My MSN e-mail has been hacked and want it restored. I couldn't really the opportunity to talk to a person to help, a few forums that have been of no help at all. I find it all so frustrating that ppl can simply enter comps of other ppl and do what they want. It's an invasion of priivacy and disadvantages.

  • E-mail-restore items deleted from the Recycle Bin

    Hello

I use the e-mail software that came with my laptop and Windows 8.

I deleted some emails, which settles in my folder "deleted".  As I realized that I needed these mails, I went in deleted items, checked the box next to the item and choose "move" to the Inbox.  Now the e-mail message has completely disappeared, and I have no idea where it is!  I checked all the files, but after trying again with another email, I definitely selected Move and selected Inbox.  Once again, 2nd E-mail completely gone.

Anyone have any idea where my emails went to, and how do I get it back?

    Thank you
    Fiona

Windows 8 mail application can not use POP, so he had to be IMAP.  But just to be sure I looked towards the top of the help page of TalkTalk and of course, it's all (http://help2.talktalk.co.uk/how-do-i-set-windows-8-mail-talktalk-email)

With IMAP, nothing is "stored" on your computer. It's just reading from the server in real time using Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP).  Different suppliers to manage the folder IMAP synchronization differently (Google has a very bizzare which can (and by default, allow) email messages to 'inside' several files at the same time when an e-mail program reads from the server (which is intentional, it is useful if you like / use this type of installation).)

But with TalkTalk, it seems more traditional, and change the e-mail program must be synchronized immediately return to the server where it copies the actions (and in turn send can synchronize the change itself to other programs of e-mail on your other computers/phones/tablets).

Since this message seems to be missing, it can be synchronized in the wrong folder (it's a good idea to be looking for TalkTalk site Web-based email with any search function to see if you can find it and don't forget to check the deleted records / trash out there). Even if you don't remove them, some IMAP e-mail servers have a folder conflict or simply put all the problems of synchronization in the trash folder.

If it is still not found at this point, it is TalkTalk asking if they can help to retrieve e-mail from their own backups.

  • Any way to go back to the old mail conversation view?

Just upgraded my phone to iOS 10, and new mail conversation view is not usable. This might work for personal emails, but for work when I have maybe 10 to 20 emails in a single conversation, it's unmanageable to have to scroll all the way. 1 on 20 may have an attachment you are looking for. I'm very likely going to have to use Microsoft Outlook instead.

Someone at - he found a way to restore the 9 mail iOS conversation view?

Apple, please take this feedback from someone who is a strong supporter since the original iPhone. The new view of mailconversation is a big step backwards in usability.

    Thanks in advance.

Apple will not see your comments here. Back to Apple goes to their site of comments here, http://www.apple.com/feedback , and then click the area on the matter.

Regarding the threading, if you type on see more in the lower left corner of the mail, it will show everything that the thread. If you look in the upper right corner of the screen, you will see Done. Tap on that and it will return to the last post. If you are simply looking at the Inbox, there will be an arrow to the right of the post office, blue, double-chevron. Press on and it will show all messages for this particular thread and the head of arrow will point down. Tap it again, and the wire will collapse.

  • HP Pavilion 15 laptop: HP Pavilion 15 laptop: System Restore completed successfully. The problem is not resolved.

About 3-4 weeks ago, my computer found himself in a reboot loop. I was not online at the time where he was probably not due to an update.

After going on the HP Web site, it was first suggested that the issue could be overheating due to dust. I followed the instructions but it does not work.

Diagnosis is directed which has determined that there are no problems with the hardware or memory.

Then the site suggested that I do a Refresh system or a system restore. I tried the cooling system. It did not work.

I contacted HP Tech Support hotline and they told me to update the drivers. Drivers cannot be updated / installed (by me at least) in Safe Mode, if it does not work.

Then told me the only choice I had was to do a Factory Reset/System Restore.  After the purchase of an external HARD drive and backup of my files, I tried to do the factory reset. I received a prompt to insert a disc, but computer did not come with a disc. If it does not work.

Then I was told by support that I had to buy "recovery disc" or a new copy of Windows 8.1. Technical support said it was the only way to solve the problem. By chance, I found another video that shows how to access recovery tool of real system since menu troubleshooting at start-up.

System recovery completed successfully. However, while creating the new installation of Windows 8.1 (implementation name, country, favorite colors, e-mail etc.) the original reboot loop problem started. If it does not work. Even worse, because the Windows installation is incomplete - and can complete because of the reboot loop - I can access more fashion is safe.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Miracles would net you have my firstborn (eat too in any case).

Okay, so I had to take the machine to a technician. What she said is that it was certainly not a hardware problem. Its best estimate is that my computer As witn infected a Trojan horse which subsequently transferred, entered the BIOS and corrupted partition.

Short history of Tech, they fixed by redoing the BIOS and installing a new copy of Windows 8.1. I asked about the other options that I received. She explained that a remote technical support could not fix the problem, nor recovery disks could solve the problem.

