Recovery of the Service requests of attachments in PL/SQL program

Hello
I need to write a PL/SQL program to retrieve attachments of form of Service requests and attachments to users. I was able to identify the details of the "FND_ATTACHED_DOCS_FORM_VL" view attachments but don't know how to recover the attachment of the database files.

Can anyone let me know the directory path/table/method name to retrieve the attachment of files of the database so that I can use in my PL/SQL program them to Email?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Sarah

Hello
Attached files are stored in the fnd_lobs table. You need match the ID media of fnd_attached_documents or fnd_documents to file_id in fnd_lobs.
The document type id data (main table: probably fnd_document_data_types) defines where the attachment is stored.

It can be fnd_document_short_text, fnd_document_long_text or fnd_lobs. Please use the query below for files:

SELECT FDT.document_id
FDT.language
FDT.source_lang
FDT.description
FDT.program_id
FAD.seq_num
FAD.entity_name
FAD.automatically_added_flag
FAD.program_id
FAD.pk1_value
FAD.pk2_value
FAD.pk3_value
FAD.pk4_value
FD.security_type
FD.publish_flag
FD.usage_type
FD.program_id
null
fl.file_data
fl.file_name
fl.file_content_type
fl.file_format
, DECODE (fd.datatype_id, 5, 'W', 6, 'F')
-, fl.file_data
OF fdt fnd_documents_tl
fnd_attached_documents ADF
fnd_documents fd
fnd_lobs fl
WHERE FDT.document_id (+) = FAD.document_id
AND FAD.document_id = FD.document_id (+)
AND FD.datatype_id IN (5,6)
AND fl.file_id = FDT.media_id
AND FDT.language = 'en '.
AND FAD.entity_name = 'MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS ';

    Hello

The ASR (automated system recovery) tool must have a disk for restoration purposes. The best option, if you really want to use ASR, is a floppy of USB external as suggested by chrisamiller.

You can also follow this procedure to create the ASR files without the floppy drive and then copy them to another location to create a floppy disk or, if you're lucky, your PC can boot from a USB key (I never tried to start ASR on a key, do not know if it will work or not, but it might be worth it) :

"You can"trick"the ASR in the race without a floppy drive." When it gets to the point where he writes on the diskette to cancel it. He writes two files, which are used for recovery, in the Windows\Repair directory. After completing your ASR copy these two files (files asr.sif and asrpnp.sif) to a network location and then make the diskette also. Make sure you update your disk whenever you make a new ASR or your backup will be watered.

Or, you can use a USB floppy drive. It is sometimes the only option, especially if you need to install SCSI or SATA drivers during the recovery. »

a: when you start the backup, it may be in Wizard mode. Follow the link to the Advanced Mode.
    b. Backup tab.
    c. click on the box next to the drive you want to back up so that it has a blue box.
    d. backup media or file name: Browse.
    e. Select a new file name on your CD.
    f. start the backup.

I'm not sure what you are looking for (validation or action) the code, but the action is simply to run workflows. You can find that in the pll CSSRISR. This database package that is used to start the workflow process is

    CS_Workflow_PKG. Start_Servereq_Workflow
    (p_request_number-online name_in ('incident_tracking.incident_number'),

  • System Image recovery, restore the system from an image will include my program inside?

I have a windows backup Image of the 17/11/2015 which I wan to restore my Windows 7 computer.

I load a trial version of media compose and he knocked my version of media dial 5.

I have more disks to it. A restore of the system from an image will include my program inside?

And it will not restore, he said that the system cannot find the specified file.

What can I do to get it to restore the computer?

Instead of a "Image Restore" I recommend you to do a "System Restore" to set up Windows back a week or two. You can start the process with rstrui.exe.

  • Report, which reflects the age of the service request with respesct to the Regio

    Hello

Is there a way we could create a report that displays the following:

The age (days) of the North-South Centre

    60 - 79 2 32 2
    30-59 2 3 2
    10-29 1 2 4

What we are trying to do is to create a report that shows that how much SR are open age given to each region. For example one of the SRs, with age > 90 are open and which region.

Note: The age = Diff between SR Date of opening and the current Date

WHEN (TimestampDiff (SQL_TSI_DAY, "Closed Date". To date, "Date Opened". Date) > 59 AND TimestampDiff (SQL_TSI_DAY, "Closed Date". To date, "Date Opened". Date)< 91)="" then="" 'age="" 60="" -="">

  • Contact-> Service request - show only the SRs that belong to the user

    Hello

    Here's the scenario:

User has access to all Contacts and can see did not have SRs.

The role of user - can read all records = YES

    Profile of user access

    Contact - Readonly
Related information under the Contact section:
Service request - View (inherit primary does not appear in the drop-down menu)

When I login, I am able to see all the Contacts (directed by role play) and also all SRs associated with this Contact.

