Reversal of several layers in photoshop

Somehow the Photoshop document, I am using overthrew all folders and images included upside autour.
There are literally hundreds of layers and I can't go and do it individually, is there anyway I can return all together - when I selected all the layers and missing edit > Transform

After that I am unable to choose flip vertical or horizontal reversal because it is grayed

Help!

Thank you

  • How to use the same mask, stencil, etc for several layers? Photoshop equivalent of the masked group?

Hi I spent over half an hour for search manual, forums and the Internet and still can't find the answer. Help, please!

For example, in a model with 5 or more layers, I want to use the same mask or stencil or what can hide layers 2,3 and 4 but areas layer 5 and all other possible layers below should not be affected.

    1. Before dialing the layers that you want to hide and apply a matte for the demo using the mask. Think to the Dial as an equivalent to the creation of a layer group.
    2. Use the effect on each layer you want to hide. It's easier to do if you apply mast set once and then create an animation preset to apply to the other layers. Just get mast set to do what you want it to do on the first layer, select Set Matte in ECW or in the timeline panel, and then go to the Animation > Save animation preset. Select then all other layers you want to apply the set matte to apply the preset.
    3. Put the mask at the bottom of the layers that you want to hide and turn on the switch to preserve transparency, then this group in composition with other layers of nesting.

Here's another tip. You can set a custom color for all the layers you want to use the mast, then use the custom color for a group selection. This can make things easier down the line.

  • Photoshop CC 14.1 path on several layers turned off editing?

Editing paths on several layers with the direct Selection tool has been disabled in Photoshop CC 14.1? I can't seem to find a way to do it now, shift - or command-click does nothing. In fact, I can't even click on individual trajectories on different layers, something Photoshop has had forever.

While it was sometimes problematic how he was at 14.0 (always by selecting multiple layers and go into isolation mode to edit a single), there were moments when it was useful to edit several layers, or even just a click between the layers with the direct Selection tool.

I saw this documentation on the site, but I'm not sure it's very useful. Can someone give me a help?

In addition, what is the keyboard shortcut customized to enter/exit isolation mode? It is mentioned in the image above, but what really?

You can always work with the railways of the way in which you could in the 14 0 - simply choose the mode of all layers in the path Selection tool or the direct Selection tool options bar. We have added the layer mode active for users who prefer to isolate the paths may be selected based on which layers they have already selected in the layers panel.

    To clarify:

-Mode of active layers: by clicking or dragging on the canvas with the selection of vector tools will not affect which layers are selected in the layers panel. Double click to go into isolation mode is disabled.

-All modes of layers: works exactly as in 14, 0 - by clicking or dragging on the canvas with the selection of vector tools can change which layers are selected in the layers panel. Double click to go into isolation mode is enabled.

If you are a lot of switching between these two modes, you can add a custom keyboard shortcut that is alternate which mode is selected. In the keyboard shortcuts dialog box, choose shortcuts for: tools and scroll down to the option Direct selection Mode Toggle. Add your new shortcut here.

As for your question on the hotkeys for the isolation mode, it simply means that you can assign a hotkey customized for this command as well (select > isolate the layers).

  • Can I extend several layers in the editing Photoshop CC 2015 Panel?

I am creating a video using a PSD with more than 80 layers, I can choose several layers in the timeline panel, but when I try to drag to lengthen it just drag one of them all...

Is that possible or I really need to drag one by one (cause it is REALLY bad)

    Hi Iskander1989

The only way I remember just made one at a time.

Also tried again here so yes need to drag one by one.

  • Slow with many layers of Photoshop

    Hello!

I do experience notable in Photoshop slowdowns when working with large files (more than 4000 x 4000 pixels) with many layers.
I tried different things, like tinkering with performance options in Photoshop, brush settings and global PC settings.
    Nothing seems to help.

When you start with a new file (say 4000 x 4000 pixels), everything seems fine. As I work, I create layers more. When the number of layer approaches 80 ~ 100 I start noticing significant slowdowns. The Brush tool becomes lag (delay adds boring), zooming and paning is smoother and everything becomes overall slower.

When checking in the Manager of tasks, either the graphics card or RAM or processor is fully utilized. Total CPU usage is usually only 20 ~ 25%, 50% of RAM but Photoshop is lagging as hell.

I think I have a quite decent PC. (at least for this type of workload..)
    My PC current specifications are:

    CPU: i7 6700 k @ 4, 0GHz
    RAM: DDR4, 16GB, 3000 Mhz
    GPU: GTX 980 Ti
2xSSD RAID-0 for the main system partition (Photoshop "scratch disks" can also be programmed to do this).
    Windows 10

So, what could be the problem? Any ideas I could try?
Or should I rethink my working habits of several layers?

    Update!
After more inexperienced, seems to have finally found the culprit that is causing slowdowns.
Layer blending Options. Especially those that generate their own semi-transparent area.

