Required Adobe support - nothing works

Where is the Support from Adobe when you need it?  It's time to rethink the Adobe products and return to Final Cut.

After this glitch and no response from support we will be transferring all of our CC files so that they open in Final Cut.

This is ridiculous.  We have updated our subscription last night - according to the instructions in the Adobe cat - and always this message.

  • Creative cloud - can't happen on the Adobe servers, nothing works

    Hello!

    I recently tried to install creative cloud for the first time. After installation, I am unable to connect to the Adobe servers.

    I read about this and tried to reinstall the software, restart my computer, turn off the firewall in my computer and my router, I have no proxy server defined (do not use).
    I also tried stop all processes of CC in the Task Manager, removing the local appdata file opm.db then restart - this doesn't work anymore. The same exact screen shows.

    I'm on my home network, wi - fi (cannot access a cable right now, but fail to see how this would help). I have Windows 7.

    Any ideas? I am very frustrated...

  • Adobe does not work on my computer

    I tried to print an Adobe and discovered that I can't do all of my Adobe document print at all. I bought the service in order to convert Adobe and convert to Adobe and nothing works.

    Trying to get help from Adobe and it sends me to this! I need someone from Adobe to help me and answer my questions, not the public.

    Does anyone have an idea how to get hold of someone in hosting Adobe for assistance? I'm shocked, I pay the sobs and can't use the product or get help.

    and in the meantime if you need to use CC I suggest you try the following

    start in safe mode and run CC

    Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support

    or Create a NEW account administration and the boot into that and run CC

    and see if either of these procedures to help.

    Looks like you need to download and run the appropriate AcroCleaner version: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs .

    I put permissions in the preferences and on hard drive - the same error.

    What is a current version of CC (CC2015.2.1) or an earlier version. Your best bet may be uninstalled, run the cleanup tool (Google it) and reinstall.

    Raeburn, if you get the trial version, make sure that you are connected to creative cloud. Here's what you can try.

    • Sign in to creative cloud.
    • Disconnect from the Internet.
    • Try to use Lightroom and check if you get a trial version.

    Note: Please make sure that you are not disconnected from the creative clouds.

  • Adobe flash not working with Firefox 15.0

    Running W7 64 bit (but, YES, I manually installed the 32-bit version of flash!) List of plugins shows shockwave flash 11.4.402.265
    All I get is a black rectangle, where the film would be if it worked.
    Note, the flash does not crash, it does not load.
    I tried all the proposed solutions: using uninstaller adobe, manual installation of flash, etc., ad infinitum.
    Nothing works.
    I know that Firefox is free, so is adobe flash, but sheesh, someone could not understand how to make them work together?
    There are a few versions everything worked very well, but for centuries now, I not was able to see the flash animations in firefox.
    Fortunately, that is to say (32-bit version) shows them well enough.
    I'm happy to try almost any new suggestion, that I spent hours trying all those already around.

    Try to disable or uninstall the VLC plugin in case this plugin (or other) intrudes.

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

    Last night, my system was still using Firefox 3.5.8. I played Farmville on Facebook and everything worked well. This morning, I connect to my computer and find that I upgraded to Firefox 3.6. I tried to play Farmville all morning and Adobe Flash Player continues to break. I tried to update Flash Player. I tried to restart the computer. Nothing works.

    Another potential cause of this problem is that the lock timeout is set too low:

    1. Select the address bar of Firefox (click or press CTRL + L)
    2. Type of topic: config and press enter
    3. Click on I'll be careful, I promise!
    4. in the filter box, type dom.ipc.plugins.timeoutSecs
    5. Double-click the setting and change the number.

    The default number is 10, for a default timeout of 10 seconds. Some games Flash can be slow and requires a higher setting. I would recommend to change that to 20 if you have problems with this.

    In addition, it would really help if people who encounter this problem let us know what games Flash is slow - and as soon as they are slow. Thank you!

    I just bought a BB 8820, which would supposedly is a Smartphone. With the iPhone 3 G comes out to the expensive dataplans, I thought BB would be a nice alternative. First surprise, it is that it only works with exchange and the company because no alternative is only supported in the Denmark where I use it.

    OK, so this isn't really for lack of wheels, but makes use of my BB just as expensive as the iPhone. I would have been OK with it, but here's my problem: nothing works!

    The browser, apparently only works on wifi, but not cell - really?

    The GPS function has not yet find a satellite. Indoor and outdoor.

    The cards do not have any kind of photo without worrying if these accessible WiFi or not.

    Many applications refuse to work indicating that I need to a network or a wifi connection. This at the same time, when other applications are actually using the same wifi connection, which is apparently not found.