My advice to all who encounter such a complex problem, when you contact HP Support don't forget to request contact information for a local HP technician, licensed (I only asked for this in desperation by accident). Just in case your problem is not easily diagnosed or solvable, it might just save you some time, money and spare you confusion.

As for how I got infected with the Trojan possible in the first place, no idea. The only thing I can think is that I've opened an e-mail looking strange but legitimate to someone I didn't know. However, it was about 6 months ago and the problem started a month before, so I at least do not know if there is a link. However, it is always good advice not to open strange e-mails. Note that the technician did say that even if I had Norton installed, it would not be able to automatically detect the problem. (I wonder if I called Norton technical support if they could have helped or pointed me in the right direction faster. But even once, any comments or information I received from HP technical support gave usable clues. "And refresh the system that has been proposed did uninstall Norton).

So, I have a computer to work again. I hope this info can be useful to someone and avoid frustration. Thanks to everyone who took the time to read my post.

My friend yahoo address has been hacked. This solution article provides information on how to report abuse and SPAM in Windows Live Hotmail.

To report a spam or unsolicited e-mail:

    * Windows Live Hotmail customers should click the "Junk" to the report Spam button.

    * Non-Windows Live Hotmail customers should address an email to * address email is removed from the privacy *, * address email is removed from the privacy * or * address email is removed from the privacy * (according to the original e-mail domain: hotmail or msn or live). Attach a copy of the spam email to this email and send it. If we do not receive a copy of the email as an attachment our ability to take action against spamming account is struck.

    * We request a full copy of the email so that we have conclusive evidence showing what Windows Live Hotmail account, SPAM was sent. It is possible that the email address has been tampered with, and we are not wrong to close a non-spam account.

    To report abuse:

Customers who wish to report abuse on impersonation, harassment, exploitation of children, pornography etc., coming from a Windows Live Hotmail account to send its complaint to * address email is removed from the privacy * with all the corresponding information.

For example, if the unwanted emails came * address email is removed from the privacy * then report the e-mail message to * address email is removed from the privacy *. You can also use the http://abuse.net site to identify the correct abuse statement.

    * In addition to these means of Spam reports, you can also click "report as Spam," button in your e-mail program.

  • How can I retrieve emails lost since the e-mail window?

When I tried to save my e-mail messages to a flash drive, I lost all with their different folders.  They appear in my trash, or flash drive that I tried to copy them.  He had no problems in the backup in the flash drive various other documents to my computer with an operating system from Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 installed.

I can still access Windows Mail, but all records are missing, except for the folders such as the Inbox, Outbox, sent, deleted and junk that come with the program.  Other folders are empty.  In a test, I found that I can always send and receive emails and those test messages have been maintained.  All previous messages are still missing.

The only place where I've found yet an indication of previous Windows Mail files was in C/users/username/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows Mail/Local folders.  The records were there, but each had only a single file of 1 KB, winmail.fol, that I couldn't open.  Go into Windows Mail in the folder programs gave nothing useful.

I used the system restore to set up the computer to a previous state, before this problem occurs.  He did it so perfectly, except that e-mail messages Windows were still missing no matter how or where I looked.

I am at a loss what to try next.  Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Thank you.   Sincerely, Buster

My window shortcut to the e-mail, Microsoft Office, internet... etc is now gone, what should I do to get it back?

    Assuming you are using Vista...
Do a system restore. Choose a date on which all the shortcuts are present and work as your restore point.

Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones missing BIS on the e-mail configuration option

When the phone started there was an option to configure the e-mail via BIS or BES. I had to cancel because I wasn't sure of what was our e-mail configuration. Now that I'm going through the Setup Wizard > e-mail setup only 1 options appears for the email of the company. How and where can I I install this feature for BIS since we do not have a company server.

    Thank you.

You can try to restore the missing option by the reinstatement of your device. Go to Options | Advanced options | The host routing table. Select the "BOLD" in the list entry, hit, you're menu button, then choose Save now. Subsequently, reset your unit by removing the battery for 1 minutes and replace it to let the device will restart.

If that is not to bring the options you can configure a BIS account via your BIS carrier Web site: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=8300&message.id=13773

  • BlackBerry Smartphones delete an e-mail account on the curve which does not show in the e-mail settings

I recently had to replace my curve with a new, did a restore to get all my data back, but remained in the implementation of the e-mail account on the device, even if it still showed as an icon on the home screen, which we will call this account 'home '. But that account was no longer functional, I could neither receive nor send emails through it.

Go to the e-mail settings and connecting to the BIS does not display the 'House' account, in fact, he showed no account at all. So I went in the same configuration once again, we'll call this 'Play' account and another for 'working '. These two work very well, but it irks me that the former "House" is always appear on the home screen, as well as a choice to send messages to when you compose an email.

I know that sooner or later I accidentally use the account 'Home' to send a message that will never be delivered. Unfortunately a mail sent to home' not to bounce.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Thank you!
