recovery victory 8 g6

Yesterday I burned my recovery disks, today I did know I had corrupted files by running sfc/scannow. He then said I ran DISMexe to solve, he did fix it. So I ran sfc/scannow, once again, and he said that no violations found.the is my recovery disks are also corrupt? Given that I burned them after the fact? I had to do 3 refreshes (successfully) I used the HP recovery options do the burn, and I have no problems. Please we know?

Hello

Update the operating system or the corruption of files on Windows partition will not affect the integrity of your recovery discs - see you post above on the link below.

  • Issue of recovery W700 Iconia (victory 8 single Lang)

    Dear all,

I owned a W700 Iconia and messed up the operating system, by installing another Windows 8 ISO in one language. I wanted to make an own factory recovery using the recovery disks provided in the box.

I was wondering for those who owned the version of Windows 8 unique language that says your recovery CD? Windows 8 64-bit or Windows 8 single language?

Here's the scenario: my BIOS settings are adjusted to start on and off supervisor Secure Boot password in UEFI, and finally, the boot priority: changed first CD USB player. I inserted the DVD system disc and restart.

I managed to start the installation, after selecting language English, I gives me two options to restore the computer. However, NONE of them work. Instead, it prompted me to start in traditional mode instead.
So I restarted the tablet in legacy mode, but now the installation wants to start in UEFI mode to move forward.
It was a continuous loop between UEFI and legacy that gives me headache.

Since I'm on an ISO, my reboot advanced settings is not USB UEFI boot.

My Tablet operating system says Windows 8 single language but my 64-bit Windows 8 says supplied recovery discs (not to mention unique language). Maybe that's the problem? The packaging? I got the discs in the box anyway. The P/N of the recovery 1 & 2 disc: FM. XSCXA.105 then P/N of the Iconia on the box: NC. ASP11.01T.

I am told to Highpoint Acer for a reformat will do me RM120! It's a scam.

Please help me to solve the problem of recovery.

It seems that the partitioning of the disk may not be correct. I would recommend the partitioning of the disk in 1 single partition, then try to load the recovery disks. If you're still having problems, I would recommend that contact you Acer support for your region.

  • updated victory 8 to 8.1, how ensure the recovery partition is the same

I have a laptop of 15-E0116AU provided with windows 8 is installed. I've now updated to 8.1, and I was wondering if anyone can confirm that the recovery partition now some how has also upgraded to 8.1.

the upgrade took 5 hours and I don't want to go through that again,

I called HP support and was told that Yes, the recovery partition will recover to 8.1, BUT on microsoft.com site the page says it's not too and any OEM recovery partition will restore the original operating system [which is 8 on my system].

If HP... which is the correct answer please.

I already have a set of recovery discs, if HP doesn't let me do another one with 8.1 upgrade.

    John

The HP Recovery partition will recover your computer to a factory State, including BONES and the original software.

Please use the windows 'backup system image"utility to create an accurate picture of the Windows partition 8.1 as it is currently, on a hard drive external, USB drive or network drive. You will also need to create a disc to 'fix' Windows. If your computer develops questions or you need to replace the hard drive, all you have to do is to "restore" the image on the computer. Please see Windows 8.1 Tip: use System Image backup for instructions on creating and restoring a 'Windows - System Image backup.'

This process is not a system recovery and is different than using the window restore or refresh or HP System Recovery.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I have listed a key ID and a record label, but I don't see where I can add a device to the account via the web.

    mid-2013

So I thought to do a factory restore and reinstall windows, but because this machine has been shipped in mid-2013, it has been bundled with windows 8 and 8.1 not. I cannot recover my system with the options of windows using the boot disk, I received when purchasing.

Or reinstall the system via the DVD starts works. Installation could not see my hard drives correctly or missing drivers.

Now, I did a system restore (Yes surprisingly has started up normally this morning) but I am always a little scared and would have preferred a clean install.

Decided to buy Alienrespawn Premium to try to restore my original recovery Image and reinstall the original windows 8 from scratch. But during the selection of these options, I get the message that the image is missing or incomplete. When I try to select another HARD drive he asks to insert a disk external HARD at least 100 GB on this subject. Is there an internal HDD option and select put this system up? I've got 2 750 GB SATA HARD drive and the other has been completely formatted for backup reasons...

Could someone please help me and tell me what to do in this case?

A clean install would be the best way to go, but I tried everything I found on google in communities and to but still do not get them to factory reset my PC...

    Thanks in advance

My warranty has expired in order to request a backup CD is not going to work I'm afraid...

I have a cd provided dell with the laptop, but as said my laptop has been delivered with WIN8 not earned 8.1

I can't do a clean install, as described in the article, because it tells me to load the required drivers and there is a missing part so that my cd is in the laptop...

I need to find a way to recover the original recovery on the HARD drive in order to reinstall the complete system with the factory settings...

Please tell me how to do this.

It looks like your BIOS may be on the RAID.

    The value of the BIOS:

    SATA Mode = AHCI Mode

    = UEFI boot mode

DVD Win7, Win-8-DVD, or a USB flash drive should now start. Use the one-time-starting F12 menu.

  • Acer Recovery Management for victory 8 - create factory default backup

We have an available answer here for the creation of the backup:

Create a backup of the default factory Acer in Windows 8

I suggest you try to use another 16 or 32 GB flash drive.  If the USB key contains a hidden partition which reduces the usable space on the volume, which can affect the ability of the process to store all necessary information.

