I was able to retrieve the source files in the Recycle Bin (windows 7) and I had exported some edited 1600px Jpegs to use online. Lightroom is set to incorporate changes in JPEG files.   I guess you mean "Export with previous. If so, open the export page. It will be defined as "precedent".

  I think that Th 38 was the reason why my computer did not open at the total. Once that has been fixed, Thunderbird does not open more (error: XPCOM).   Looks like the problem is solved! I was appalled when I saw how many emails I had stored and deleted a large number of them. Then after restarting the computer, everything seems to be back to normal! Praise be to God! Too, Firefox seems to be back to normal after that I did a cleaning.

  Hello Nastena, try a clean reinstall, some Firefox issues can be resolved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you Remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:

       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

  Just for the heck of it, I have disabled the automatic updates, cleared my browser cache, checked manually, updates from microsoft (windows) and found none (with the exception of software malware removal tool windows [which I have not installed]).  Then, I turned the automatic updates on, and without even being connected to the internet, the yellow shield popped up with the kb955759 "update"...

  Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

  If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

  The problem you describe looks like you are maybe install the wrong driver for your sound card.
  Have you checked that the driver is for your specific device?
  If you look in your system's Device Manager, is there a yellow exclamation next to the audio controller?
