  OK, another problem that I can't find any Question/Answer using the search tool.

  We get a few errors when deleting some remove icons

  On the removal of certain icon removal, we get a message box titled "Internal Error" with the text "cb1, 500' on the inside.  There is no other indication as to the nature of the error, but when you press the OK button the Authorware program closed.

  Anyone have any ideas what it is?

  Have you updated your Authorware to 7.02?

  My memory says 7.0 or 7.01 was a 'bad boy' like this...

  After you configure my toolbar with the new menu on the toolbar, it keeps removing most of the icons during the restart. Not even for the menu, but remove them completely for the big bin of unused features to the left of the mode menu customize. I have reset Firefox by the suggestion of support page, but this had no effect. Oddly enough, I didn't this problem after upgrading to version 30 on my laptop, only on my desktop. Any suggestions?   I bought a new laptop from toshiba with windows 7 comes with a lot of bloatware.
  I am trying to delete it all, but I can't get rid of this series of very annoying 'place' on the desktop.

  I deleted the program using Add/Remove programs.
  the desktop icons remain.
  When I double click on one it says application not found.
  option-click right button allows you to open or create a shortcut. No deletion.

  the files do NOT appear in:
  C:\Users\Public\Desktop
  C:\Users\Dave\Desktop

  I can't find the icons in the registry under:
  EntVersion entVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace

  When I run a search in regedit for "place of the music".
  It is found in:
  HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4172585473-663151546-4161246990-1001\Software\Classes\CLSID\{00000001-0E3A-4123-8B32-4B68A91E104A}
  and if I change the chain updates the desktop icon, but if I remove it, the desktop icon remains.

  I tried refreshing the desktop and restart.
  Also restart in safe mode - still cannot delete files.

  Any help to remove these popular icons.
