-you should provide at least a 30 GB, otherwise a 60 GB LUNS in your region Reserved LUN Pool

I would try to increase the RLP LUNS for this kind of size and try again

    Hello

Eventually the partitions that appear on the HARD disk is corrupted.
I couldn't install the OS on my laptop because the partitions have been confues up, I don t know why, but I couldn't format the HARD drive using the recovery disk.

Finally, I took the Windows XP disc and formatted the whole HARD drive and deleted all partitions on the HARD drive. Then I installed Windows XP by using the Microsoft disk.
After that, I made the recovery disc and installed the operating system using the Toshiba disc.
Then, it was possible to reinstall the OS.

Notes; The M400 seems supported RAID and therefore, you need to install the RAID driver first!

Don't know what else to suggest other than using recovery discs to reinstall. If you have recovery disks, the recovery partition is not really necessary, more a convenience than using disks, that's all.

    Hello

You will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer using the recovery disks do.

Your computer manufacturer has implemented their own recovery discs manufacturing process, and is not a process of Microsoft Vista.

You can, with some manufacturers still buy recovery discs.

    See you soon.

  • After my computer will crash does not start has a black screen with message operating system not found. Responsible for recovery disc but wont start.

not boot Vista after that computer crashed have a black screen with message operating system not found.recovery discs won't load

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

Above is the way you normally boot from the Vista recovery disks.

If you have tried to boot from the recovery without success disks, contact the manufacturer of your computer.

This isn't their recovery process, Microsoft.