I can reproduce this in the layer file 10:
    (1) create a new file with the dimensions of the 6000 x 6000 pixels (or something bigger) with no background
    (2) draw something
    (3) add option 'outer glow' merger with significant RADIUS
    (4) add a few more layers, repeat steps 2 and 3
    (5) create new layer below all other layers and try to get something in the area where overlap the effects of "outer glow".

    So the main takeaway:
Be careful adding mixture of options to layers and rasterization them where possible.

  • Management of several layers at the same point

    Hello

I use the API in my application and Javacript Mapviewer, more than one layer can be established at the same point. I use MVThemeBasedFOI. If you click on this point, I want to give the possibly to choose which layer you want. Now when I have several layers, only the last can be clicked. Is there a way to solve it?

MVThemeBasedFOI.setBringToTopOnMouseOver (boolean).   I found this method, but how do I access all layers when I click on a point?

    Thanks for help.

    ESC.

I tried really hard things to fool this behavior. At the end of the search for new features that were not in the documentation, I found this: MVMapView.enableMultiThemeClickable (boolean). They should update the documentation because there are a lot of functions implemented that do not exist.

Just enable it and it works perfectly!

    mapview.enableMultiThemeClickable (true);

The solution is a very useful shortcut, but requires a bit of dexterity.

Of is it: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + e. (Yes, 4 keys at the same time).

This creates a new layer that is the fusion of visible layers.

To be on the top layer and don't have ensure that active useful layers.

  • How to make the combination of layers in photoshop

    Hello

I have several layers in a file and I want to create combinations of these layers. As layer1 and Layer 2 and layer 1 layer 3

    See the example below.

    fxg.JPG

I want to automate this process as you can see in the picture that I have the first layer of places to be used on the left side of the image and then I need a tool that can turn off the layers on the right side one by one and save the image as layer01 - layer02.jpg, layer01 - layer03.jpg.

    Kindly help me in this.

You can try to change the line

    doc.saveAs (file (path + "/" + dlg.g.filename.filename.text + layerIndex), save [fileformat] (), true);

    TO

    doc.saveAs (file (path + "/" + dlg.g.filename.filename.text + activeDocument.activeLayer.layers [layerIndex-1] .name), save [fileformat] (), true);

  • Apply the filter at several layers at the same time (without converting them to a CG)

    Hey everybody,

I looked everywhere for a way to simply apply the same filter with several layers at once, without first convert to smart object. I need to keep my layers intact and separated from the others. Does anyone know of a script or a way to do this?

    Any response is appreciated.

    -Andy

Paul has a script "Filter selected Layers" on the site that makes the most of the filters.

It's at the bottom of the "CSP Scripts" section.

  • Several problems with photoshop after upgrading to win10

I've updated to win 10 a week ago and today I experienced several problems with photoshop. The first question is about the quick selection tool. I select and try to choose an area on the picture I want to work on. It performs either one of two things. F1. It won't select anything finally photoshop will crash. 2 when he decided to select something it goes super slow and will switch to the symbol of thought every few seconds.

    second question...

Because I can't get select quick took the job I'll move the pen tool. I started to select anchor points and ill get maybe 20 points the image then becomes completely black. If I scroll top down I can clearly see the parts of the image, but when I stop scrolling returned to a black square. Later photoshop then crash.  TSF is to face all of a sudden?

Make sure that your GPU drivers are perfectly up-to-date (directly from the manufacturer) and they are 10 Windows compatible. You can also try a reset preference:

Win: Press and hold the keys Ctrl + Alt + Shift immediately after the launch of Photoshop starting. A box will appear asking if you want to continue with the reset, select 'yes '. If you don't see this, you're not fast enough... Try again.

  • Capture several layers of application on a virtual machine

Another newbee question. I'm following the VMware Horizon Mirage App layer v4.0 capture guidelines on page 9 where he describes the process if you are going to use a virtual machine, so you can capture several layers of app. I followed steps 1 - create own reference machine, install Client Mirage and centralize the unit to a CVD of reference; 2 take a snapshot of the State of cleanliness; 3. in the MMC, use the launch App layer Capture (actually called Capture App layer in the commune of assistants, unless I'm mistaken) option... Here's where I hit a roadblock. Unit is a CVD of reference, the wizard takes me to select from pending devices, and I can't access the device but it is located in the area of reference CVD. The virtual machine itself also appears in Devices.Do assigned I must withdraw from somewhere? I'm confused !

To capture an application tier, you must have 'reference' machine in a wait state. To capture a base layer, you must have the machine of 'reference' centralized as a reference machine. It's a little confusing. You can use the same machine to capture both types of layers. You can remove the reference CVD of inventory and it will appear in the expectation of devices.

  • Simultaneously select several layers and sous-calques

    Hello

I'll have to select several layers and their Undercoats in Illustrator 2014, but sticking to the procedure described in the post below only lets you select several "main layers" with the left sublayer deselected.

Re: Is it possible to select more than one layer by selecting the first and the last layers?

Could someone please explain how the layers and sous-calques can be selected in the layers panel?

In Illustrator, make more and more confused about the layer control...

    Thank you in advance,
