REQUEST for ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSIONS: AsLoader.exe; Cpulveluphooklaunch.exe; fourengine.exe - what are these?

I recently bought a Windows 7 operating system and operated on the day the day in user mode.

I get requests for leave (as admin) for the following three programs:

AsLoader.exe; Cpulveluphooklaunch.exe; fourengine.exe.

I don't know what they are and whether it is safe or not to accept some or all three of them. So I was refusing permission, but every time that I reboot the 3 same keep reappearing!

Is there anywhere I can go (MS or elsewhere) who will give me the answer I'm looking for in terms simple it is okay or not? - and where I can go in the future on other programs to ask for permission.

If I say 'no', how can I stop them reappear? Is it possible to remove them so that they disappear for good!

In the middle one is also apparently ASUS. See this thread:

Whose capitalization, its name is a bit clearer: CpuLevelUpHookLaunch.exe

    If you define a sync and create a new account to sync or connect to an existing synchronization account then Firefox stores the credentials (name, password and key Sync) in password manager to allow to connect to this account when you start Firefox.
    If you remove these entries in password manager then sync will stop working and you will have to set up the synchronization again.

    What are these files for ACCFinderBundleLoader_64 and ACCFinderBundleLoader_32? They appear in my dashboard!

    I think to delete because they bother me when they have a place in the Launchpad among my applications.

    Hi all!

    I just talk to Adobe about this and they have me remove this item.

    To do this, you must go to the finder, search ACCFinderBundleLoader_64, and then drag it to the trash.

    Then delete the trash.

    It worked for me.

  • How to restore default settings for administrator permissions?

    On my laptop, I am running Windows Vista Home Premium with all Service Packs, and recommended updates.
    I messed up inadvertently administrator permissions so that I can't access, move, or delete certain folders / files.  Please - how to restore the default permissions?

    There is no way to do it automatically. Restore the system to a point before that the amendments may help.

    This article gives advice: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313222

    If you can open a command prompt (see: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Command-Prompt-frequently-asked-questions ), you may be able to use the Takeown command and icalcs to set the permissions to the usable values.

    You may need to compare the permissions on a system that works. The Sysinternals AccessChk and AccessEnum utilities can be useful.

    Programming software is Visual Studio. If you do not, you do not have

    But to be on the safe side, before deleting, why not burn these

  • Addresses of different download Flash Player 18 for Windows (.msi, .exe) - what are the differences?

    Hello

    Normal way to download flash player is to go to

    http://get.Adobe.com/PL/flashplayer/otherversions/

    and chose its own version.

    For Windows 7/Vista/XP, there are three different files for the moment:

    flashplayer18pp_hd_install.exe - Opera and chrome (PPAPI)

    flashplayer18ax_hd_install.exe - IE (ActiveX)

    flashplayer18_hd_install.exe - Firefox (NPAPI)

    All have the same size (1 125 056), but are slightly different content.

    There is another location:

    http://fpdownload.Macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_playe r_18_plugin.msi

    Size much more: 19 588 096

    It seems to work with Firefox and other browsers too.

    My question: is the file type of 'global'.msi file - and design to work with all browsers?

    That contains the .msi? (I guess that all the above plugins and something more?)
    (Actually, the Interior is essentially a .exe file: InstallPlugin_18_0_0_194.exe, size 18 411 184)

    I would like to learn more about this file, how is it different from plugins on get.adobe.com and where is the information on the net (except the google link).

    Thank you!

    Hi MattD.spoon.net,

    flashplayer18ax_hd_install.exe - IE (ActiveX)

    flashplayer18_hd_install.exe - Firefox (NPAPI)

    These are installers of hold that to download and install Flash Player silently in the background.  The hotfix installation program does not download the MSI installer in your next comment.

    There is another location:

    http://fpdownload.Macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_playe r_18_plugin.msi

    No, it will not work with all browsers.  The NPAPI plugin will work with NPAPI (for example Firefox) browsers, it will not work with IE (which uses the ActiveX control) or PPAPI browsers.

    Installer MSI contain additional information that is used by software such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Management Microsoft) management tools.  MSI installers are mainly used by business customers to deploy Flash Player within their organization (the page where you found the link, Adobe Flash Player Distribution, contains information on the Flash Player for the distribution of license).

  • Dynamic SQL question. What are these apostrophes for?

    Here is a solution provided by Boneist in the two questions relating to a so-called simple dynamic SQL thread
    declare
    v_rs date;

    begin
    for i in (select table_name from user_tables)
         loop
         execute immediate 'select last_analyzed from user_tables where table_name = ''' || i.table_name||''''  into v_rs;
         dbms_output.put_line(i.table_name ||'----'||v_rs);
    end loop;
    end;
    When a tablename is extracted, it should be in single quotes as "DEPT". My question is about the quotes surrounding i.table_name (three quotes on the left) and 4 quotes on the right of the concatenation
    ''' || i.table_name||''''
    First quote on the left is the final quote from SELECT (' select last_analyzed)

    Second quote from left to right - I think this is the quote from beginning to the name of the table ("DEPT)

    Quote from third starting on the left -?

    I have not understant what 4 quotes on the right of the concatenation of c. I know one of them is the quotation from the end (right) for the name of the table (like DEPT')

    JOE_humble wrote:

    Actually 4 quotes on the left quotation marks and 4 right...

    execute immediate 'select last_analyzed from user_tables where table_name = ''' || i.table_name||''''  into v_rs;
                      ^                                                         ^^^                  ^^^^
                      |                                                         |||                  ||||
                       \________________________________________________________///                  \||/
                                                  |                                                   \|
                                                4 quotes                                            4 quotes

    Maybe better if you look at it like this...

    Suppose we use a character # to indicate the beginning and the end of our strings...

    execute immediate #select last_analyzed from user_tables where table_name = ''# || i.table_name||#''#  into v_rs;

    Now, you can see that we have two strings concatenated with the variable string representing the table name concatenated together.

    Within each of these channels, we have two single quotes. When the parser crosses the two single quotes like this, in the string, which converts a quotation mark in the resulting string, rather than taking this means the end of the string itself.

  • Display turns off as soon as the administrative permissions are required

    Many programs require administrative previledges to run (i.e. they want to check the updates and install them).  At the beginning I felt the problem was due to display drivers, but now I'm sure that this is due to the system you want to put a request for administrative permissions.  If I run several programs as administrator, they will run correctly.  I tried to change their properties to include 'run as administrator' but I get a blank screen and I assume he's asking for permissions.  It seems that the system performs a swift in view to request the permissions my diver display cannot handle.

  • Tecra S11 - what are the two primary partitions for?

    Hello everyone

    I just got myself a new Tecra S11 with Win7 64 and there is one thing that has me littlebit wondered.
    In total, there are four partitions, there are for sure the recovery a (1.46 GB) and the system a (256,38 GB), but then there are also two primary partitions (8.86 and 31.38 GB) without displayed use or file system. There is no unallocated space.

    Can someone tell me what are these two partitions? I want to split the system partition to store my data on a separate, if possible I also want to use that 'unknown' space then ;)

    Besides that: don't worry, I already have recovery DVD.

    Greetings
    Nico

    I put t know why you now have the new structure of the partitions, but the important thing is that you create recovery DVDs and if something goes wrong with the preinstalled recovery image OS or HARD drive you can use DVDs for the installation of the OS.
