Redemption for creative cloud code

Hello. I have 2 workstations Dell new, each bought with Adobe CC redemption code, directly from Dell. Any additional manuals, only the delivery of digital content. During installation, installer asked on behalf of Adobe - because I have one for another subscription of the cloud, I used this one. No warnings, additional info, etc. The same situation with the second office - the same account, no warnings, of info... And big disappointing at the end - instead of TWO new licenses, I have only a SINGLE double (only 24 months instead of 2 to 12 m) valid period. What to do now? Where to ask for help? Chat with support does not work - whenever they have a different way to solve my problem, they promise the solution and aid "within 24 hours", after the days - still nothing...

When you have used your existing Adobe ID to enter your redemption code and installation, which added time to this account

Nobody here can help create a new ID for the distribution of time (which may not even be possible if you only have one e-mail address)
