• Help to update Rhapsody channels?

  I have loaded 3 Rhapsody channels on my rocket more with no problems.  I, however, can't seem to day when I finished listening to them.  I tried clicking on update on each channel within the Rhapsody software, but the channels are not updated with new music.  Can anyone help please?

  No worries, it's just a problem of server of Rhapsody, I'd bet.  It is possible that the system could have trouble interpreting your channels loaded on the new platform, the rocket +.  When the Clip + has started, Rhapsody would sometimes get confused, since the Clip + is very similar to the "rocket".  Available on the little guy registered initially Rhapsody photos customer...

  The channels are actually an internal playlist on the previous platform, but are stored differently on the rocket.

  As you have no doubt discovered, we have the section strings nestled within the music, and you must break completely on Rhapsody on-screen.  I have Rhapsody available channels as before, in the main menu, as a special option which appears once Rhapsody is added to the device.

  Certainly, at the moment, if your list is not refreshing, just delete and readd, if the channel is giving right for you.  It's pretty fast to reload.  I am hopeful that Rhapsody Gets the kinks figured out soon.  Don't forget to use the Check For Updates function occasionally, as the mask of 'making available' is still not displayed automatically.

• Won't play Rhapsody channels

  Sansa E280R finally broken, then proceed to Fuze +.

  upgrade to latest firmware first thing.

  Connected rocket to the latest version of Rhapsody.  Authorized unit, transferred other titles and some channels.

  When I boot Fuze +, I have the ' expired subscription titles. connect to PC to renew "message.  However, the titles that I downloaded (not bought titles) all play very well.

  Rhapsody channels won't play;  get the titles of the subscription expired "message.

  When I connect back to Rhapsody and then right-click Sansa Fuze +, withdraw the authorization is not an option, but if I go on my account, the "rocket" is listed as an authorized device.

  I cancelled and renewed. no luck...

  PC is Windows 7 64 bit. Rhapsody version is 4.0 Build 6.7

  Short answer is that I fixed it now... as described below.

  However, it is the strangest question I've ever met with Rhapsody and DRM, and I've been a Rhapsody Subscriber with MP3 players almost since the first Rhapsody support MP3 players!

  Firmware Fuze + Rhapsody SW customer are the last two versions.  I put Sansa in MTP mode instead of detection.  There is a red dot on the top line of the rocket +, and I got the expired message whenever I started the "rocket".  HOWEVER, all the tracks I had transferred to Rhapsody the "rocket" (all securities subscription, MP3 files not purchased or local) fine all played without error.  All songs played fine.

  However, NO Rhapsody channel would play at all.  I check the *.pla files exist through internal memory > Service > Rhapsody.

  In addition, in the Rhapsody GUI client, when I right-click on Sansa fuze +, the link to withdraw authorization has been disabled, even if the "rocket" did appear in the list of devices allowed my accounts.

  This morning, I decided to start over completely with DRM on my computer and with the rocket.  I followed the steps here to reset my computer DRM: http://www.fixya.com/support/t3872615-sansa_fuze_telling_me_need_synchronize

  Now everything works fine.

  How do you get the Rhapsody channel on the "rocket"... I thought it came preloaded... but I guess that is was wrong.

  What is the point of the chain of Rhapsody?

  There are a variety of Rhapsodyschannel, in fact. Each channel is a different kind of music, essentially. Go to rhapsody.com to sign up (it's a service fee, not free) and then you can choose which channels you want to add to your rocket.

• Channels disappear in WMC at the output via HDMI

  I have a tuner TV USB (connected to an internal antenna) on my Windows 7 laptop. When I use just the laptop, I can watch TV without any problems. However, when I connect the laptop to a monitor via a HDMI cable, all channels disappear and running a scan does not find an any of them. Help the PC on the screen works fine - just Windows Media Center is not.

  The laptop is a Dell Inspiron M301Z and the TV tuner is a DVB-T205 August (v2.0).

  This may or may not be related but I was also faced with HDMI and TV on Media Center and Media Player playback.   You say that using the HDMI interface as a PC monitor works fine, just that WMC or MP do not play TV Live (I guess that's what you mean by "channel disappears").   I encountered the problem that I can not play back recorded OTA TV via the HDMI port, but it works fine on the computer screen, just as you describe.  I have not tried to directly play live TV like this so I do not know if this also fails.  However, I discovered that WMC and MP read properly on the TV connected via the analog VGA port on the laptop.  You can try to hook up a monitor via VGA and then try to watch television on the subject.  In my case, the HDMI connected TV present a good computer bureau and icons, etc, but when I tried to play recorded TV, Media Player won and gave me a message about missing files.  I find that VLC Player works with HDMI, but it does not play HD as well as WMC material due to its fine use of the acceleration of graphics chip.

