  What I was doing to completely wipe my BB. I wrote this before and it printed.

  If your device does not work, perform a backup now if you have not already done save the file to a place and a name that you can easily locate it on computer.

  I then uninstalled DTM and then deleted all the other references to BB/Rim in Windows Explorer, thus eliminating the operating system for the BB to the computer in order to ensure that the version I want to reinstall a new version uploaded.

  and install it on the computer.

  Get the latest version of the operating system

  To erase all data on your BlackBerry device, follow these steps.

  • In the content section, next to load images automatically, click the Exceptions button.
  • Now, to find the site you want to re - authorize the images, click on it and press the delete button

  Yes, what you want is possible. To delete all the data saved on your profile, open the backup application and disable the backup. You must confirm the choice, then do a full or partial delete. When you register in your profile, there is no backup file to restore, that will give you a blank slate again.

  The only information that survived a deletion backup will be your downloaded applications. These applications will always be re - download to your device, but you can simply remove what you don't want. All paid apps can also be downloaded at any time without additional cost as long as the app is still available.
