• I have a C5580 AND a C5280... and can not remove the ink of one of them.

  What is a text box for "contact"? If Yes, then try following

  1. Select the text box.

  2. double click on it to switch to the text editing mode

  3. Select all of the text and search a panel of hyperlink on the toolbar.

  4. If you see the url you want to get rid of remove it by clicking the X button as shown in the screenshot below.

  

  In case you do not see a link for all of the text and then try to select each character and keep an eye on the hyperlink table.

  .. and can be replaced by a regular space if you wish. Search for ^ S, replace it with a space. Find and change regularly, no GREP not necessary.

  This is something Word - some authors use it correctly to stick '5' and 'mm' together, others use it indiscriminately, and when I see that I remove all.

  Caution - I'm relatively new to adobe captivate and first, so I hope it's a matter of simple adjustment I was not able to understand.  When I do a capture video captivate 6 the output mp4 is very clear.  If I play it in windows media player, it's loud and clear.  If I import this same mp4 into Premiere Pro CC 2014, it is very blurry.  My simulation has gauges and dials which must be clear and I need to "mix" audio sounds, narration and system in this video.  Any help would be much appreciated!

  The remains are of "Cambria", a case of cambria is even integrated and then a custom font made called 'I Ching'.

  If the fonts are in graphic placed the only way to get rid of them is to change the graphics. You should be able to remove using other fonts are fonts and replacing them with something else. They are in styles (Cambria, in particular, could come as part of a style of Word), using the used all select them orders from flying the paragraph Styles and character Panel menu Styles, then delete, would be a good start. There is also an option search a font to redefine the styles when you substitute a font.

  I usually use the content pane for this - arrow down through content items and delete the ones I don't want. Not sure that this is the most effective way, just something that I found that works for me. I always work with a copy of the PDF file in case something goes wrong.

I remove the back of the box of the computer very well, but it seems no way to remove the battery.   The battery is not removable on the Envy 15 series because they are bolted to the floor on the controller.
