  This is my first time on these forums, so please forgive me if I posted in the wrong place or repeat a problem solved. Please feel free to correct me if I am if I can learn!

  So my problem is that my bluetooth no longer works, it does not appear under settings when I want to add/detect a device. In Device Manager, "Bluetooth Device" is displayed after I set Device Manager to 'show hidden devices' and as soon as I did that is the only thing under 'Ralink Bluetooth adapter PCIe' Bluetooth device that has a yellow exclamation sign in the logo.

  When I go into properties, the "device status" shows this message:

  Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

  {Unable to load device driver}
  HS device driver could not be loaded.
  Error status is 0 x %x

  At first I thought that the driver is not compatible with Windows 8.1 because I think that Bluetooth no longer works after update to 8.1 but I'm not completely sure, other people have had this problem, but their solutions have not worked for me (so to come on this very forum).  Now, however, I think that the Ralink bluetooth driver is not correct as to the internet from my PC resources page title only bluetooth driver is the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Driver for Microsoft Windows.

  But, when you try to download and install this driver by running the "sp65069.exe" setup file I get a message saying

  "The device may not be present or could have been ejected/disconnected from the system.

  Insert or reinsert now. »

  How can I solve this problem and finally get Bluetooth back to normal?

  You must install the bluetooth driver and software for the model of wireless card uses your laptop.

  So, if you indeed have a Ralink WiFi card, you must have a Ralink Bluetooth radio because it's on the same card as the chip wireless.

  • A required device driver is missing.
  • A required binary file is corrupted.
  • There is a problem with the file I/O process.

• Ralink Bluetooth sp61287 hangs on 4341sa running Windows 8.1

  I have a HP DM4341sa netbook.  The bluetooth drivers available on the HP site for this purpose are:

  both of these work on Windows 8, but if I update to 8.1 so that they stop working.  is there a specific Windows 8.1 latest driver for this card?  What is the model number for the adapter?  Maybe I can find a driver also.

  I understand that your Bluetooth is not working.  As you do not provide me the exact model of your computer and the operating system you are using, I can't check your drivers. However, here is a link to the HP drivers & downloads. I suggest that you are looking for an updated driver. You can run HP Support Assistant to help with updates and solve problems.   If this did not solve it, I suggest you open Device Manager, right-click on the Bluetooth and uninstall. Now search for the hardware changes, it should install the correct driver for it.

  If you need more assistance, can you give us your exact model and the operating system you are using.  How can I find my model number or product number?

  HP has not released drivers Ralink Motorola Bluetooth 3.0 for Windows8. According to HP, you will need to wait until Windows 8 compatible drivers for Ralink Motorola Bluetooth 3.0 are available.

  Try to manually install the driver as follows.

  Run the driver again if you deleted the file since the swsetup folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click on the controller Comms Simple PCI who need a driver.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.  Select travel it my computer for software driver and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

  This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp63510.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

  The drivers page for TouchSmart HP ENVY 15-j003sg (number of product D9V73EA #ABD) on Windows 64 - bit 8.1 now lists Mediatek Bluetooth software driver 2013-12-21, Version 11.0.748.2 that points to sp64949.exe for the download.

  I also found sp64949.html and it shows a list of other templates / languages that supports this SoftPaq.

  I am pleased to announce that the installation went well and I'm now running with this version.  Installation is required a reboot and I had also re-pair my Bluetooth mouse after installing. So now, all right and I'm under the version that was officially released for my computer model laptop and Windows 8.1.

  Does anyone know how to solve the error 9996 for ralink drivers?

  My computer is a HP ENVY Phoenix 800 (Energy Star) - 8.1 of Windows OS.

  I have not tried using bluetooth before I upgraded my computer to WIndows 8.1.

  I tried to download sp64209.exe but the same error still appears.
