If the customer buys your program and refund request because the program does not work, or does not as announced, a seller how can?

If we reimburse the customer, how can we do?

What is the usual scenario in such cases?

  • lost all files on my external hard drive partition. need help!

    about 2 days back I changed the partition of my drive external hard parition of os x type to exFAT to use it on all my devices. I had no idea that changing the type of partition will also delete all of the files it contains. I lost about 1 terabyte of media (movies, tv shows, music... etc...).

    I used a mac app store app is worth ₹ 1350 ($20) called Seanate data recovery. the application does not work and crashes. It is never done the analysis completely and crashes just before. apple requested a refund request.

    as I learned that all the good data recovery software are paid apps, I'm ready to make a good purchase an application of trust among Mac users.

    can someone please tell me a good software/app either from macappstore or otherwise, which i expect to do the job?

I sent the Service and customer support in English two days in a row and have not been answered. Finally, I used google translate and sent support with the original message and the German translation. Hope somone comes back to me soon! HP terms of service, I can get a full refund if I bought the laptop within 14 days of the refund request. After obtaining a new laptop faulty and does not help from HP, I want to just send this book to return and get a refund. Can someone tell me how I can get one person to HP in Germany to help me before this Sunday when the 14 days is up?

    In my view, there is a major problem with the venue 3840 (zoom on Skype problem) and have dealt with him for some time.  Totally frustrated by those in India "advancing to their team of concern."  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Texas.  Two days later I received a call from the United States and they agreed a refund request.  Dell cannot appreciate me this announcement, but if it can save someone the months of calling their 'technical support' then so be it.  I have 5 Dell computers and never had to go through this before.  Incidentally after that they agreed a refund request that I kept getting emails from the India telling me they make progress on this issue.  I have always trusted blindly Dell in the past and never checked on the low side on Amazon for this product or I would have never purchased.

    The conversion process seems to work, but the uploaded excel file failed to convert at least one page of the pdf file.

    I reinstalled the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC - once again same bad results

    I converted to a Word doc - but the result seems to be photo pages - not converted to text

    Tech support - please help.

    PDF to Word, Excel or any other format conversion is one of the most complex things, you can try to do it with a PDF file. It works very well in some cases, in other cases, the output doesn't have much to do with the original file. The key to success is that the PDF file must be "marked" - which means that it contains information about the information displayed in the file. The best way to ensure that a PDF file is properly tagged is using the PDFMaker in Acrobat to create PDF from Word or Excel file (this is the Acrobat Ribbon or toolbar).

    Unfortunately it is not that you can do to improve the output without spending a lot of time (for example manually tracking file). In addition, if you use Adobe ExportPDF service and do not have access to Acrobat, it is even not an option.

    I filed a complaint with the seller refund request and asked them 3 times to explain what means 'rechipped' and the only answer I get is that ' it's new and will work, honestly!  I'm not ready to put an expired cartridge that has been recycled in some way my new printer and risk of damage / loss of the guarantee.  The last e-mail from the seller included a excerpt on the site of HP (which I can't find on the site) and which stipulates that the expiration dates are not important and can be overridden

    Can you please explain to me what means "rechipped" and give an opinion on this situation.

    It would seem that you have purchased a cartrdige of ink which took its 'chip' changed to maybe change the date, the type cartrdige, and/or other information.

    The 177 cartridge is similar to the cartrdiges 363, 02 and 801 for the different regions.  Cartrdiges from one region will not work in a printer designed for a different region.  The chip may (or may not) have been changed to usurp a 363 cartrdige.

    What about would be the expiration date.  Your printer has a fixed (permanent) print head, replaceable ink supply and piping that connects the two.  There are dates that indicate the expiry date of the cartrdiges encoded in the chip and the printer normally refuses to use the supplies after that date.  (This is to protect the printer ink has become thickened because of the evaporation of the water over time.  Thickened ink may butcher in the print head or 'plumbing '.  To see here that says in part:

    HP does not guarantee the quality or reliability of the ink has expired. Service or repairs required as a result of using expired ink is not covered by the warranty.

    Personally I would not use a dubious cartrdige, expired in a printer with permanent print heads.

    I downloaded and try to install 12 - who still has the ability to capture stop motion, but the number 13 of the series does not work in the lower version. Decommissioning of software should not be a problem, ESPECIALLY when there is no document indicating what functions have been removed. 12 is the version that I need my grandchildren before leaving next Wednesday so I can show them how to use stop motion to create Lego videos as they saw in the movie of Lego. They leave the 22! I had ZERO customer service help. They said to go somewhere else even if it will cost you twice as much. Get the teacher limits delivery where the software can be obtained. This frustration is the direct result of Adobe NOT publishing features that have been removed and so good practice business and ethics to ensure that the client can low-grade downgrade without extra charge.

    Why on earth would Adobe remove this feature? The only Lego movie generated a HUGE increase is children are interested in creating their own videos of stop motion. Yes - I know there are a couple dedicated stop motion video editors, but the capacity for the creation of the great diversity of types of Visual communication was the thing that I liked the most on Premiere Elements. My class is one semester - I only teach introduction level non-linear video edition and hope I can help students to discover a new passion or start thinking about a future career.