    I tried the download of desktop software, but none of the versions I've tried work. Only, it can not sync, does not or can not find my BB.

    Regarding the site Web of BB I can't even it works no doubt. The only reason why I posted this message here, is that there is no link to send an e-mail to the support team. (even if I agree - at this point my patience is too weak to look at for a long time).

    So my question is simply: is there someone out there who knows if that's what you should expect from a BB or can I ask someone for a solution that would at least make my BB worth more than a $ 10 Nokia 1100?

    I wouldn't compare the Blackberry to the iPhone.  Blackberries are designed for professional use, and I don't like what people tell you.  Technology of e-mail push like no other and is the largest point Seling to a Blackberry.  The iPhone has been designed for personal use and just happens to have a few features of the add-on that helps with the use of the company.  Comparing the iPhone to the Blackberry, you invite a bunch of comments from the RIM fanboys.

    I have a Sprint 8830 that doesn't have WiFi.  Almost every day, I use my browser over the cellular network.  To do this, you need your cell carrier BIS service books (this may also be why the e-mail does not work for you).

    Have you tried a battery pull?  In addition, if your browser and e-mail do not work, it is quite possible that you don't have a data plan, you'll need to render images in Blackberry Maps.  Try saving your computer on the network wireless Pocket (Options--> Options--> host Routing Table.  Click on the ball in, then select Save now).

    The software will not work unless you also install the software on the handheld.  Check with your carrier for the latest version of the Desktop Manager and device software.  Software device for the same device of a another carrier will not work, because they are specially packaged for their respective holders.  Official carrier sites can be viewed here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp.

    RIM does not provide free technical support.  Support with them incidents are paid from the outset, similar to Microsoft.  If you have a technical question, the best point of contact is your carrier, because most have dedicated teams of support of Blackberry.  You can also sign up for the Blackberry Professional Software Express, which comes with a free support incident.

    I can understand your aggravation, I think that most are of poor communication.  BlackBerry devices require a "Service books" almost everything to work.  If you want to access the data (browser, e-mail, etc.) via the cellular network, you need the BIS service books.  If you want to run GMail on your Blackberry, you GMail service directories, etc.  I remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, then back - turn on the Blackberry.  Once you have good coverage, try saving your device on the network (should say you record message sent, and you will get a response in your folder of Messages saying that you have been activated successfully on the wireless network).  If you do not receive the message saying that you have been registered successfully on the wireless network, you will need to check with your carrier that you have a Blackberry data plan.  Registration on the network invited the carrier to push directories of service important to your handheld, or else your Blackberry is not really mush more useful than this Nokia 1100 $ 10.

    I hope this is the right place to ask this kind of question, and my apologies if not.  I'm old, very good to use programs, but not a lot of good on the technical stuff.

    I have 6 autonomous Lightroom that has been transformed by a technician of Adobe support in LR - CC.  He spent two hours last night on Live Chat to solve a problem installing with PSE 14 in which technology had control of my system for about an hour +.

    While working to sort the problem PSE, I saw several relating to LRoomCC guests.  This interview with technician and repeatedly told him that I didn't have CC (I have the Live Chat transcript).  I have the standalone version of Lightroom6.  (This started me, 'OK, I noticed that the involved PSE14 the cloud installation somehow.  I the stand-alone versions of PSE and Lightroom6 and do not want to use versions of cloud still"Tech," has nothing to do with your computer or you won't pay anyhing for this... it's just that there some files than hleps to solve problems in some computers or scenario0s.

    There were then several constituencies (no) update LR - CC, but it seems that installed CC - "I would like to uninstall CC"; "let it first day"; "You won't be (losing independent LR6).  Well, I've lost (as well as my password manager application that was somehow cleared along the way).  OK, I used the CC, but that won't last long when it is noticed that I am not a Subscriber.

    It seems that Live Chat is currently unavailable, so any suggestions please as to what I could do now?  I just want LR6 autonomous return, preferably without having to reinstall in case I suffer similar problems as with the PSE 14 install.

    With the help of the menu drop down it says "about Photoshop Lightroom CC.  The window that opens by clicking on that is directed LRCC.  The list also shows v.2015.3 Camera Raw 9.3.  At the opening, the program top left he said Lr Adobe Lightroom CC and in the develop module adjustment brushes include 'Dehaze '.  Also, the news I watch re data settings etc shows things that I've never seen elsewhere, for example 'Pattern' (I use LR since v2.0).

    I have some older Dell Optiplex 755 and 760's, which have little space for graphics cards.  What I find that was or I can afford do not appear on the list of the first Pro of most system requirements supported cards.  Others will work?
