  The only thing in your case we can do is use the usb recovery media or defined recovery disc you must have created now to run a factory image recovery. Who will restore the recovery partition on the hard drive of your laptop.

  I plan to do a factory reset on my HP Pavilion g7, because the pilots somehow began to disturb, reinstall the original drivers does not resolve this problem, so I have a few questions:

  How do I know that the recovery programs were not damaged, while I won't have problems when the recovery is complete?

  I have updated BIOS with HP Support Manager a month ago, the recovery also moved the original driver for BIOS?

  I can make the recovery of a battery in the laptop or I have to remove and do as the tank adapter?

  How long it takes for this process to be done (approx.)?

  Can I keep recovery (D and HP_TOOLS (E after recovery?))

  This recovery will really put me on the language selection screen, after it's done and instal lall, the pilots and the original software?

  Do I need Internet while doing a recovery?

  You can't get the recovery back partition, but what you can do is to use the recovery disk series or usb recovery media that you must have created to 'recover' your laptop to its factory condition.

  I'm a little surprised that as a developer, you are not aware of the benefits of having MSDN or Technet subscriptions. Either you gives access to all OS of Microsoft in ISO format.

  My Hp pavilion 2022us g7 was returned from repairs under warranty with the partition D: with the HP factory recovery deleted. I have now ordered a software media kit and driver from HP.com. My question is, how do I use the DVD to create a new partition d: and recreate a new factory recovery disc so that I can do a restore to factory without the physical dvd. Which I am extremely me then I'll try to avoid walking around with a dvd should pack the system breaks down.

  Boot from CD the HP recovery disks series #1 will start the process of HP recovery. Your computer will be returned to the factory as a State. This includes the formatting of the hard disk, create partitions C: and D:, installation of the OS, the software and drivers and installation of the recovery partition recovery software. This operation clears all that is present on the hard drive. Please save all information, files or data you want to keep before using the recovery discs.

  Please keep in mind that if the hard drive fails in your travels, the HP Recovery partition on the hard disk is normally make it unusable. This means that you will still need to use recovery disks once installed a new hard drive.
