  It is a bit narrow niche, but I hope that what I've discovered will help someone...

  When the signature and the application in which is incorporated the air runtime, you must sign the executable of Adobe Air first.

  To do this, do a right click or control click on the application, for example appName.app and choose to see the contents of the package.  Search Adobe Air executable in 'contents/frameworks/Adobe Air.framework.  Make a right click or Ctrl-click on that shortcut Adobe Air and coose show the original.  Do a right click or Ctrl-click on the Adobe Air exe and select Get info.  In the pop-up window copy the path and use it in the terminal with codesign s by adding a "/ Adobe Air" at the end.  Once it is signed, you can sign the application without error.

  One more thing... Your request will not be open on a MAC without a warning and the need to replace the default security settings, except if you register as a developer with apple.

  I have done this and used a certificate of MAC to sign Adobe Air and the application.

  When I'm on my iMac, the other day he asked me to log my iCloud account for the Messages app, I thought I was weird because I've been connected since the day that I got my mac.   Make a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.

  Quit the application.

  Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select the library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.iChat.plist.  Move the .plist on your desktop.

  Restart your computer, open the application and test. If it works fine, delete the plist for the office.

  If the application is the same, return the .plist where you got it, crushing the latest.

  If this does not work, repeat the above, but remove the com.apple.imagent.plist

  I know a lot of people have seen troubled app there signing with Flash Builder (including myself)... .it says it works correctly but is not in fact sign the file of the bar.

  A way to check if your file of BAR was actually signed is open (winrar or any other ZIP tool) and check the META-INF folder, a signed application should have 5 files in there.