  If your tuner key comes with the TV/DVR software (most of them do), you can also try to run that and see if it works on the HDMI monitor.  I posted a query on this forum about the problem I found in mid-October ("Mirrored display causes error CODEC... "), but no useful response so far.

• List of favourite channels disappeared after I made new contacts lists

  Recently I did a couple of lists of contacts on Skype and after that I turned it to all the contacts from the Favorites list had disappeared. I deleted the lists, but the Favorites list is still missing. How can I fix?

• New version of Rhapsody detects channels like playlists on my rocket

  After getting the message "connect to your PC to renew", I pulled the top of Rhapsody. He said that there is a new version, so I downloaded it. The program now detects the player normally, except for the problem in the title of the topic. Even, it scans the "rocket" and made the whole thing of "update your player". But when I disconnect, the "rocket" also said that it must be renewed. The funny thing is the tracks will play without any problem. Even more strange, my Clip and e200 both still work with Rhapsody exactly as they're supposed to.

  Interesting Rhapsody channels in case of failure, isn, t it?  I had the same problem on a year, with several Sansas works normally and a Clip that made the flip "channel to playlist".

  Take a look at this procedure , I worked on using the Sansa Clip.  Of course, there'e a difference, using the firmware for the rocket instead of the clamp.  Music in the memory of your rocket can be left intact, what are the channels that is reloaded from scratch later.

  I like the new Rhapsody 4 client.  After getting a few folds on the installation with the people at RealNetworks process (I have updated since the version of Best Buy Digital Music store as well), the new interface is pretty slick.

• My downloads from Rhapsody are messy!

  I downloaded directly from Rhapsody songs on my MP3 player Rhapsody channels. Now, I can not delete the songs I downloaded. Help, please! I urgently need assistance.

  When you turn on your Sansa, SanDisk, sansa below blue told that and more?  If so, like a song, press the lower button (submenu) and select 'delete '.

  If it's a player of v1 (no sansa to the screen), you can delete songs that you no longer want to go in Rhapsody.

  Simply plug in and click on the device.  After the pieces are read by Rhapsody, you can right-click on any song, or highlight the big groups and delete them.

  If you plug in and go to my computer, double click on the Sansa, go to the music folder and delete what you want is no longer on the device.

• Rhapsody e280 question

  Hi all

  This is my first post here so please bear with me.  I just bought an e280, I subscribe to Rhapsody and really service.  I'm afraid however that I bought the wrong model and needed an e280R. Someone please check for me, and if only it correct can download an update of the firmware that will allow me to use this drive with Rhapsody?  In short, I can do to make it work with Rhapsody?

  He just switch the Mode MTP e280v1 and open the Rhapsody client.  When the device presents itself, right click on the Sansa and select allowand you are ready to charge him up.

  As I mentioned above, note that file transfers will take a little longer for each track, since you are in mode "plays For Sure".

  You may need to select "Let Rhapsody decide the format of the track" in the settings of the device.  If you are ready to "RAX" only, the tracks will not play on the new device.  The Rhapsody client will automatically send RAX to Sansa Rhapsody and secure WMA for the e200 base automatically, if you let it do.

  The only thing that you will be away on the v1 will be Rhapsody channels.

  I have several problems with my TV

  1. long movies are not played to the end. For example 2 h 10 min film only 1 h 50 min appears when played from USB. Ultimately TV comes out just the movie to the file manager. This happens with all feature films and is extremely annoying.

  Not sure if this might help but try resetting the default TV (load defaults) after the firmware has been flashed.
  Then rescan the channels again.

  As far as I know it of not possible to go back to the early firmware.

  All you can do is to reset the parameters of TV s and this should be done always after an update of the firmware. Select Reset TV resets all settings, including registered channels, to their original factory values.

• Quality mp3 sound

  I would like to hear views and suggestions on the MP3 with the best sound quality.  I have Rhapsody compatibility with very old Sansa e280R mp3 player problems, so I recently bought a clip/zip to replace (little something for the market).  I have not done my homework, and I know that this unit is moderately priced ($39 at Best Buy), but I was expecting the same richness and sound quality I get from my iphone and my old e280R.  It's may be close enough for others, but it's not close enough for me, so I am disappointed.

