  Please try this:-with your PDF document open, click on the "comment section" on the side right of your document, under "list of comments", click the "Filter comments" icon and choose "View all comments" or "hide all comments.

  There are a few changes to the annotation tool. You can select the text and then right-click on it, you will get "Add a note to replace the text" option in the drop-down list.

  I am trying to replace the text ' ^ 2 ' with '²' on photoshop by a search and replace, because there are many cases that on my image, but I can't seem to access any feature in photoshop which can do a search and replace for anything other than simple text. Is there a css solution, or a plugin that would allow me to do this? I have not sought on anything either on google search, although I will update this thread if I find something

  Google found this discussion Forums Adobe with different versions of the script.  I don't know exactly what made the script, but maybe it would work.  You probably want to make a backup of your documents before you run it:

  here in this forum I found the Russ find/replace function in ExtendScript, with which you can find and replace text. The script works perfectly when the documents are opened.   I want to find and replace text within a structure of book, it would be useful if I could do it in documents that are not visibly open (Constants.FS_MakeVisible = false). Does anyone have an approach to find and replace in documents that are not visibly open? Or can someone confirm that this is only possible with TextSelection, which means that it does not work in documents open invisible?

  I looked into this and I was able to reproduce the problem. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a perfect solution. Running in the debugger, I found that the failure occurs with the Find() call. All paragraphs, the text ranges, etc. are valid... it's just that the Find() call fails to find anything.

  I found that if you turn on/off the display, all of a sudden the Find() operation works with the hidden document:

  doc. IsOnScreen = true;

  doc. IsOnScreen = false;

  I don't know if this is a practical solution and of course, you may as well open visible in the first place. Would be of no help to just disable the updates with the interface?

  I'm sorry I couldn't find a complete solution. It might be possible to appeal to something that makes the hidden document searchable, but I did not understand it.

  The correct answers are displayed after the quiz is over and the user examines the quiz. If you want the answer to be revealed to the user in the quiz, then you will need to customize messages of comments to indicate the right answer. They are just the text boxes on the slides, so you should be able to easily add text to them.

• Mouse in Adobe Presenter Video Creator problem

  I have Adobe Presenter 9.0.2 build 173, 64 bits and I seem to have something strange happening in Adobe Presenter Video Creator when I use it for display to illustrate the recording software.

  If I let him change my screen resolution recommended by the application - "change the display resolution while recording (recommended)" - occurrences of click in the video produce a short distance where I really clicked the mouse. Tell me if I'm demonstrating of the Ribbon in Microsoft Word 2013. If I click on the "Home" tab in the Ribbon, the video does look like I'm clicking the "Insert" tab just to the right.

  However, if I uncheck the box 'change display resolution during recording (recommended)', the pout in the recorded video clicks are exactly the correct positions. I would be happy to save in this mode but the problem is the font and the pixels are not as clear when I record in this way with the display resolution box disabled as when I recorded with the box checked.

  I would like to know how to let Adobe Presenter Video Creator registration to the recommended display and resolution have saved correctly in the correct locations of mouse clicks.

  Problem SOLVED!

  On a hunch, I searched DPI via the search function in the charms of Windows 8 bar and open the item "making the text and other elements more or less." Under the heading 'Change of the size of all the elements', I found that the cursor was set exactly to halfway between 'Small' and 'Larger' and below, there is a checkbox called "Let me choose the level of scaling for all my views" that has been disabled. I have put a check mark in the box and I changed the scale of the existing 'medium - 125% ' to "Smaller - 100%". Windows tells me I had to restart the PC to make the changes take effect. The restart, my desktop icons were smaller than previously, confirmation that the DPI change took effect.

  I then did a test video with Adobe Presenter video creator with the parameter "Save Preferences" "change display resolution (recommended) registration" checked and to my satisfaction, ouse clicks appear more staggered more. And the video quality in the published video is superb.

• Rectangles, replacing text in PDF files

  Recently, I started having a problem with vertical rectangles replace text in my PDF files.  I always see when I try to combine PDF files.  The files seem to be fine, but after I complete the merge, the pages now have vertical rectangles.  The problem was reported a couple of weeks, when my users have reported what seemed like PDFs "corrupt".  I have now discovered thaqt the problem is much more common that I suspected.  I thought I could just replace the corrupted pages, but when I replace the corrupted pages (or remove and then insert), new pages will be rectangles.

  I tried several versions of Adobe Reader and on a variety of devices.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  This happens sometimes when you don't have the original embedded fonts. In the file that shows rectangles, is there a list of fonts under file > properties > tab fonts that are not embedded?

  I am trying to replace text in a textframe and maintain the style applied to the text that I replace. For example, I want to replace:

  < Text2 >

  with

  This text is bold

  This text is italic

  The code I use is just a simple javascript regex to replace text:

  However, after running the above code, I get:

  It seems that only seven characters (which incidentally in < copy1 > also has seven characters) Gets the first style and the rest of the text after the 7 characters Gets the second style. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

  Play with the material is delicate, because this change just the characters 'in' the text - it has no effect on the formatting.

• Liaison between Adobe Presenter presentations

  I am a newbie to Adobe Presenter. My project is huge, so I have it broken down into "pieces". I was able to transform my PPTs in Adobe Presenter presentations, but cannot find a way to maintain the links between the various presentations. There are many links on the slides themselves and a large part of the (choice) navigation is made from the slides themselves.
  
  I am using PPT 2007, but retro-compatible files with the demo version of Presenter 7.

  One solution is to include a hyperlink to another presentation in index.htm (which will require some changes in index.htm and there will not be a level slide link then)

  Another option is the hyperlink text on the last slide of the presentation

  I did the old thing: Disconnect to iCloud and sign back in. Unfortunately, he did not turn. The same thing happened on my iMac when upgrading to Mac OS Sierra - I lost all my text replacement. • Replacing text OS works is not in Outlook 15.22

  I've upgraded to the latest Outlook for Mac, a week or two it y a. I noticed that the keyboard replacement text I put in place ' System Preferences > keyboard > text ' stopped working completely in Outlook. Although they operate elsewhere, safari, notes, etc.

  Seeing as I type the same phrases every day in emails, I have created a large number of replacements like "tyfye", which is replaced by 'Thank you for your e-mail', it saves me a lot of time.

  This work is no longer in the latest Outlook. I tried marketing and auto power off fix in Outlook - it makes no difference.

  If anyone can help, I would be happy to hear from them

  Hey Jonathan. I noticed the same thing when I upgraded the prospects of 15.22! Fortunately, we are not alone. It seems that Microsoft has completely reorganized and changed the outlook Editor to compose new e-mail messages. Rather than use whatever the editor, they were before, they now use the engine from the Microsoft Word Editor. This means that any text of replacement and the correction spelling tools now align with Microsoft Word, rather than the system, which is unfortunate.

  There are a couple of threads here on the Microsoft Web site, thus:

  And users complaining of similar problems. Fortunately, one of the sons would recommend a solution: Downgrade to Outlook 15.19.1.

  I just downloaded Outlook, moved the new Outlook upgrade to the trash and reinstalled. I have my tools to extract text works again and the former publisher of return! And will not be updated Outlook until this problem is resolved. Give it a try.
