• Illustrator freezes when resizing work plan

  Hello

  Since a few weeks I had a problem with resizing work plans in illustrator: when I do it, the preview is fine (it is resized I change the size in the pop-up screen) but when I click on OK in the resizing of the artboard, my illustrator screen everything freezes. At this point, I can still use my laptop, but not Illustrator. It freezes for a few minutes and then all of a sudden it works again, and my work plan is resized. I tried starting illustrator without preferences (Shift + Ctrl + alt for windows), but no luck there.

  I am running the latest version of Illustrator CC 2015 on a laptop Windows 8.

  I tried to launch Illustrator as an administrator, and that works perfectly. Then I tested it again as a normal user, and all of a sudden that has worked as well? This problem was me upset for weeks, but it is now resolved.

• resizing SWF problem

  I use Captivate 5 and in the past, when I published and clicked on the .html file, the swf would open in the browser IE centered and with the "worthy of the browser" size It also automatically adjusted to the size when I open the .swf file, although sometimes it was not centered.

  But now when I click the .html file, the swf would open with a fixed size, which in my case is too big for the screen and wouldn't resize even if I drag the browser. If I click directly on the .swf file, it's worse - it has a fixed size and the game disappears from the bar downstairs. I don't know if there are settings I should change, it has to do with the size of the file objects or used widgets, or whether versions of browser or settings (I recently downloaded IE 8). The problem exists for the files published earlier and used to be very good.

  Can someone tell me what is the problem? I hope to return the automatic resizing.

  Another issue is when I copy the .swf files as well to another folder, the .html .html does not work anymore. Is this normal? How do I then upload them to a Web site for html work?

  Also thought to mention the CP5 correction has been released a few months back. It's a few important fixes. So you can install it if you have not already done. Details of the patch are available here-

  To find out if you have the last update patch already installed, go to the menu "help > about Adobe Captivate" and look for the build number. It should read 5.0.1.624 if the last update is installed on your system.

• Fable: The Lost Chapters has stopped working - problems of crash!

  I bought Fable: The Lost Chapters about two months ago. I have Win7 Home Premium. I played the game for about 15 hours with several minor issues. (It crashed a few times, has happened once or twice) But now I am unable to act. Most of the time when I start the game and try to open my saved this game crashes immediately. Or it will allow me to play for a few minutes and then crash. Most of the time, it seems to be 'save' related. When it crashes it freezes my laptop full and have to wait for a few minutes until I'm capable of anything. My laptop is 2.5months old.
  I was Googling my off _ all day and updated my drivers, which did not work. Also, when I try the compatibility "Troubleshooting" it gives me an error: "Splash.exe" - Windows can't find Splash.exe. "Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again" I don't know what it is. I do not type anything. Anyway, please please please help. I would really like to continue my game!

  Have you tried to start a new game and create a new save file? The file just may be damaged. It's funny, the MS site says that it is not compatible with 7. I had hatred that MS and have a game like this, not be compatible with 7.

  If the problem persists, I might even try to reinstall the game as administrator or... XP compatibility mode, or both, if you're patient. A few users have got the game to work even if it's not compatible. For example, Maple Story runs on machines a bit, but isn't supposed to be compatible with 7.

  I use Win 7 64 bit. I spent an hour with Canon. I followed their directions without success.  I did everything suggested on the internet without success.   I uninstalled and reinstalled. I tried to fix the corrupted user file. The scanner send scans to the computer for work. The person Canon thought it might be a corrupt and says something about a twain file function registry file. Here are the details of the problem:

  I have an old laptop Vaio VGN-SR130E. A few months back, I installed windows 8 on it. Microsoft compatibility check approved. Everything was working fine until yesterday, I installed a new spare battery (former it was is unloaded in minutes).
  That is to say "57% (plugged not supported).
  I don't have on this laptop Vaio Control Center and all other services Vaio reason clean installation of windows 8. So I can't say it's the origin of problems battery care function. Already tried to shut down the computer laptop and now the power button / stop after removing the battery. Did not work.
  Can not turn on the laptop without the AC adapter / CC, but after that windows is on I can remove the adapter and system works very well.

  I tried to install the software from the disc without success. So I contacted the seller, and they were sent to me by e-mail. Now, I installed it, it was an update for the bios and the battery works perfectly fine now. Thank you very much for your help.

• "Remote Desktop connection has stopped working" problem on Windows 7.

  When I try to connect to one of my Windows 2003 servers from my Windows 7 Ultimate pc, I get an error:
  "Remote Desktop connection has stopped working". It has something to do with the NLAapi.dll. If I rename this dll, TS works very well. I used the dll from another computer running Windows 7 RC and it works too, but in one of these two cases, while it corrects the TS connection, it causes other errors, maily with the network and sharing Center. Long story short, I think that there is a bug with nlaapi.dll. I can connect properly to my boxes of Windows XP SP3 servers. I ran all the updates on my 2 k 3 box, but still does not work.

  I'm new to the BlackBerry scene so be gentle please!

  I tried the setting to the top of my handset to receive my work email, but it achieved so far and told me to contact my company for a few additional settings. To be honest, I tried to do on the fly because im not important enough for me to put emails in place like this. So I wanted to just cancel it with emails, but I keep receiveing network messages every 3 minutes as if the my work e-mail account is still trying to send them. The email I receive is:-

• Resizing window problem

  Hello, I use Photoshop CS6. When I open a file (new or old) the bottom of the window of the file falls below my computer screen. The lower right corner to the resizing is not visible or accessible. Is it possible to make the ENTIRE window on the screen? And to do that by default when opening?

  It's OSX.

  Toggle the green button at the top left of your window. It should be resized to fit the screen.  Click it several times.

  If that fails, go to the menu of the Photoshop window and check the setting of the Application market.

• Tungsten E2 works problem

  Recently, my E2 was wrong to behave. Now I need to push the power on button 2 x before it lights. Any help on this?

  Also, recently the intermittently the screen will not accept my stylus touch as usual, BUT will work so when I tap or push harder on the screen. What is happening with this?

  WOW... can you believe it? Answering my own question... with the help of this forum! After around the navigation and search of the "what is the most large memory cards long used successfully...? I realized that I was given as a gift a 8 MB card to add in. I had parked in the slot and when I took it off my E2 works now vigorously that it has and needs! Apparently, E2 is limited to 1 or 2 cards MB MB expansion. Well well... something learned thanks to the site which WAS helpful.