Problem: Only SRs belonging to the logged in user should appear. SR the other user should not be visible under the contact.

I've seen examples of the use of ' inherit primary. " This option is not available.

How to get this functionality? (Contact - read all records and associated Contact SNS should show only users registered in SRs)

Here's a way to do this:

-Instead of the Service request related information on the Contact details Page, create a Web Applet, and incorporate a report that resembles the Section Service request information.
-Filter this report with a session variable, connection name and use this login name to filter the corresponding column on the report. On the report, add a link to action on the SR # so agents can pierce the ther SR detail page and update etc...

This way the user will see only those SR what he or she has.

  • Service request not getting associated with the Contact

    Hello

We have an interface between the Web site of our company and Siebel On demand application, visitors can come to our Web site and submit a request by filling out a form with their contact information and their request. In turn, this creates a folder 'Contact' and a 'Request for Service' in the Application folder,

'Contact', we used WSDL and v2.0 "Request for Service" WSDL as the webservice interface, we find that the Contacts and requests for services are created as that individual records, service demand does not get associated with the contact record is created?

We are capture the following information under the heading "Contact".
    First name:
    First name:

Should the specify us anything else under the Service request in the interface that will associate the Contact and "demand for services.

Is it because in version 2.0, each object exist as separate nodes that we are facing this problem?

    Hello

When you create the Service request, make sure that you set the field "ContactId" so that the created contact is associated with the SR created.

  • Problem opening of HTML forms "Find Service request" and "Create Service Request"

    Hello

I'm working on the establishment of a date for the Service of the EBS, and I'm unable to open forms HTML 'Find Service request' and "create Service request".

    I get the error message:

Oracle error - 20001: ORA-20001: APP-FND-02902: option profile Multi-Org is required. Please define either MO: MO or Security Profile: profile of operating unit option. has been detected in MO_GLOBAL_INIT.

I have knowledge of EBS min set up and configuration. We simply use EBS as a source system for our ETLs. Please suggest no work around to solve the problem.

    Thank you

    Kishore

Go to the responsibility of the system administrator > profile > system. Search for the profile MO: unit operating and under field of responsibility, put in the name of responsibility you use to create the service request, click OK, and enter the value you want in the next window operating unit. He shoots to the top of all the defined business units and you can choose the one desired.

  • Assignment of Service request records to books

    Hi all

I tried to add a service request record to a book which belongs to the partner organization. This book is one that is generated automatically when a partner is created. I added the user in the section of information related to the users of the book. I checked the profile of access for visibility. But when I click on the Add button on the title bar of the article of book in the service request details page, this book does not appear. Is there anything else which I am supposed to achieve?

    Thank you
    Naren

    Naren,

The partner book that is automatically created works ONLY on the partner folder, you must create a separate register to assign to records - we used the format P - {Partner Name) this wil then added to the files using workflows PRM.

  • S52060f Pavilion Slim Line: how create a set of recovery disks is service pack 1 burn on the disc

    Hello

No problems with one of my desktop windows 7 but have some questions and concerns. Outside my thin line, I have 2 other computers hp windows 7. They are p6510T CTO Desk Top clubhouse and Pavilion HPE H8m Desk Top. I created my own set of recovery for each computer cd. When I created the recovery discs, I don't remember if my computer came with service pack 1 preinstalled by buying them directly at Hp. My first question is this. Do plant purchased hp computers come with service pack 1 already preinstalled.

Next question. If they do and the recovery discs that I burned for each service pack 1 image, too, be burned on the disks. Finally. Is there a limit to the way in which many times can I use my recovery by computer disks.

You place your order of recovery disks is not possible that they are discontinued. I also undertand after reloading windows I can load the service pack 1 back when running a windows update. But it is easier to have service pack 1 already imaged on any set of recovery disks. If some can please please point this out. Thank you.

If you create recovery discs when you got the computers, you can use them as many times as you want as long as they continue to work. SP1 would not be included. I don't think that they were not in what you received initially. They come through Windows Update, see the center of update and the Service Pack

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/service-packs-Download#sptabs=Win7

The recovery disc for the p6510t are available at the surgeons of the computer if necessary:

    http://www.computersurgeons.com/p-22691-Windows-7-64-bit-10nasucw603-recovery-kit-589980-zh9-for-HP-Pavilion-Desktop-PC-model-number-p6510t.aspx

The model s52060f turns out to be incorrect, please confirm. The number of HPE H8m is incomplete, shall be read as

    HPE H8m K8300 for example.

Maybe you should look at the backup to hard disk image using something like Macrium reflect free. Check it out:
