  There is no 'button', but all features are there in your Panel resources (kind of Panel of inDesign links), but this time you can right/ctrl-click on any item where you will be able to repeat the view/path/edit original link, etc..

  Your workflow is a recipe for disaster. While InDesign tends to be fairly stable and continuous 'recycling' of output files can cause the accumulation of cumulative long-term corruption of minor which eventually led to the failure.

  A newspaper must be based on the template file that contains master pages for various configurations of page, static content, and all required styles. Each number must be a fresh document based on the template. You can probably safely copy and paste continuous content such as ads from number to number, but I prefer to place them in the fridge.

  In most cases, this error message is caused by one or more broken links to the assets of overlays. Select different overlay images in your document and look for a yellow triangle in the overlays Panel.

• When I linked book FM, I have files in the project files, but no chapter file in Table of contents chapter

  Using RH9 in TC 3/Windows XP

  I've linked to a number of books in this project. A book has all the chapters files well displayed in project files folder in the project manager, but have no books in the table of related materials.  Only topics.  How to fix this problem.  It seems that I deleted all the files in the table of contents before that I can delete the TOC file in the project manager, but is it anyway to regenerate the table of contents?

  Hi parties,

  You don't want to say that the table of contents are different in RoboHelp compared to FrameMaker TOC, please take a look at this blog http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/2010/03/demystifying_mapping_filesettingisf_and_toc_genera tion.html- it might be useful.

  you don't Ned to remove the link from the book of RoboHelp can just make changes in FrameMaker or update and correct path of TOC in RoboHelp and Force the link to update.

  It should make changes in ROboHelp TOC.

  In addition to that you can change the table of contents to RoboHelp after generation according to your need (these changes are going to get is returned on the next update)

  If you create and save a file of muse in the Windows machine then you can certainly move this file to a MAC computer and open it without losing any linked document.

  Only thing that will happen is that you will receive a prompt on the opening of the file related to certain assets is missing. This will have no impact on the display of the site, but you can get rid of it by restoring the links files in the active panel.

• Suddenly cannot link to topics in other projects of the child

  I use RoboHelp 10 HTML to publish WebHelp on a network server.

  I have 11 projects merged with about 3100 topics.

  After several years of using this method, all of a sudden, I am unable to link to topics within other projects were merged under the same parent. I can create external links outside merged as usual assistance. In this case whatever the project that I'm trying.

  When I use the Hyperlink dialog box, select the link to: 'File', then navigate to the desired topic. I click on the 'Open' button to return to the Hyperlink dialog box. When I click on the 'OK' button, nothing happens, except a color change indicating I am in contact with the key.

  I've searched the forums and none of the scenarios/solutions seem to match my dilemma. I have reinstalled RoboHelp on my PC.  I tried to delete the old file of DPC. None have resulted in a solution.

  Sorry, but I don't really know what could cause this. I've never seen it mentioned before or met.

  I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Reissue of links images honor interprets changes in sequences. I filmed DSLR at 50 fps to 25 fps. What is not preserved if I create a link to the pictures.

  Exactly what first version you have installed? 7.1, the option 'Preserve interpret the parameters of the images' was added to link media dialog box.

  If rebinding happens automatically - premiere where the content by himself without ever presenting the Media link box, then I collect in a bug report, I found that interpret footage settings are lost. The workaround is to exit the process of auto-recréer a link and then manually launch reissue of links once the project loaded. • Link InDesign files in an InDesign Master file?

  I found that I can link several files InDesign in a single InDesign Master document using the "Place" command which allows me or others make changes in each separate and then InDesign file update the links in the document master InDesign through the links Panel. I wonder what others think to do this and what advantages or disadvantages anyone experienced using this layout technique. For example, how are the links within the files of individual work if say one of them is broken, how will this affect the file in the Master. Or what happens when the Master InDesign packed for output file? How this handful of collecting all the links individual files or all content and images should be incorporated into each individual to avoid working file and linking issues in the Master Document. Since it is possible to link the InDesign Documents in a Master InDesign file, this is something that should be done?

  I have a project that requires the design of variable signs that need to be updated, and then create a link to a Master InDesign document. For the first round, I used the traditional way of building the panels in Photoshop and placing them in the InDesign document, that works pretty well and I am able to recreate a link to them. Howerer, I wonder if multiple files using InDesign will work out because I can then use paragraph, character and Styles of object as well as the other tool in InDesign to maintain consistent all the. Please let me know your opinion on this.

  I put a compressed file to the printer if I have an option at all. The high resolution PDF on export correctly, has all the necessary information, and none of th e hassles with fonts or the missing links that can occur when you work with native files.

  1. How can I display the header files used in my project tree? I have already included the path in environment-> Include Path, but they may not appear in the tree of my project.

  Adding an include in environment-> Include Path path does not add the header files in the project tree. With this option of you just specify folders where to look for header files. Imagine what would happen if there is a lot of header files in the include path and that you only use some of them. If you want the header files in the tree view of the project, you must add them as Wolfgang said. It is not necessary to have the header files of the project in order to #include them in the source files. If you use a header file is not in an include path and is not in the project, you may need to use a relative path or absolute in the #include directive
