Returning to Win 7 of win 10 problem

In an attempt to return to windows windows 7 10 I try to use the option in the "Go back to Windows 7" windows recovery options when I click on Get Started, I get the message "connect your PC. You cannot go back on battery alone. Connect your PC and try again.

PC is plugged in and the load is done correctly. I can't go any further. What is the work here?

Restart the computer, and then try again.

I bought windows 8 shortly after I bought a new computer and got an agreement that let me buy win8 for about $15. I installed and everything was a lot until a hardware problem and I returned this computer for an Exchange. I installed win 8, on the new computer, but after a while in the corner he now asks me to activate Windows and when I try to use my key again once he said "the activation server reported that the product key has exceeded its limit of unlocking". I bought the key and the computer a while now and then asked for help, but I didn't get any answer. • Skype for win 8 problems

Skype for win 8 does not have the feature I need, so why am I being forced to change to something I can't use? The last time I tried Skype for win 8, he FORCED me to have Skype VISIBLE tab at any time to use it at all. If I closed the tab, or played a full set of screen (which is the only way I ever play), I couldn't hear or speak to the people in Skype. As I use Skype ALL THE TIME for games, exactly how am I suppose to keep playing games with my friends? This problem has been fixed? If not, then you better * beep * well let me continue to use my Skype the way which I was, or who will be the last time I use Skype. Never. And I will do my best to find a way to send an email to express my dissatisfaction at the stupidity of this movement.

  • Lenovo G770 - Installation of Win 7 problems

    A Chairde

Have recently bought a G770 with 500 GB, Intel GMA and processor i3 - 2330M.

    http://www.computeruniverse.NET/products/e90438088/Lenovo-essential-G770-m533wge-FreeDOS.asp

I tried to install Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional (32-64 bit), it seems to install wells, loaded files, restart, add user IDS and automatic updates, reboot... then the system starts, but restarts until it loads the operating system and prevents the restart.

Similar to the use of CD-ROM as main boot drive and do not have a bootable CD in the drive.

I loaded Win XP (had to change the setting of the drive SATA from AHCI to COMPATIBILITY), and it works very well. I can see the previous installation of Windows 7 on a separate partition, it was installed.

Anyone seen this before, any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestions of Dave,

    I found a solution

The DVD that I used worked on HP NC2400, no problem, I found a different OEM DVD with Windows 7 64 bit and installed flawlessy.

    Thanks again Dave

  • LaVie Z 360 Win 10 problem

I just installed the Wi 10 update on my 360 Z of Lavie. It works well with one extremely annoying exception.

In tablet mode, the Tablet is not disabled. It wasn't a problem in 8.1 Win. Perhaps we should a driver or an update of the BIOS. I hope that this will be forthcoming because so far, there has been no update for this machine.

The official list of the peripheral Lenovo supported for Windows 10 can be found here:

    https://support.Lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht103535

Unfortunately, I didn't know that the Z LaVie listed as supported a system. Information on downgrading to a previous version of Windows can be found here:https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht103796.

Please note that discounts must be made within a month to upgrade to Windows 10.

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/63567-power-options-sleep-mode-problems.html

In addition to the other steps in the link read step 4:

NOTE: This will give you a list of items that awoke the last computer that can narrow down what wakes up the computer.

    1. open the Start Menu.

3 in the command prompt, type powercfg-lastwake and press enter. (See screenshot below)

  • Return to win 10 to Win 7 - cannot use the special function keys

    Hello!
I updated to windows 10 two weeks ago and since then I had to restore to factory settings.
I didn't know that it would remove Toshiba programs, but there.
I cannot now use special function keys but I want them back.
What makes Toshiba program and what other programs Toshiba should I re - install.
    Thank you.

I'm not back to win 10 to Win 7. I win 10 and I want to download the programs I lost BUT...
PSKC8A-09V00S: part number you entered is not a device recognized supporting the upgrade to Windows 10. Please double check your part number and re-enter.
..... How to do that when I get this message? Is this to say that I'm stuck with Win10 on a Toshiba laptop without programs Toshiba? And if my device does not support windows 10, why I sent the upgrade, and why Win10 seems to work very well on my device? Can someone answer this?

  • Driver Conexant HD Audio - Satellite P100 PSPA3C Win XP problem

    I have a Satellite P100 PSPA3C MA202C.

I found on the Web from Toshiba site a new Conexant HD Audio 3.44.0.0 driver version for my laptop (Windows XP, 3 GB of RAM)
and had the bad idea to install it. After installation, the sound is terrible Crackle and interruptions.
including the sound of Windows boot at startup, when you first open during playback and audio files.
When a UC program gets started.
    It's never happened before.

