recovery kit with regard

Hi I have a question about my laptop recovery. I buy my laptop this year in June there
OS is corrupted then consultant hp me says to buy CDs of restoration that cost me about 5-600 it consist recov CDs and window 8.1 and some other stuff (my question is did send me the original cd of the window) and why they are charging me when istill have warranty for three years and they did not inform do me recovery when I buy laptop What is my fault that the system is corrupt, what's the point of the warranty if I have to pay

When you firstly started yout laptop after its withdrawal from the area and has put in place was when the script asked you if you were willing to do a recovery key or a defined recovery disk.

You click the NO button and then forget about it as something that you always need to do?

A flash drive recovery or set of recovery disks created by the creator of media HP Recovery on your Notepad contains the operating system and all the drivers you need for your laptop.  Unless you have a portable commercial ProBook, it is unlikely that your laptop comes with a disc to install nWindows 7.

If you OS is so corrupt that you cannot start the operating system then your only option at a reasonable price is to buy HP recovery media. The cost is reasonable and is usually about $25.00.  Ask the usb flashdrive recovery media. It's faster and, unlike the game of recovery disks, it is durable.  If you ask a USB recovery of warranty services, you can get one free of charge, but I can't guarantee that. It's worth asking.

  • HP Pavilion m6-1002sa - new hard drive recovery kit - HP

    Laptop - HP Pavilion m6-1002sa

My hard drive failed on this computer and I am substituting a Western Digital Blue 1 TB internal hard drive SKU: WD10SPCX.

I am told by one of your experts that this player certainly works with this computer.

I ordered a kit of HP recovery for this computer to restore the computer to its original factory condition.

This recovery Kit will create the D: partition so that I do the restoration, or I have to create the partition before using the kit?

    Please notify

    Concerning

    Flynne

    Hi Flynne,

You won't have to do any partitioning beforehand.  The recovery disks will reinstall Windows 7 and recreate all the partitions (including recovery D) original for you.

Can be found in the document of HP following the procedure for the use of recovery disks.

  • HP pavilion dv6-7029wm recovery kit lose after changing the hard drive

    Hello

Recently, I changed the hard drive after the old one crashed, so I need the recovery kit, but the site it says shipps only in canada or the United States

as I left the States, how can I get them?

where can I download the recovery image and burn it to a DVD?

    Hello

Another option that you might consider is to create your own Windows 7 installation disc.

Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the character product activation key 25 on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

An example of a COA label can be seen here.

You can create a Windows 7 installation disc yourself using another PC - just download the Disk Image correct ( this must be the same version that originally came with your laptop - it is listed as Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn ( Note: you can deselect additional software during installation of ImgBurn offerings) to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write that an ISO on a disc is here.  The source of the Windows Image is Digital River.

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1.

Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA at the request and once the installation is complete, use ' 'phone Method' described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system -this made method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want to just have a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally comes with OEM installations.

You may need, additional drivers and software are here.

  • Spectrum of HP x 360: creation of Recovery Kit

    Hi all

I just bought a spectrum HP x 360 running Windows 8.1, with no recovery DVDs provided.

I noticed that the recovery Kit must be created on the USB stick with a capacity less 32 GB (even it the necessary space is 22 GB?) I don't remember the steps between 16 and 32...) or DVD.

Is there a way to create an image and save it to a hard drive? I am not internal nor external DVD burner, and I don't understand how not to use a 32 GB USB...

And what happens if I need to change the M2. SSD? What kit would be of any use?

    Thanks for your reply.

  • P2-1033W not answer during recovery using HP Recovery Kit

I try a system recovery using the HP Recovery Kit. Windows 7 is the operating system.

I insert disc 1 into the computer and it seems to start the process. In a few minutes, he gets to a screen similar to sunlight at the top that shines through a blue sky and the rest of the way. There is no HD activity light or a message on the screen. Only the mouse cursor is on the screen. I want to know if it of the way the process works, or is the computer hung up? The screen is this way for more than 45 minutes. The instructions say the process can take two hours, but it does not say what should I see on the screen if anything.

Sorry for the delay in response to your suggestion.

I tried to use the hard disk recovery program. However, the program has never worked for me. I received a message stating that "Recover Manager cannot restore your computer by using the original image. Please contact HP support. "Error code: 0xe0ef0003" this is the reason why I bought the recovery Kit.

My final solution was to use a new HDD (WD 500 GB) with the recovery kit. I always had problems with the program past fashionable unanswered. The system seems to lock up periodically. I decided that I had a memory problem, so I did a test of memory on the system. The memory also hung up test. I removed the memory stick of 1 GB and run the test again. This time she completed with no blocking. I then put the 1 GB module in the system and run the memory test. This time it completed without any problems. When I finally got the recovery kit program to work once again he completed 100 percent instead of the lock up to 70 percent.

Instructions for use this recovery kit is very basic, in my opinion. HP want me $49.99 for technical support in answering my question on the way to know if the program actually work load. After paying for the recovery kit I considered not just as a good option. I lost a lot of time because I didn't know if the system fails or if it still worked. I would not recommend this system to anyone. If it belongs to my sister, I would have thrown it out the window a long time ago.

  • HP Recovery Kit will re - install Vista if hard drive has been replaced?

Hello everyone, this is my first post so I hope that I understand.

I bought a HP Pavilion s3050uk of second hand compact office, product number RY930AA.

The only OS on it is a trial version of Windows 7 Ultimate, little time to expire.  I knew when I bought but I was just able to reinstall Vista Home Premium using the HP Recovery Kit and the number of product key from the COA on the PC sticker.

However, I think now that the HARD drive has been replaced at some point - my machine has a 200 GB (Seagate ST3200822AS ATA) and I think that these machines haven't shipped with a 250 GB?  Now, I'm worried that I will pass on the recovery kit but it won't reinstall Vista because the hardware has been changed.  If it is probably the case of others has experience then I may as well save my money (which is very tight at the moment, where the 2nd hand PC) and put it toward the purchase of an operating system package full.

Hope someone is able to advise me.

    Thank you

    Stephen

If you buy a defined recovery disk and perform a factory original operating system image recovery and the partition scheme will be installed on the new hard drive.

Certificate of authenticity (w\ license key) Microsoft Windows OEM is always visible on the bottom of the laptop?

  • Pavilion g6 - Recovery Kit

I had problems with my laptop, so I decided to restore it to factory settings.

My laptop isn't a recovery partition or service such as HP Recovery Manager HP programs.

So, I decided to order a Kit recovery for my laptop.

I wonder what it comes with?

Just 3 recovery disks, or something like a guide that will take me through the process of restoring my laptop with the disks, because I never did a factory restore also myself (and want to learn).

In the download the software & driver Support, I found this for my laptop:

    DVD - Windows 7 SP1 64 b + Supp 2 Recovery Kit

    2011-12-08, VersionN/A

System Recovery Kit for Consumer Notebook (3 discs)

    HP Pavilion g6-1d28dx

    Product number: A6Y41UA #ABA

    Windows 7 64 bit

    Mkan, welcome to the forum.

Here is the "System Recovery / backup / restore" page of the notebook.  I think that you find the information you need to do the recovery.  If your laptop does not work well, be sure to make a backup of your personal data.

  • Re: no rain recovery kit

    What to do please help

    Hello

No worries. It was just a spelling error. Your English was very good. Compatible is the correct word.

This means that the recovery kit is not intended to be used with your laptop. Find documents and emails you to order and receive the kit.disk of recovery. Comtact that whether you bought it and tell them what we make the software for you. If you followed their instructions to identify your laptop, replacement kit should not cost you anything.