  • HP Deskjet 3520 series problem the driver Installation of class after the victory 8 recovery

Hi.I am Leonidas of the Greece and I am trying to solve this problem in the last 5 hours, my nerves are in very bad condition.

I used this printer daily for many months without problem, but a few days before, it was necessary to do a restore of windows 8 due to a problem. So today, I tried to reinstall my deskjet 3520, but I can't, everything I tried. The begginning I started with the installation cd. I could see the 3520 to my device at the Control Panel, I could see it in my network, but it was not possible to print. So I reinstalled deskjet 3520 and I installed it again but has not solved the problem. The system stop at step who wonder if the printer has wireless and I say Yes so he asks me the IP address or the computer name. I write the IP address (I know because I managed to print the test page to the thw first time of installation), but I can't spend the extra step because "the computer and the printer are related to different routers".

Please give me a solution... I look forward to hearing your response.

    Thank you

    Hi again,

By your final details I could understand that the printer is disconnected from your network, and therefore it cannot be.

Please try as below and let me know what happens:

    1. From the front panel of the printer, enter the configuration menu, select Tools and then select Restore Factory Defaults.
    2. From the front panel of the printer, go to the menu of wireless by clicking on the wireless icon, select Restore Defaults and confirm by selecting Yes.
    3. Disable the pritner.
    4. Re-turn on the pritner.
    5. If the software exists on your laptop, open the HP Deskjet 3520 and select Connect a printer using a wireless connection, if it was removed to perform the installation of the software, select Wi - Fi.

Now, you should be prompted with the steps to connect the pritner to your network wireless during the configuration of the wireless device.

If you still experience a problem, temporarily connect the printer with a USB port and then to open its software.

Click on the Tools icon and select Convert USB to wireless connection to reconnect it to your network.

  • Can I create a recovery bootable USB through disk utility?

My HARD drive is dying, I can't access my Macintosh HD partition anymore and I can't reinstall OS because I SMART errors. Before the format and reinstall the attempt to load slow my computer, random errors, etc. So I definitely think that the HARD drive is near death. My plan is to replace my HDD for a Virgin SSD, I perform this task several times on computers of the victory but for MAC, I wonder how I will load the new OS. Can I make a bootable USB with the recovery partition, but on a USB key tools? Unofrtunately I have more available Mac to create the USB bootable through itunes.

My computer is the MacBook Pro (13-inch mid 2010), I have also all original packaging somewhere, if there is a CD that I can use, I certainly can get too.

    Any advice?

    Thank you!

Apple have this to do a USB installation...

Create an installer for OS X - Apple support bootable

Another option is to use the diskmakerx.com application

You must have the OS installer downloaded to make these methods of work is probably not practice on your failed drive.

Both of these options are to run a 'normal' operating system too. The recovery partition is not 'normal '.

Another option is to use the Internet recovery mode if your Mac supports...

Computers that can be upgraded to use OS X Internet Recovery - Apple Support

On macOS recovery - Apple Support

Use wired ethernet for best results, since it will download a bootable OS & then download the installer of the OS also.

I suspect you have the update of the firmware installed to add this feature if it has been updated over the last 3 years

You may be able to generate a score of alternative recovery to another disk (such as a USB key) If you want to just "compensation of base OS.

OS X: on Recovery Disk Wizard - Apple Support

A last solution would be to clone your drive failing on an external drive (or use the new SSD in a proper case). That can be done in the modes of recovery via disk utility. Basically, you use a feature to "restore" to clone one volume to another. (I don't see clear instructions for the moment so ask if you want to pursue this option).

Secure boot may have a problem with your Antivirus software.

Go into the BIOS and disable SECURE BOOT tab security, then try to start the system.

If still no luck, try to start Windows safe mode.

    Hello

Have you tried to Flash the BIOS in the Windows operating system?

The BIOS is focused on victory and you can Flash the ROM module using the version of the BIOS based win.

This, to a Windows operating system installed.

Found a doc HowTo very interesting on the update of the BIOS.

  • Need help with the recovery partition/create recovery media

HI - first thing I did when I got my thinkpad is a clean install of w7, but then I thought about it and restored the recovery partition, conviniently located at the end of the training, in order to create a backup dvd factory. Thing is, when I click the autorun (lenovoqdrive.exe) and select 'create recovery media', I get an error stating that "program files (x 86) \lenovo\factory recovery\recovburncd.exe" is missing... obviously since the operating system partition was crushed.

I tried RnR and looked on the software + drivers page and nothing happens as "... \lenovo\factory recovery\" when it is installed. So, where can I download the program that creates the recovery discs?

(I know possible to restore the operating system of the *.wim file but I want to leave that as a last resort).

Okay here's what I did to who mightve had the same question: as mentioned earlier, I have restored the partition Q with (your favorite free partition recovery tool), then booted from a usb winpe (with imagex) generated from victory aik (free).

first I deleted (from winpe boot usb) windoze partition with diskpart and recreated the 2 partitions S & C (and Q is on the left) by hand according to 'recovery.ini' found on q. then I restored S and C 'sdrivebackup.wim' and 'cdrivebackup.wim', respectively, using imagex.exe, which is actually two one liners.

Finally, I tried the bcd to fixation by hand according to "bcdinfo.txt", also found on Q, but that did not really work... so I just jumped into a bootable win7 USB and he rewrote the bcd by itself (I assume). the last step has been fixing the mbr by using /fixmbr and /fixboot bootrec.exe.

ATM I started just and afaict it behaves exactly like the first start-up of the plant. see you soon
