  Although it seems to be a white border when you first fill the snip, after saving it shouldn't be present more.

  If the border remains you can remove by using the crop tool on a photo editing programs such as integrated Windows Paint program.

  If the problem is caused by an extension, you may need to remove. At this point, I would be just guessing because there is no a list in your system more details.

  Opened to the top of the Add-ons page, using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then consider whether you know it's useful and do not forget to install it. If this is not the case, turn it off and if it looks suspicious, remove it.   Check for working offline and see if it will delete, or else create a new Outbox and sent items folder.

  Follow these steps for the Outbox, sent items after you move the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create. Just don't touch the problem message so OE will not freeze.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  a. open Microsoft Security Essentials, then click on the history tab.

  b. Select the quarantined items and place a check on all the points that have been quarantined.
