RectangleBuilder and fluent interface

Hello

I don't see any JavaFX place 8, so I'll ask here.

I noticed that in 8 JavaFX, RectangleBuilder has been annotated as "obsolete", but without any guidance for its replacement.

What should we use to have a fluent API and create nodes of Rectangle? I couldn't find examples in with the developer has laboriously to instantiate the object, and then use the bombers, which goes completely against the global movement for functional programming (for example it cannot be used in streams), so I guess they are still old examples.

Thank you!

Nevermind, found the answer to this question (somehow my initial search didn't have not referred this link). So apparently they have not only to botch the flow and the lambda in Java 8.

No idea why builders are deprecated in JavaFX 8?

This is getting really ridiculous.

  • You try to run the scan mode and mode interface fpga at the same time is causing errors

I'm reading a 9236 9237 and a 9215 with the scanning engine and read from two 9211 modules with the fpga. It's because I need to acquire to 200 Hz with the 9236 9237 9215 but maximum rate of the scan engine is limited by the slower module in the system, which in this case is the max of 15 hz the 9211.

So to use both interfaces (scan engine and fpga), I followed the percisely given in this article for instructions.

    1. the project has created and added the peripheral crio using the interface of the scan engine.

    2. Add the target fpga and drag and drop the 9211 inside modules

    3. has created the fpga in interface file with and compiled with no error.

    4. interfaced with the file fpga at almost exactly the way the sample project of "getting started with 9211' by using the engine of analysis in the interface with the other modules.

    5. after the errors to discover that I created a VI that tests for just the portion 9211 code (called "thermocouple FPGA method Test.vi")

The data returned by the interface fpga was nothing else than zeros on all channels, even if thermocouples were hooked on some of them. (all zeros as entries in the convert temperature vi gives-410, 6160 degrees F, if you happen to have the material to try this.)

I get the following error from the open fpga vi reference:

    code error-61141
    "Thermocouple method Test.vi FPGA.

It's extremely frustrating, because as I explained, I've been very attentive not only follow the instructions for concurrent fpga and analysis but also to model my VI by the example of VI, even if only for the moment, just to try to work things out.

This should not be the case.  9211 data will not update with each sweep, but you should be able to run the scan faster than 15 Hz without problem.  Do you have specific issues with this?

You can try making sure that the chassis is set to mode Interface FPGA and the setting is deployed.  I wrote that article that you referenced says will select the deploy option later and not explicitly speak to deploy the chassis later.  Run a VI with a reference open FPGA vi not automatically deploy chassis settings if you need to do it explicitly.  Try the following steps.

    1. right click on the frame element and select Properties.  Make sure that the Interface FPGA option button is selected. \

    2. right click on the frame element and select deploy.

    3. repeat your VI.

The data returned by the interface fpga was nothing else than zeros on all channels, even if thermocouples were hooked on some of them. (all zeros as entries in the convert temperature vi gives-410, 6160 degrees F, if you happen to have the material to try this.)

Reserved for LabVIEW FPGA outside: The RIO Scan Interface is running. You must set the mode Interface FPGA chassis in order to unlock the FPGA. »

The likely cause of this error is that the setting of the FPGA Interface on the chassis has not been deployed.  If the chassis is still Mode Scan fixed personality bitfile will be loaded on startup and the FPGA will be locked.

It's extremely frustrating, because as I explained, I've been very attentive not only follow the instructions for concurrent fpga and analysis but also to model my VI by the example of VI, even if only for the moment, just to try to work things out.

I'm sorry that you have had difficulties.  Assuming that I'm wrong about the source of your problem, it seems we have to update less than Ko to include the deployment step.

  • How can I put wireless and ethernet interfaces together?

I have a 877w router, and I'm trying to set up a wireless network.

I have a bridged RFC1483 ADSL, so I ATM0.1 in a group of bridge, and then, I defined an interface BVI1.

However, after you have configured the wireless interface, I noticed that my laptop is the IP address of the supplier, as if wireless had precedence on the BVI interface. Put the Dot11 interface in a separate bridge under VLAN1 does not seem to help either. I tried to put everything in the same bridge, but fast ethernet interfaces do not support address (how the British Virgin Islands work then, I wonder).

What should I do? Use two VLANS separated? I wouldn't do that. Any help appreciated. Thank you

Hey, thank you, that did it.

So I followed the article. I guess I don't understand how the British Virgin Islands. Of the article, I thought them then were at the same level, i.e. all the right behind the ATM interface. I also thought that a BVI able to fill several VLANS. Now my next mission is to understand why I was wrong on both counts.

Guys, thank you very much for the help. Now I'll try to better understand what I :-)

    Hi Dexter,

Since you will have two / several switches uplink to which you will have an Ethernet to the North, a what you will have to configure is the layer 2 disjoint.

You must be on any version 2.0 to configure that.

Here are a few documents to help you with the details:

  • Independent migration of LWAPP and dynamic interfaces on the controller 4404

We are currently migrating from a stand-alone environment. Access points currently take wireless clients and put

their right in separate VLANs that SSID that they associate with. Each SSID is another customer

So we are essentially acting as a service provider. We try not to get involved with the functions of layer 3.

