[request] Signature of the App using RBR, CPR, RRT

Hi all

I want to create a new version of the app. The app is built using Webworks 1.0. But when I tried to sign, it always displays error because I'm not using the same key signature. How to find the old signature key? Could we ask the signing key using the same ID?

Thank you.

Sorry for the late reply. It's for blackberry 10. I found the old barsigner and I could sign the application now.

Thank you very much.

    It seems that 'Sleep' provides exactly the functionality you're looking for!  It is immediate, and, if you wish, it can lock your screen immediately.  It allows to "leave the House with my mac on."

    What exactly are you trying to do?  (Not to say how you try to do so, simply enter what you are trying to accomplish).

    Hello

    I have a doubt, I know port 631 it's cups or ipp service, but I don't have any printer installed or configured, I recently format my Mac with the restore option as a Trojan horse, but know with only installed pages and numbers that I did with the network utility portscanning and without opening any program , I opened port 631 PPI, and do a netstat it seems local address localhost.ipp and *. * address abroad.

    My question is, which service or program might use this port if I didn't set up a printer or the printer shared on the local area network?

    Generally sound is not open, but I am concern when it is

    Thank you

    try from the command line, copy and paste:

    lsof - i: 631

    In the list use the procces xxxxx

    To release the port, kill the process using it:

  • Flag to set Autostart on request submit to the App World vendor Portal

    Hi all

    I've been wondering. How the device know if my application will be run automatically at startup (when the device starts up) or not, if my application is installed by the user from the App World?

    I thought that the autostart flag is stored in the Blackberry App descriptor XML file then reflected to the .jad file once I've compiled my app.

    Presentation on the App World vendor Portal requires only the .cod files, not the descriptor xml file or a .jad file.

    The autostart flag is also stored in the .cod file?

    Yes

  • Signature of the App Playbook

    Hey soulouko,

    I know a lot of people have seen troubled app there signing with Flash Builder (including myself)... .it says it works correctly but is not in fact sign the file of the bar.

    A way to check if your file of BAR was actually signed is open (winrar or any other ZIP tool) and check the META-INF folder, a signed application should have 5 files in there.

    Another way you can do is just sign your application using the line command, which is what I did and it was really simple. Just follow this guide:

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/T5/Tablet-OS-SDK-for-Adobe-Air/useful-tip-package-images-via-com...

    It could be useful, good luck!

  • Alerts within the app using

    Great question and the answer is: Yes you can.

    To do this, you must set a element to the blackberry.app JavaScript API in the config.xml file.  Once this operation is complete, you can then make a call to the blackberry.app.version property to retrieve the value of the 'version' field that is defined in your config.xml file.  Note You can even use blackberry.app.name to dynamically fill the value "MyAppName" in your about box.

    function showAbout()
    {
        var s = "v" + blackberry.app.version + "\n";
        s += "©" + blackberry.app.copyright + "\n";
        s += "By: " + blackberry.app.author + "\n";
        s += blackberry.app.name;
        alert(s);
    }

    To learn more about the APIs of JavaScript WebWorks, please see the reference guide:

    See you soon,.

    some answers please

    Hello

    to deploy the OTA, you use jad and cod (multiple) of web directory.

    the directory is for the installation of DM (Desktop Manager).

    to deploy the application,

    After application, you must sign the application.

    You must apply the key sign of here: https://www.blackberry.com/SignedKeys/

    keys sign now for free, but you must put your CC card only for verification.

    If you don't sign your app, the application will not activate for access to restricted APIs.

  • signature of the app on mac

    Hey everybody,

    I'm a little confused about using the cmd line to sign my app on my mac. I'm trying to navigate to the folder on the blackberry sdk, which is located under my adobe flash builder directory burrito in my applications folder, but the terminal is not navigate there.

    Is there someone who could help me in this process? I tried to type this in:

    CD /Applications/Adobe_Flash_Builder_Burrito/sdks/blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3/bin/

    but I get this error message:

    CD: /Applications/Adobe_Flash_Builder_Burrito/sdks/blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3/bin/: no such file or directory

    You're on a mac, so drag-and-drop is the answer.

    Open the terminal and type: "cd" and a space.

    Go with the Finder in the directory, and remove the folder "bin" on the terminal window.

    Only if the application was built on the same machine and the location of your icons has not changed since the last build of your application, Viewer Builder should remember the path to the icons and ask not to re - new link icons.

    Hello

    I'm trying to sign my application after this documentation: https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/signing_your_smartphone_app_1919664_11.html

    After running:

    bbwp C:\myapp\HelloWorld.zip -g mypassword -o C:\myapp\signed

    Windows (by replacing the values with mine of course), I get only a .bar file and no folders OTAInstall and StandardInstall.

    Furthermore, I don't receive any email from RIM authorized signatory.

    A thinking about it?

    Yes - all you need is a BAR file. Here are the instructions to sign your application BB10:
