  "Web Services" are an option on HP ePrint capable printers that must be enabled to install and use ePrint. "iCloud" is a service that provides Apple that is not necessary for ePrint for your HP ePrint printer.

  They suggest that, if this is the reason why, contact them by phone by giving Installation ID. I live in Thailand and not to use the phones as rather deaf at the age of 80 years and have no idea of what is Installation ID.

  I'm really just a question if there is any other way I can give MS the information they need, such as electronic mail. Tell them that it is in the same PC?

We do not have a registration in the forum link as the forum makes the users to go through the ask a Question link , then when it's time to create the thread, the forum invites the user to create an account to post the question.
