  I changed the directory to my TEMP and TMP files but now my applications run with errors.

  I only changed the user variable for my user. I tried to change their return to C:\Windows\Temp, but that did not work.

  Here's the "Apple": System Restore.

  1. Keep, pressing F8 during startup.
  2. Start the machine in Repair Mode.
  3. Use system restore to set Windows to a point before you did the damage.
  4. In the future keep the detailed notes of all the changes.

  Action Center says "back up files", but it fails everytime I try. How to understand why my backup does not work?

  I used to get it. I could not find a cure for her so I used a backup tool of third parties which are a lot of free autour.

  It can be caused by a lack of contiguous free space on the disk, but I don't know about you.

• WMP library will not delete files, will not add files and in all songs albums are missing!

  WMP library went crazy!  The song in my library are missing.  When I try to delete files from my library, it won't remove them and when I try to add new files to the library, it will not add them.  Help, please!

  d. restart the computer.

• 10 Windows, Lightroom CC, library displaying only not the files but develop

  Hi people,

  I've just updated to win 10 and now, Lightroom is a bit useless.  I have the last CC of Lightroom, Win 10 is up-to-date, Nvidia drivers are up to date.  What is happening is that there are no photos posted in the library.  The grid is empty, but hovering does display the file information just no picture.  go to develop and the photo will appear.  Tried to GPU and no GPU... no change.

  Try to change the display color profile in windows the default sRGB and see if that helps.

• Does not print files but print a good test page

  Sequence of events: downloaded a PDF from a reliable source.  Would not print, however.  Spooler locked up.  Used the online HP fixed the spooler problem diagnosis tool and finally a good test page printed.  However, nothing else well print the printer runs a piece of paper through as if it is printing!  The driver is up-to-date.  Help!

  OK, if you are printing to a HP LaserJet 1020, with the default driver of PDF from Adobe and it is locked.

  Sorry, but I have more questions...

  1. Using the PCL6 or PS driver?
  2. Using the universal printer driver?
  3. Does it lock up when you print from other applications?
  4. What OS are you printing from?  -Win 7 / XP / Mac / etc

  Well good "C:."... ' is not normally present. For unix, you can use ' / tmp'.

• PS opens files but fails to display

  Hello! Ive already did some searching but can't find anyone else with my problem.

  IM using vista x 64 and PS CS4 (updated). the problem occurs on 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

  When I open an image with the PS (no matter what type or what sense to open it), PS seems the file opens correctly, but does not display it.

  everything looks like the image is open (Te little inch of it in the layers window) and the name of it in the title bar, but where the image should be displayed in fullsize you will see that the gray background of PS.

  It seems that this PS works completely fine. f.e. When I use the paint bucket tool on the grey area in the Middle, the thumb layer change to color...

  another weird thing: when I go to another program and come back to PS the gray background disappeared and instead you see some program is under PS right now... you can move the PS window and see right trough it, only the control of the PS windows are always displayed. That's what you see in the picture as an attachment: there is no screenshot of my Explorer loaded in PS, it must be a picture of keira knightley.

  so far, I already tried to remove the PS settings and reinstall PS but it won't help.

  Post edited by: flair2k [edit] the problem occurred suddenly. PS before everything worked fine. I have all new gfx drivers installed.

  Looks like an OpenGL problem, go to Edition-> Preferences-> Performance disable OpenGL drawing and then relaunch Photoshop, if this does not help then reactivate it.

  do not use the option to attach files to download the photos as it is buggy right now, add them using the camera icon

• Some loading sites is not in Firefox but Chrome load. Strangely fixed itself. But why?

  I had a very strange problem this morning. Firefox wouldn't load approximately 75% of the websites I used to visit. These sites are accessible by other devices in the House. So I downloaded Chrome on my desk and was able to access these sites of Chrome.

  So I went back to Firefox to continue to try to solve the problems that the problem was that Firefox had suddenly developed. But all of a sudden, everything was again loading in Firefox.

  Now I have nothing other than the installation of Chrome and import my favorites.

  If this seems a little wonky and mysterious for me.

  Anyone has any ideas on what could happen and why?

  What seems to have had a problem with BT to wide band, they have published an apology and had some sort of weird failure.

  So not a problem at my end at all.

  Weird that go to Chrome seemed to solve it, but I guess it could just be a coincidence.

• I can't get Firefox to restore the normal size. I tried everything, including put it back. Only some pages Web like Facebook is great & it will not be reset, but in IE, it's normal. If it please help because I hate IE & really don't want to use it

  When I open Facebook and a few other Web pages, the size of the screen is large and some of the information is not displayed. I have tried everything to reset the size and it does not work. I even zoom and missing information have not appeared. But if I connect in IE is fine and all the info is there and are usable. I hate IE and do not want to use then please help me to solve this problem with Firefox.

  You can rename the file happy - prefs.sqlite content - prefs.sqlite.old (or remove the file) in the profile folder to reset the zoom on every site page.

  I am trying to download the demo version of 'WoW' World of Warcraft. I get to the part where he is configing its parameters to my computer and get a runtime error that something caused my program is complete. I read the other posts which had similar problems so I ran sfc/scannow in the command prompt window. It reads...  Resources Windows Protection found corrupt files but was not able to fix some. Details are provided in the CBS.log newspaper. I've shortened, but it is easy to understand that there is a question that the scan will not fix. I tried to access the CBS.log newspaper and opened a text doc, that was a bunch of YYYYYYYYY. I'm a little lost here and my 10 free WoW trial days is weathering away without me =)

  Borrow a Microsoft Vista DVD(not Dell, HP, etc Recovery DVDs) to do a repair installation

  If you see a startup Neosmart repair disk download here, this is NOT what you want.

  You want a good Vista DVD that contains the operating system files.

  If you need a recovery media for your laptop back to factory settings, read this info:

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

• Viewed files are not synchronized since update

  Since updating my view is not synchronized on my devices only one or two appear on other devices.  It's quite embarrassing and unreliable, as I can't access all my files on my tablet at will.  Records show in the clouds, but not on my tablet. Help!

• tablespace and data files not synchronized

  I'm under 10.2.0.1.0 Oracle instance.
  got an error like:
  
  ORA-01652: unable to extend segment temp of 128 in tablespace TEMP.
  
  resolution, I've tried:
  I added 2 database files each of 2 GB in TEMP tablespace.
  
  then I re-run same query got the same error message.
  
  On OEM, the TEMP tablespace and data files that it contains are not synchronized.
  
  When I added a few .dbf in tablespace TEMP it has not yet calculated space and space occupaid.
  
  Is anyway I can make TEMP tablespace and .dbf in tablespace TEMP in sync... ?

  You should have added tempfiles and not the datafiles, right?

  Why didn't you not adjust existing files to autoextend on? And you can try adding space via Enterprise Manager itself.
