(Redirected) Terrible!

I've been a customer of dell for 7 years and I bought a dell inspiron 14z 5423 just for more than a year.

The portable initial had several questions and took a lot of my time before Dell sent a replacement.
As I received the replacement, a tech has had to visit, I spent countless hours on the phone and the replacement still had questions.
Just before that my missed warranty Dell held a service to collect and return and the laptop came back worse, Yes, worse! only when I had sent off the coast!
After several emails and many hours of MY time, I agreed reluctantly to have the laptop sent off for repairs again.
I received a few days ago return and again he has problems.
I have had problems with this laptop on the first day and spent weeks and months sorting question after question.

I asked for a refund. Ad don't insult to injury Dell none refuses to respond to my emails! The appalling customer service.

While Dell is unable to reimburse me for my time, I asked Dell to reimburse me the full amount I paid for a defective product several times.

I have a record of all correspondence colleagues and have there – of Dell.

I had to come here to look for some sort of equity from Dell which do not take account of me, a customer over seven years.  I expect an answer from Dell.

    I ordered a TV last week and he received Monday.  The box was damaged.  I sent an email to Dell and I have yet to receive a response.  I was on a chat session where I had to wait 1 hour, automated message came this Department was closed.  I called Dell was put on hold for an hour, automated message came out counseling dept has been closed.  I opened an another chat session, expected and told me that I couldn't be helped I would need to call.

    Yesterday I called again expected waiting for 55 minutes to transfer the sick people who would be able to help me.  I specifically asked if there would be another downtime and I was told that because it was an internal transfer, it would be wait times do not at all.  I was also told the Rep, which I did not understand, he would wait on the line with me.  I agreed to be transferred and it put my call in queue to wait only 2 hours and no one answered.

    I ask a return phone call as soon as possible because I have will report to DELL for the better business bureau.  I understand that we are in the holiday season and I don't mind waiting, but I'm in the race and nobody seems to care. I have not ordered from Dell for quite awhile and now I remember why, terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

    Can I ask what the point provide addresses of e-mail of support order if no ONE responds to customer emails? My order for a Dell XPS 8900 is at a standstill "In Production". It's the delivery date is November 2, 2015 depending on the status of my order. I sent order support, ask questions about the delay and is not answered after a week! I need the PC for work and cannot wait indefinitely. If my order is not going to ship, I want to know why and I don't have to chase you for the information. It should be available to your customers if you can't deliver on time. It is not ridiculous and I'm furious.

  • allow the exception of redirect permanently, from the firefox prompt "allow."

    Hi, is it possible to allow (as an exception (permanent) since this notice of redirection by firefox window?

    Workflow

    (1) redirections and pop ups are not allowed by default in my preferences

    2) allow Firefox shows me this option and I click? allow while I'm using this Web site

    (3) However, this site is a new forum I have just joined, so I prefer to be allow to add it as an exception permanently from this place. Please see screenshot.

    (4) rather I go to preferences, security, and add the exception in manually in the pop-up window. I think I did it properly.

    This function is very limited. It was designed as an accessibility feature to avoid any software screen reader to be confused by changes in context. It's terribly incomplete as a tool of security possible, because there are several ways to redirect and the functionality is only about some of them. And of course there is no way to make exceptions based on the site. If all goes well, there is an add-on that does what you need.

  • Redirect WCCP and Performance hit on 3750

    Maybe it's more of a "resizing" qtn more than anything else.

    Yesterday, I activated wccp redirect on a stack of distribution has collapsed/3750 of base, in an office with 150users. WAI is model 612.

    As soon as the configuration of the redirect has been applied, I found the network slowing significantly and received an event alert CPU of NEM, reports that CPU on 3750 stack exceeds the set threshold (65%). Put the threshold on the one hand, the cli is terribly slow and so I removed immediately redirect to the relevant interfaces. He bought the network back to normal in terms of performance.

    Is this a calibration problem or maybe a bad configuration or something else...?

    IV ' e had installed (Offbox) 9.3 PRSM.

    I imported a pair of tilting ASA5585-X - each with a (big) inside CX module

    How the hell you set a policy of redirection of traffic to send traffic through the modules CX!

    IM pulling my hair out, if you add the tab 'traffic redirection' is said "no element is found."

    Im not surprised, its not allowed - I want to put on with PRSM!

    Hi Pete. A break on what hair you have left and check the CX Module Quick Start Guide for the ASDM method.

    Short answer is that you use a rule of service strategy (policy-map). The CLI so that it is further explained in the User Guide for the ASA CX.

    You can set this bit on the PRSM ASA technically but you would have to first import and manage the SAA itself (not just the modules CX). I have not tried this method as PRSM is a bad tool to manage an ASA. Same Cisco directs you little far this option in their documentation

    Before the update of Muse (for sensitive version) create a separate site for smart phones has worked flawlessly. Now, when I visit the site, it goes directly on the full site and looks terrible on phones. This is a site for the city of East Helena, MT is so important enough to have a version that works on phones... the site is http://easthelenamt.us and it should redirect to http://easthelenamt.us/phone/ ... I can't find a way to make it work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Once again: it worked perfectly on the latest version of Muse. Thank you in advance.

    Adobe, I called this morning and was also able to view the smartphone version of the site. So I installed the Firefox browser on my Droid and now it works fine. I was using Safari and it used to work for sites of phone but now it does not work. So thank you very much for the arrival to this for me... apparently Safari for the Droid has some sort of glitch, but at least I know that it is not Muse.

    Y at - it a script that can redirect visitors to another page if the page they are looking for is removed or not found?

    For the moment, I want to totally change the sites I'm working on, but Google links to the old pages. I could put pages in the same places as they were on the old site with redirect links on them, but it's terribly awkward - is there a better way?

  • Can I redirect my package once it has been shipped?

    My iphone 7 more Jet pre-order black shows "Preparation for the expedition", my card was also charged yesterday. How long does normally take to change "Preparation to the expedition" to "shipped".

    The estimated delivery date still shows 18 Oct to 31 Oct. The problem, I'll be in another State for training of the staff of the 9/25 to 10/21. Is it possible to redirect the shipment if it get shipped between this time?

    Since the ios 10 update, the 'new' Apple News app is terrible.  The items are old, headlines are so short that you don't know what the article is all, there is no control over what you see on the tab 'For You'.  I used to rely on the tab "For You" to give me a summary of the latest news that I was interested.  Now I see older, other than news and too much junk News (I don't want to see the animation, food, etc in my daily news update!)

    I accidentally visited a Web site by typing errors. The site is eonine.com. He sent me to a Web site that redirect it to a video that plays automatically. I have x - Ed out and cleared safari.     Redirects can be caused by adware or malware.

    You can use the free Malwarebytes utility to remove it.

    Then click on download.

    It of free and takes only a minute or two.

    When you are finished, open Safari go to the Safari menu bar and click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab, then click: delete all data from the Web site. Then go to the menu bar, click history > clear history. Then exit and restart Safari.
