Reminder for UCCX Office agent

Hello

We use uccx 7 and had need to have a reminder pop up when the agent is not ready to remind them that they must change their status to ready.

Our agents are not just sitting in the Chair and wait for the incoming call, they must move to another region to see some other stuff sometimes, but while dial the time they can get entrants and their agent status was changed to is not ready, when they returned to the office, they simply forgot to change the status of return , is it possible that we can have a pop up window to remind them?

In the Cisco desktop administrator, I can configure the pop-up under voice Contact work flows when the called number correspond to the relaxation, but there is no way that I can add to the condition that this happens only when the agent is not ready; In the work flow management Agent, I have the window pop up when the agent is not ready, but this isn't what we want, it popup each time the agent status is changed to is not ready.

Perhaps there is a path in the script during incoming calls, he check agents 'Not ready' and send the pop-up window to these agents, but I don't know how to do.

In the Workflow of voice, on the event (s) loose Contact, add a timer action and then stir in a Notification to the Agent that it contains. Check the AND the agent status is equal to is not no ready adjustment. See if it works. As a warning, I tried with the State of the work and ran into bugs that led me to abandon the effort.     I think you don't understand something wrong because the product key on the underside of the laptop belongs to your version of Vista and it s not for Microsoft Office.
    Please read what is printed on this product key sticker.

    In addition it s only a trial version pre-installed and if you want the full version you must pay for it.
    Toshiba doesn't provide laptops with a full version of office.

  • Update for MS office 2010 SP2 creates a lot of problems

    First of all, you can tell me how to determine if I have MS Office 32-bit or 64-bit?  I was invited by downloading 64-bit.

    I currently have problems with tent to install the KB2289162 update as it appears that others in this discussion forum are some.

    I'm running Windows XP Professional, with Security Essentials for virus protection. I had Norton Internet security on the PC and the Avira Antivirus, but problems with these two led to my abandonment together.
