I don't know the name of the administrator account or the password and am accessing the computer via a guest account. However, because the guest is not the administrator I can't upgrade or changes to the operating system. How can I find the information needed/creat a new administrator/do prompt the administrator? I use Vista Home Premium 32 bit OS. It seems that I can't do a clean install.