  I talked to the Sandisk technical support, and they assure me that the technical specifications of sound quality for the clip/zip are equivalent to the e280R, but it isn't in my ear.  And I tried to adjust the sound using the equalizer settings - no luck.

  Then, I myself have resolved to lose the very high sound quality, like, since there is no other Rhapsody Sansa devices there considered superior by Sandisk.  But I'm curious - what are the best mp3 out there (from anyone) players, with a sound comparable to or better than that of an Iphone.

  Any ideas, opinions or information to share?

  Rhapsody has dropped support of RAX format this year, a real shame for those of us who have benefited from the R-series Sansa e200.

  As you have discovered, currently Rhapsody media are now the format WMA (Windows Media Audio) 160 kb/s. This format is used for all current devices and very good sounds, especially those who use version v2 of the e200. The advantage of using a newer device, is that you have the feature Rhapsody channels, is no longer an option with the original series of R.

  Your ears aren't deceiving you. The problem is electronic base. Although the processor of the new machines is higher than the chip of the old series R PortalPlayer, diminutive Clip has a source of energy is much smaller than the big e200 battery. A digital audio player function is to decode the data and output a current signal variable for your helmet.

  Quite simply, the e200 has more "power". If you use a more effective listener, especially the type of "in-ear monitor", you can retrieve many of which has lost efficiency. The Clip hits that subtle balance between raw power and play time. Overall, the small Clips sound is great, but there is a small difference can be heard.   I bought a Sandisk Sansa for me about a year ago and I loved it.  So, because I was happy with it, I bought one for my 12 year old daughter.  We went online together and spotted a few dozen songs she liked and she went on her merry way.  A few weeks later, I asked what she was listening, she said "music."  So, I put the helmet and to my amazement, I hear a rapper singing how he's hard as a jolly rancher and she can lick her all day long.  After a little discovery, there were several songs with lyrics 'Explicit', which was listed next to the title (I guess it's OK).  Namely, the songs came with the player.  I knew as the Rhapsody channel put new songs whenever I plugged to the computer, but I didn't know that they were filled the player pornographic words for my daughter, and it turns out that his 8 year old cousin (I had to answer a question from my brother about why her daughter was listening to a song about how someone wants to lick someone everywhere).

  SanDisk should be ashamed of themselves!

  I won't buy another SanDisk product and frankly, I wouldn't be surprised to hear of some litigation from someone who has more free time than I have.

  I support this feeling - Don't blame SanDisk for something out of their control.

  Open the Rhapsody client.  Select manage my account > (for security, you will be asked to enter your password) > Preferences > change Parental controls.  Select the songs of marked BLOCK option Explicit, and your Uncle Bob!

  From this point, there will be no colorful metaphors and references to a meat popsicle.

  I am for freedom of expression, but the depravity of the "rap" song all too frequent makes me fear for humanity.  I have to be in the minority, also popular as this kind of thing is lately.

• RhapsodyChannel-can´t turn off

  I had problems with my SansaClip 8 GB. So I called the supportline in Germany this morning, because my video has always said "zu wenig Platz as Musik-DB 30 MB bereitstellen bitte' translated ' not enough space, please free 30 MB" (more or less.) The couldn t of women really help me and promised to send an e-mail with important information... The problem is, that I can´t really delate songs from it. Normally he went after this information, but with this "locked" button in place and pushing another button, it stays on. So I tried to delete some of the songs (a lot of!) but it remained the same. I also tried to delete with the media player on my computer, but he alsways also said 7, 6 GB. Normally the files shown on the laptop are still empty, although the clip is full...

  It was the first problem, because of which I have phones support for help.

  Now my new problem. I turned on the video clip (with the ' trick' described above) and there is another option in the menu 'Rhapsody Channes'. I had never had that option before and pushed the button to the right. Nothing, except - the sansaclip doesn´t do something, now. He remained in the position, saying 'Rhapsody Channel', I couldn t even turn off! For now he's still switches on but the screen is black, the rest is a brilliant blue.

  Anyone know what to do, or what is the problem?

  Oh something more-after this problem I couldn t light in normally and I couldn t delete things and I couldn t hear any music, thre was always a circle on the screen. I Don t know what it is for...

  I format the originator and reload my music. Open the clamp windows right click Explore and select format. This erases everything. firmware update would probably not hurt as well there are instructions at the top of this map with download think.
