  Those who are kept in your Inbox or any other folder must be removed manually unless your webmail client or a desktop client contains options to do this, which is likely to happen, just get these emails and that you remove. You can do that from the Mail application, however and do not know if you could do this from a third party application.

  If you use iCloud account, go to settings > Mail, contacts, calendar > tap into your account > advanced > mail > advanced > deleted messages > set it to 'remove after a month' or any other option, but they must be marked as being deleted in any case.

  And finally and most importantly, you can create a rule in your mail server so that all emails more than a year, go directly to the trash, or even remove them, but again, not in the Mail of iOS application.

  Problem with Windows Mail.  It deletes the e-mails that were opened after the program is closed.  When I reopen it Windows Mail recent emails have been deleted and can't be found.

  What started this problem was that I right click spam, went in spam and selected add the domain of the sender to the blocked senders list.

  I tried to delete all the emails in the list of blocked senders and that didn't fix the problem.

  Let windows search not verified. However, I noticed many filters put in place by me to eliminate the unacceptable emails. Given that I erased these filters, it seems to work better. Sometimes slow, but for the most part better.

  Right-click on the account in the folders pane, select settings and down the bottom of the window that opens, use the account actions button.

  I understand that you have an old printer that makes its appearance in the HP ePrint app that you no longer own. While I can't help you with the removal of the printer, I can help you prevent the printer to appear. To do:

  1. Reset the App data.
  2. Uninstall the HP ePrint app.
  3. Download the app again.
  4. During installation to validate the HP ePrint app for using a different e-mail address than the one you previously used.

  This should avoid the printer appear. Using a different e-mail to validate will have no effect on the operation of the program otherwise.

  You can click with the right button on the e-mail toolbar, select Customize, find the Delete button and drag it to the toolbar.
  You can activate the message pane by using the F8 key and use this header button.
  You can right-click on the message and select Remove.
  You can also use the Delete on your keyboard key.

  To select the messages you use standard Windows selection methods.
  Hold down the control key while clicking on messages to select random messages.

  How about you go to the Tools menu > modules and disabling the add-on!

  Not that I can find a "manually change the files' on the site of the add-on.

  I can find a manually records sort that does exactly what it says, but does not add and the columns you show. I can also find "additional folder columns" which aims to give your comments headers. The page Add on like the third picture shows a right click option or click to turn on the power on and off columns.

  Gmail is not your main e-mail account? If you have email accounts, that you no longer want Thunderbird to check, you can delete them in the account settings dialog box (it is a button at the bottom left). Either:

  • 3-bar menu button > Options > account settings
  • Press the Alt key > menu Tools > account settings

  If Gmail is configured as an IMAP account (this is indicated in the server settings section) then all records for the account should be deleted from Thunderbird. They must, however, remain on the server. If in doubt, someone could probably describe the best way to make a backup.