Each range of IP of SSID is ordered by a customer or a third party. So far, we didn't specify an address from DHCP server, the client is getting on one VLAN and it is up to the customer to assign their own intellectual property details.

Now that we're migrating to LWAPP I found the following-

-J' need to specify an IP address for each dynamic IP address for each WLAN

-J' need to specify a DHCP server for each dynamic IP address for each WLAN

Because I have no control of the PPE, I put in the details of false dynamic Interface but the correct address of the DHCP server.

    It seems to work.

    My questions are as follows:-

1 / is there a way I can simply place clients in a VIRTUAL LAN using LWAPP equipment so we didn't

get involved with Layer 3 configuration?

2 / I noticed when I got a DHCP address on a test laptop client, the DHCP server is 1.1.1.1. The only thing in the network that I know is the virtual IP address of the controller that is used for groups of mobility. Is this normal?

3/on the controller is the query DHCP has passed from the management or the dynamic interface?

3 / What is the IP address of the dynamic interface actually used for? At the beginning I forge the DHCP server use it as a source, but my setup works with a bogus address.

Welcome to the world of LWAPP! It's a pretty confusing to get, so I hope I can answer some of your questions.

Before directly answering your questions, I want to give you a little if a glimpse as to how traffic flows in LWAPP environment. All traffic LWAPP is placed in a tunnel to the controller (this is why LWAPP APs is no longer need to switch trunk links). Traffic is désencapsulé and sent to the appropriate interface switching environment (management or dynamic). The source address for traffic is changed to match the control interface for traffic must return to the controller in order to get the customer. For example, IP addresses are required on the controller.

    1. think of the controller as a layer 3 switch that masks the identity of its customers. By sourcing all traffic from itself, it ensures that all traffic comes back to him, how it forwards traffic to the client via the LWAPP tunnel. False addresses you entered are actually being used on the network, then you will want to register those with the people in charge. If someone uses this address, it will eventually drop your wireless network.

    2. it is normal. The virtual IP address is also used for DHCP service. Because the controller blocks all emissions, it must the DHCP proxy for each client, where the virtual IP address as well as the need to specify the address of the DHCP server.

    3. I don't know what interface it gets passed on. Maybe someone else can answer.

    4. see above for a description of what it is.

One last thing. What, exactly, are these fake addresses to which you refer? They are real addresses which comes with? They correspond to the VLAN that you places on? You give them suitable default gateways?

Don't forget that by configuring these, they are real addresses on your network that you should be able to ping. And yet once, if the address is duplicated on the network, it has the potential to get to the bottom of your wireless network.

Let me know if this can help, and if you have any other questions!

  • removal of table of contents and the interface on dps app

    Hello

my project is to make an application using the digital publishing suite,

When each page is a sequence of jpeg auto playing and loops ,

keeps looping until striking to swipe to the next page and so on.

I don't want to have to the table of contents or interface options.

I want it to look in a digital book when the only option is to turn the page back.

    don't you think it's possible?

    thanx

Yes, there is a solution that will allow you to avoid show nav bars. You create a slideshow full invisible screen on all pages that are selected by scanning and tap. In this way, when the user clicks anywhere on the page, it interacts with the slide show but seems to have no effect on the user. You must add on the top of the slide show navigation buttons so that users can access other items.

  • bean, containing the business logic and user interface components

Hello experts design ADF, please guide me.   I came across a critical design aspects.  I have the homepage with a lot of UI, region 1, region 2 components. I bind the components of the user interface of the page at a session scope managed bean and is the reason why, when control passes to the region 1 or region 2, I'm going to do a lot of processing logic and then on that basis, I have to update the page user interface components.   Same thing with region 2 also.  And then I should be able to access the information in all regions and also through other components of interface user etc.

I see only the scope session bean can help me here to get my tasks in all regions and in all the other components of the interface user to the page because I'm not able to spend too many parameters in all regions.     Now the problem is, I can't serialize this bean because as I've mentioned a lot of user interface components are updated based on logic.

If I do not serialize the bean, I might have a problem in the future when the application must be deployed to the cluster envt.

I don't know how can I go with my design now.   Please give me ideas, brilliant and very grateful for your advice.

    Thank you

    Hello

I did not follow the entire thread, but this last message, I can tell that you are not using ADF how it should be used. So let me address two issues

    1. I use data controls generated on methods of bean managed my areas (workflow).

If you create a POJO data control that you configured as controlled beans then this will be two instances (separated) from the same Java class. This means that they do not share anything. The only option to share state between a managed bean and a data control is if you would have the data dynamically control bean up the bean managed using the language of Expression of the 8which then however creates a dependency between the DC and the bean - however, there are use cases like that)

2 activation / deactivation of the buttons in the parent view of a region

This can be done using bean-injection, which is a bean managed in extended view defined on the parent view that you pass as parameter for the workflow. See: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/issue-archive/2013/13-may/o33adf-1920483.html

As said, I haven't read the entire thread, but want to point out that there is enough information in writing (product documentation) and video (Insider ADF - who teach the development of SFM practices http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/adf/learnmore/adfinsider-093342.html take the time to review this)