I acknowledge that during installation, I received a message from the system
warning that this driver is not signed as having managed the "Windows logo test '.

However, the same situation stands for previous versions of site Web from Toshiba, like 3.21.0.52, who gave the same problems.
Then I wanted to let Windows choose the right driver, but it turns
"Microsoft function driver UAA for HD Audio Conexant Waikiki" which provides its own, but has no audio in (microphone).

So now I'm stuck with the crackling and interruptions of Conexant, or with Waikiki have no microphone.

It's strange, because the initial configuration worked well. Unfortunately, I do not know how to restore the original configuration,
It is not written anywhere, that the system cannot understand itself and of the restoration came with the computer dvd
only allow for a radical total restoration of the status of the day of sale, which is not acceptable.

    What a disappointing experience!

    Can someone help, please?

    Hello!

S DVD supplied with the computer are called recovery disks and it's the way to return to the factory settings.
The disc contains the Windows preinstalled with all the drivers and tools of Toshiba.

I know it's strange, but in my opinion, there is no other way to solve this problem. So back up your data first HARD drive will be completely formatted.

    Good bye

  • Returning to Win 7 using the settings menu

I have an old machine with 10 Windows installed that I want to convert to Windows 7, so I can run some software open source (Hadoop etc) and use it as a training machine.  I have MS Win 7 Ultimate license - but I don't see otherwise than to use the option "recovery" as described in a post on the MS community.  It's a little scary - if you go to settings > Update & security > Recovery > reset this PC > Get Started, then it asks if you want everything clear, or, keep personal files.

It does not say right here that it will restore the original operating system which I believe has Win 7 (but may even have been something before - I don't remember).  I ran thinking maybe I would see a choice of OS to come back, but it starts just the treatment as he was going to erase everything.

Question is: what happens to that > starting point.  You will get some choice of OS to come back until your existing operating system image is deleted?

We spent the 30 days grace period?

If so the old windows folder has been deleted if it does not restore win - 7.

You will need to clean install if you did not bother to create a system image on a hard drive completely separated before the upgrade.

It is expected by M$, we must now jump through hoops to clean install.

If looking for updates to hang on a current installation,

Be sure and go to uninstall a program and see which Microsoft Net framework you have installed.

4.5.2 is more consistent to have installed,

Switch your windows update setting to never check the updates temporarily

    Restart the machine

You can try and install the latest client update manually let your update settings to never check for updates until you install it.

  • Returned to win 10-7. Now I can't go back to 10.

Hello, I have upgraded to Windows 10 in October using the link update on my PC. I got frustrated very quickly the next day and returned to windows 7 right now. Since then, now I want to reinstall Windows 10. I have even 10 Windows download icon in my taskbar. I click on upgrade, and he tells me it's the Windows 10 download, and I can then choose to install now or wait until later. When it finishes downloading all that says it's my computer is up-to-date.

Basically, I can't have a Windows 10 installation to run. I myself screw updating then return? So now I can't 10 Windows again? I don't know where to go from here.

I had a problem when I went back to 7, but I think I had fixed them, except that my backup does not work properly.

I still have my computer upgraded to Windows 10? If so, how?

    Task of pre-required

When you make significant changes to your computer for example updated operating system, you must always back up. See the links to resources on the backup by clicking the link for each version of Windows you are using: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1

    then

    then

    • Turn off (preferably uninstall) your Antivirus utility before you perform the upgrade.
    • Reboot several times, and then try again.
    • Disable the general USB peripherals (for example - smart card reader).
    • If you are using a SCSI drive, make sure you have the drivers available for your storage on a thumdrive device and it is connected. During the installation of Windows 10, click on the advanced custom Option and use the command load driver to load the driver for the SCSI drive. If this does not work and the installer still fails, consider switching to an IDE based hard drive.
    • Perform a clean boot, restart, and then try again.
    • If you upgrade to the. ISO file, disconnect from the Internet during the installation, if you are connected in LAN (Ethernet) or wireless, disable both, then try to install.
    • If you are updated through Windows Update, when download reaches 100% disconnect from the LAN (Ethernet) Internet or Wi - Fi, then proceed with the installation.
    • If this does not work, try using the. ISO file to upgrade if possible.
    • If you are connected to a domain, go to a local account.
    • If you have an external equipment, attached to the machine, unplug them (example, game controllers, USB sticks, external hard drive, printers, peripherals not essential).
