Redirect to Bluetooth with Imprivata

We extend VDI environment and at the same time we have implemented Imprivata in the mixture.  We have a bunch of mobile stations that will travel between the rooms of patients who have handheld scanners attached to them.  I tested on a laptop with the latest version of the client and the view and the redirect seems to work perfectly.  However, the seller is through use of Imprivata is able to use the 5.4 view client.  Redirection works on this version, but the scanner needs to configure whenever it opens a new office.  Requiring a sweep in the code for the new office and we cannot have users doing this every time.  Was curious to know if it is a certain type of work-a-round which would correct this problem.  Questions or comments are welcome.  Thank you

the problem ending usb drivers is installed each time that a user logs on? or...? I don't really understand what is happening here.

If the user must "scan in a code" - where they do this and in what app do they do? That means that the app and then do - write some registry keys?

Is the problem that a specific device (serial number) gets associated with a desktop computer, so that a user installs between the rooms (but newspapers in the same office) given is a different scanner each time she so needs registration?

I would like to know a little more in detail.     You cannot connect any BT device for this laptop because it was not equipped with any BT module.
    BT is therefore not available for this device.

    I just want if sure that you have the right driver installed from this first link provided in the answer from the Support Engineer. If you click this link, then clikc the first option 'Use the device in Windows 7 Troubleshoot utility' need you a paragraph with a link to the appropriate driver.
